Chrysalis Day Nursery provide high quality learning for children aged three months to five years old.
The team of qualified and enthusiastic staff are committed to providing the best possible childcare; many staff members have worked there for over 15 years, something the nursery is very proud of.

The team pride themselves on providing a home from home, family environment where each child feels valued, welcome and secure, and can form a strong bond with their key person. The team have amazing relationships with all Chrysalis parents and love the feedback they receive from them about the nursery and the lovely staff. To ensure effective communication between parents/carers and the nursery at all times, there is an open door policy in place.

Children are actively encouraged to explore, learn, communicate and interact with one another. The team believe that children learn through play and the nursery’s extensive curriculum enables children to reach their full potential. They offer a huge range of different activities, to promote all areas of learning, they always put the children first in everything they do and pride themselves on being the best.

We moved our Son to Chrysalis from another nursery and are so happy we did. He often runs into nursery excited to see his friends and staff. The staff are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are very experienced with a lot of staff long-term employees. The care for the children is
their priority, which is what we were looking for, a nursery can look the part but it's the staff, and our confidence in them, that matters. They also have a fantastic holiday club for my school age daughter.

The effort and enthusiasm the nursery put into everything is exceptional, this is specifically relating th the royal wedding. The nursery got in the royal spirit and decorated everywhere. They talked to my daughter about it and got her so excitied for the event and she understood the wedding, who was
marrying who and explained the importance of the royal family. Well done Chrysalis Day Nursery. What an amazing nursery!

Our daughter has been attending Chrysalis since she was 9 months old - she is now 2 and we could not be happier with our choice of nursery - we are just so very glad we found Chrysalis! The facilities and outdoor space are excellent and the activities they take part in each week are great! What stands
out most with Chrysalis is the staff (ladies in the rooms, office staff and managers) - they are so very caring in their approach to not just our daughter but to us as parents, and grandparents who drop off/collect - and this makes so much difference. In particular, when our daughter is feeling under the weather - the care has been outstanding and we couldn't wish for anything more from those looking after her. The staff have made us all feel reassured and safe leaving her in their care, which has such a positive impact on us all. We cannot recommend Chrysalis enough - and most importantly our daughter absolutely loves nursery days! We are looking forward to her years ahead at Chrysalis.

I am absolutely delighted with everything about Chrysalis. The care given to my child is second to none, the staff are all lovely and extremely caring and the nursery itself is in a good location with excellent gardens. My child loves coming to nursery each day and I just wish I had known about it
earlier!
Added to this the office ladies couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. What more could anyone ask for?

We joined Chrysalis after a rather stressful end to our old nursery journey. From the moment I made the phone call to book our show around visit the girls in the office empathised with my situation and seemed to understand how nervous I had been left. I had a week to get him settled in his new environment
and every effort was made to make us both feel comfortable with the transition. After a week I could see it was going to be fine! He has settled brilliantly, all the girls are extremely knowledgeable and have a connection with every single child individually, which is lovely to see. Within his first few weeks he started to use signs at meal times, these have all been picked up at the nursery. Meal times are probably one of my son's favourite points in the day and the onsite chef certainly tops Mummy's cooking, the menu is varied and allergies are all taken into account. We are both looking forward to continuing our journey over the next few years.

My daughter started here 4 years ago and she is currently in the final stages of pre-school, I also have a son who has just started in the nursery. Every single member of staff here is so welcoming and helpful to both the children and parents. The atmosphere across the nursery is calm, nurturing and
child-centric and from my first visit, I could tell that my children would blossom at the nursery. The office staff are really approachable and so knowledgeable that the children and parents quickly build up a relationship with them. The staff in each of the rooms really are experts on the child age groups in each room and work really hard to not only create a great learning environment but a caring one, my kids always feel content going for a cuddle with the ladies when upset and always come home happy at the end of the day. The outside space is fantastic, with great equipment and lots of space, I love that the kids play out regardless of the weather. All in all, I cannot fault Chrysalis.

My daughter has been attending Chrysalis for 2.5 years from her being around 8 months old. Every single room has been amazing. All of the staff treat all the children like their own. There are so many activities every day to support their development and needs. Sometimes it can take us 20 minutes to
leave as my daughter loves it so much and insists on saying goodbye to all her ladies. She loves them. Hearing other people’s bad experiences of other nurseries just confirms that this is the best. We have not had one single issue and nothing is too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend them enough. You can see the staff all engage very well with each other and clearly enjoy working there too. I never imagined I would ever be so comfortable leaving my baby with anyone other than family but I can honestly say now that I could not be more comfortable with this nursery caring for her if I tried!

The nursery provides an excellent balance of play and teaching that has encouraged my child to develop and grow in many aspects of his life. The day is very well planned out and there is excellent interaction with the staff including regular reviews of my child's progress. The play which is both inside
and outside is crucial in my view to my child's overall help and development. The ability to view what's occurring during the day and access this information at home is a brilliant method of keeping up with my child's day and activities which enables me to have a conversation around his day at nursery. The nursery is clean, bright and is extremely well stocked with learning equipment with teaching being immersed in their play during the day. Excellent establishment.

Our son is in his second year at Chrysalis and I can't recommend the nursery highly enough. The range of activities, celebrations and learning opportunities that staff constantly create for all the children is above and beyond what I ever expected in a nursery. The setting is clean, bright, warm and
welcoming and we immediately knew this was the nursery for our family on our first visit. Staff are attentive, enthusiastic and supportive of not only our children but parents too - from leaving them for the first time to the challenges of potty training. The food they provide is fresh, healthy with an imaginative twist - Gruffalo pie for World Book Day! As our son gets ready to start school this September, I know they have provided solid foundations for this next big step and as our second son prepares to start at the nursery I'm thankful our family get to experience another Chrysalis Christmas which is truly magical for all!

