I really don’t know where to start. I honestly cannot recommend Dunkys Day Nursery enough. After a really negative experience with our previous nursery, I was nervous and hesitant having to find a new nursery for my daughter to attend. The manager and her team put my mind at ease from the second I made the first phone call, they are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. They truly have the children at the heart of all they do. The food is absolutely gorgeous, each room has its own pet! The outside space is smaller than I would have liked but they really make the most of it and all of the positives very quickly put weigh that small negative. My little girl settled in there so quickly and talks about her nursery every single day. I am not the easiest customer due to needing flexible days because of my shift pattern but the manager does everything she can to accommodate my needs and I no longer have to worry about childcare. Moving my daughter to Dunkys Day Nursery was the best move for us all!

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 1 year old and I've had no issues whatsoever. She has grown in her personality and learned so much since being at nursery. Anytime she has had a bump I've been informed straight away, the girls are all lovely who work there and are very caring and loving to the babies.

My little boy has been attending Dunkys Day Nursery (Runcorn) since October 2022 and what made me pick this nursery was the nursery manager and all staff! It’s such a reassurance being able to check on him throughout the day via the app and whenever I pick him up, he’s full of smiles. I have full confidence he’s being looked after and I can see he’s progressing and hitting his milestones - so thank you Dunkys for being wonderful.

After trialling a few local nurseries, Dunkys Day Nursery (Runcorn) is a cut above the rest. The staff are so friendly and approachable, my little girl loves going here. Sometimes she even picks up her nursery bag and walks to the door at home to go! The platform/app they use is so informative, I can see hour by hour what my child has done/eaten etc. The main benefit Dunkys offered us is flexibility, as an NHS worker this is important too, it’s so hard to find childcare that doesn’t require set days.

My daughter started here at 8 months old and she’s come on leaps and bounds. She loves all staff, everyone is so friendly towards parents and the children. Always welcomed with a huge smile and the babies always smile back to the staff which is nice to see. I like how we are always updated via the app and if there’s any problems the girls on the desk are quick to inform you! My niece and nephew attend this nursery so I knew I was sending my daughter to the right place.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Everyone goes the extra mile to help and they really make all interactions personal. You're kept updated with pictures and what the children have eaten. My son settled in so well.

Both my children, ages three and one attend Dunky’s currently. They both love it and have come on leaps and bounds. It’s fantastic for us as shift workers to have a nursery that is flexible with our days, takes away all the stress of finding childcare and reduces our costs compared to other local nurseries. Amazing nursery. My son loves going to nursery and most days doesn’t want to leave! He is currently transitioning to the next age group room and all staff have been amazing in helping him to adjust. His development and welfare are their top priority. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

If there was anything to improve on it would be the outside space, it does look very tired and could be made so much better.

My little boy loves attending this nursery, the staff helped him settle really well and he even asks to go on his days off, his development has come along even faster since starting. Staff always keep you up to date about your child's day which helps me feel at ease.

My daughter has recently started Dunkys Day Nursery Runcorn at 9 months old, which was a huge deal for me. I wanted a nursery who will love my daughter and cuddle her if she gets sad. The girls do just that and me and my baby couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a nursery which has a family feel, where every single member of staff knows your baby then Dunkys Day Nursery is the right place! My daughter has been going to Dunkys Day Nursery since she was 7 months old, Dunkys have been amazing from the start and always update you to put your mind at ease. My daughter loves it she is now 16 months old, they’ve helped so much as she struggled to eat when she first came and was on prescribed milk etc, with Dunkys Day Nursery help and understanding she now no longer needs it and her eating has improved so much. Her communication is amazing I couldn’t recommend them enough.
