Partou Park Wood Day Nursery & Forest School

Both of our children have attended this nursery, we wouldn’t have sent our youngest anywhere else, the staff are very friendly and have helped our son come on leaps and bounds with his speech. Both children loved the outdoor play area.

This nursery is beyond my favourite, the staff are so friendly and understanding to the children's needs and it has a very homely vibe. My baby boy has been going here since I started back at work in August and has created such an amazing relationship with his key worker and the other girls in his room. Taking him to Park Wood was the best choice for me and my partner as we know he loves going in. Since starting at Park Wood he's become more confident and learning more every day. I cannot thank the girls enough for how amazing they are with my son.

A lovely friendly environment that has brought out the best in my daughter. She's settled in really well with the help of the team and is so confident with her key workers that she no longer looks back when I drop her off at the door!

My children are really settled at the nursery, the staff are friendly and caring and always strive to tailor care for the individual child. Management is very flexible and we receive good handovers.

Wonderful nursery with friendly staff! Our boy loves going in every morning and it’s so comforting to know he’s well cared for and his needs are met. The staff are very welcoming of conversations and concerns and have resolved any concerns we may have had.

This is my second child that has attended Park Wood Nursery. The team at the nursery have been fantastic with both my children. They communicate to me her day at the end of each day as well as on the parent app online. The team always seem to be doing some activity with the kids which is great for their development and we get regular updates on how our girl is developing in the nursery. I moved my daughter here after she never settled in her previous nursery. I absolutely love Park Wood and all the staff. My daughter has come on so much and settled in really well. I will also be looking to put my son in as soon as he turns 2. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

I really struggled to find a nursery I was happy with, Park Wood have been brilliant. My daughter started at 9 months old and has been there for a year now. It’s been a really difficult time for everyone but I feel that Park Wood has dealt with covid well and kept in communication.

I struggled massively with going back to work due to having to consider external childcare, I didn’t want to leave my daughter with anyone other than family. We done some research and then went to visit Park Wood, we immediately felt comfortable, it has such a homely atmosphere, and your worries are quickly put at ease. No question was too silly, and the staff have always been lovely, I can tell my little girl loves it because she runs in. The food menu is great, and her meat-free diet is accommodated. I would highly recommend Park Wood day nursery.

This is our second child attending Park Wood Private Day Nursery we can not fault it, all the staff are absolutely fantastic always a full update on what’s happened during the day. The food that is served is brilliant such a variety of food and some things I would never think of making so gives us some ideas for home as well! Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Such a lovely nursery. The atmosphere is welcoming for both children and parents. The staff are very professional and approachable. My daughter settled in straight away and the feedback was consistent in letting me know how she was. Cannot fault this nursery.

Park Wood is a wonderful place and we are very happy with all aspects of nursery. Our daughter skips in every time and is a very happy and content child there. The nursery is very well resourced and has a bright and airy environment. The outdoor area and Forest School are amazing!

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and are extremely attentive. Our daughter has some complex medical conditions and the staff’s attention to her needs are second to none. They’re very aware and inform us of even the slightest observation that may be important.

Well done everyone at Park Wood. You will be missed after the Summer!

My child has loved her time in Park Wood, they have helped her progress so much throughout her time with her speaking and social skills.

The staff at Park Wood are absolutely wonderful in their professionalism and care for the children. Their patience helping my daughter settle in and get used to her new environment was outstanding. The opportunities for outdoor play and exploration occurs daily and my daughter loves the new soft play room. The environment is calm and there is a large variety of daily activities and toys for her to use and develop with. Each child is treated as an individual.

From the start all of the staff have been so supportive, helpful and caring not just towards my son but also myself, first-time nursery experience and I am so glad we chose Park Wood.

The Owl Track website for parents to observe their childs progress is fantastic, we really enjoy having a sneak peak at what he's been up to. His key worker has been brilliant in putting together a programme to support our son in any areas where he's behind for his age group. This early intervention has seen him really come on leap and bounds and catch up with his peers. Thank you!

Fantastic nursery. After viewing several nurseries in the area I decided on Park Wood Private Day Nursery as I got a very good feeling about the place. My little boy absolutely loves the place and gets so excited when he knows he is going there. I love the fact that it’s very outdoorsy as my son loves getting out in the fresh air. Never had a problem and can’t recommend the place enough.

I absolutely love Park Wood I have sent all 4 of my children here. The staff are all amazing, they take the time with the children they see too, their every need they are amazing.