We love Chrysalis! All 3 of my children are thriving their way through this nursery. The nursery is great and strives to be the best (they are the best)! All of the ladies are brilliant at what they do and my children have all built close relationships with all of the staff. They get brilliant homemade
food catered for them each day. The menu is always lovely and is always very healthy! One of my children has a food intolerance and the cook works especially hard to work alongside myself to make sure that there is a different meal on offer if my child cannot have the meal from the menu (which is fab as I know my child is always fed a delicious meal still)!
The space outside of the nursery for the children to play in is a huge space, with lots on offer for them to choose from! My children love every day that they spend here and hate to come away from all of the fun that is on offer to them. It really is a home from home environment for the children and I cannot recommend it enough!

Holiday club- Amazing!
I can not praise Chrysalis Holiday club enough. The staff are outstanding and really care about each individual child. There is a range of activities to entertain children of all ages, the outdoor area is a particular favourite for my niece. She also enjoyed lots of craft activities,
drama/role play and trips to the park. Furthermore, the food is amazing and provides a healthy range.
I know she is safe and happy at Chrysalis and always has a fun-filled day.
I would strongly recommend Chrysalis Day Nursery and Holiday Club.

When we moved to Northwich we were moving our daughter from a nursery which we were very happy with. Chrysalis has been even better in almost every way. Every member of staff we have met have been excellent, making us feel like they look after our daughter as if she was their own. Our daughter could
not be better cared for. Chrysalis is a truly outstanding nursery.

Both our children have attended this nursery/pre-school from 9 months old until time to start school. Every single day attended by both has been thoroughly enjoyed. From the moment you drop off to the moment you pick up you are confident that your child will be cared for to the highest standard. Every

Having looked at other nurseries in the area, I honestly can't recommend Chrysalis Day Nursery highly enough. From the minute you walk through the door, the entire staff team make the children feel extremely welcome and cared for.


Both my children attend the nursery and they can't get in the car

quick enough on nursery mornings. They are nurtured and encouraged through play and since attending we have noticed them progress in leaps and bounds.


Having a management team on hand makes life for busy parents extremely easy and we are always kept up to date with portals, newsletters and emails.


I just wanted to say an extra huge thank you for the effort the nursery made for Christmas. They transformed the whole nursery into a winter wonderland and the sheer delight it brought to the faces of my children when they first saw it was something I will never forget.

I can not recommend this nursery enough. From the moment you step through the front door, it is easy to see the dedication, care and commitment from all the staff to ensuring your child has the best possible experience, and that you are completely reassured as a parent.
Both of my children attend
Chrysalis and love it. The staff in each room have always been extremely friendly and really get to know your child so they can tailor activities for them, to ensure they are learning, but always having fun.
The standards in terms of cleanliness, catering/meal planning, staff training, equipment maintenance, a variety of activities, outdoor space etc, are second to none (believe me I checked out a lot of nurseries!)
I must also give a mention to the management team, who are an integral part of the nursery experience. They are always on hand and ready to talk to parents, they know every child by name, and can always be relied upon for support, reassurance or a good giggle.

I have used this Nursery for 5 years now for both my girls and can honestly say that I have never been unhappy with the level of care for my girls from the staff at this nursery, everyone is so very caring and professional and friendly.
My youngest who is there currently adores the ladies in her room
and gets excited when we pull into the car park this means that the feeling I get when leaving her there is a happy one. The staff are always very supportive of anything I ask from them and I can't thank them all enough. There is always a good variety of activities set for each day which are thoroughly enjoyed by the looks of the pictures I receive. The communication is excellent I am well informed of everything my daughter has done throughout the day via the app and also from the ladies in the room.
There was no other choice for me when my second daughter needed to go to nursery I was straight to Chrysalis, they are truly an "Outstanding nursery".

My family and I have been using Chrysalis Day Nursery for over 13 years now and I can truly say that this place is fantastic. My niece, nephew, daughter and now my son have all been a part of the Chrysalis family and they have all loved it. The management team are extremely professional, friendly and
approachable, and the staff in the nursery provide the utmost care for the children. Most of the staff have worked at the nursery for a long time and they have a great understanding of what parents expect from them and the nursery as a whole.


My little boy goes in every morning with a great big smile on his face and loves to give the ladies lots of cuddles and hugs. My daughter who is now in school says how much she misses Chrysalis and would love to go back there. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for the best care for their child.

Our youngest child absolutely adores Chrysalis and cannot wait to get dressed on nursery mornings so that he can 'go to nursery'. He has been at the nursery for over 2 years and during that time we have watched him develop his skills and gain confidence in the stimulating and child-friendly surroundings.

He often talks about his friends, what they have been doing together and about the lovely food they have eaten. As a boy, he had not been interested in toilet training. Within 2 weeks of moving to Pre-School, he was fully toilet trained! This is due to the sheer dedication of the staff, and their skill at getting children to see tasks as games and challenges.


The staff couldn't do more for the children. They treat them all as special individuals and know each of them by name, as well as knowing all the parents by name too.


This is our second child through Chrysalis. We wouldn't choose another nursery and have nothing but praise for its ethos and dedicated staff.
