Heirs and Graces was the second nursery my little attended after moving house, and I am so glad we followed a friend’s recommendation to go to you guys. The girls in Little Badgers are truly amazing - I will never forget how you helped my little girl to settle and come on leaps and bounds and the genuine,
caring bond you formed with her. She is now in the toddler's room getting ready for pre-school, and the girls have helped her to re-settle after initially finding it difficult. I am, and will always be, grateful for the conversations at pickups that let me know about my daughter’s day. I’ve never been made to feel like they don’t have the time to talk to me. Everyone I encounter from site staff, chefs, management and room staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you all.

My twin girls love going to nursery every morning, despite that they are at a very young age. When they started in January we were anxious they would not settle, but were given lots of reassurance and updated regularly with how they were enjoying the day via the app.
Looking at the app observations
makes my day.
My girls have settled so quickly and they really enjoy their time at Heirs and Graces.
For me the smile on their faces in the morning when I ask them about nursery says everything.

My little boy has only been attending since last September. He isn’t good with being parted with, and it can be heartbreaking leaving him when he’s upset, but the girls always go out of their way to help him settle as quickly as possible and send updates through the online portal to assure you that
it didn’t take long for him to settle and be off happily playing. He is very shy, and they’ve gone out of their way to help him build friendships and join in with all activities. He has learnt so much in the short time he’s been attending. My little boy loves the outside play area with road bikes and playhouse; the nursery is definitely well equipped.

Outstanding nursery, friendly and approachable staff who clearly love what they do. Makes leaving our little boys in their care an easy choice. The staff keep you constantly updated with the progress of your child via the online portal and both our little boys love the time they spend at nursery!

I wish I had found this nursery sooner! My little one's regular nursery closed in March due to covid-19, which was difficult for him as he had been there since he was 18-month-old, but I am so glad Heirs and Graces had space available, and I really wish I had found them before. He has had an amazing
time here with them, and it shows on the app. Thank you for everything you have done for him during this difficult time, you have all been absolutely amazing!

Heirs and Grace's have supported and nurtured my daughter throughout her time in preschool and now my son. The staff are extremely supportive to parents and, in my experience, build fantastically caring relationships with the children in their care. I have absolutely no hesitation in leaving my children
in the care of Heirs and Grace's and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My son has attended Heirs and Graces since he was a baby. When he first started he was very stressed and got upset sitting with other children at dinner time and in large group activities. The staff were amazing and set up smaller groups for him and one on one time to make him less upset. Over time
my son stopped getting emotional and because of the time and effort the staff put in to him, came out of his shell and became excited to go to nursery. He’s currently in preschool, he has many friends, loves all the activities. He loves all the staff in preschool and I personally can’t thank them enough. He struggled with his speech in his early years and due to the time the staff have spent with him, it improves every day. During the last few months of lockdown the activities and stories the staff have put on the app has been such a good help. I’ll be sad to see him leave to go to primary school.

Staff have been very welcoming to my little boy who started recently at short notice following a recommendation.
I was anxious he would not settle, however, was given lots of reassurance and updated regularly with how he was enjoying his day via the app.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. My eldest attended a few years back and now my youngest is there and both have absolutely loved going. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the child's needs are met and have fantastic relationships with both the children and parents. The daily activities are
well run and structured, making them both fun yet educational. All children get some one to one time, which really personalises their experience. From the detail in the written reports parents receive that outline the children's progress, the nativities, graduation ceremonies, charity fundraisers, to the provision that Heirs and Graces provide all year round, this is without a doubt an excellent nursery. The strong family unit that runs this setting creates a really nurturing and caring environment. Family and a sense of community are at the heart of Heirs and Graces values. I would strongly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Heirs are Graces is a fantastic nursery.
All of the key workers and office staff are always so friendly and supportive.
Our children love attending and learn so much every day in an environment that is safe and full of fun.
Family-owned, it has a lovely feel and all the staff work so hard. They
have particularly been excellent through the COVID pandemic and have supported in maintaining their service to key workers, enabling us to continue to work.

Choosing Heirs and Grace's as our daughter's nursery has been the best decision we have made for them. They love going to nursery and have come on leaps and bounds since starting 18-months ago.
The staff go the extra mile for the children, getting to know each one as an individual and adapting activities
around their interests. They work extremely hard to provide them with the best learning/life experiences such as French lessons, educational trips etc. The equipment and teaching is first-rate!
We can not thank the staff enough for their kindness and love shown to our girls. We love this place and have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding nursery to all.

Excellent nursery, both our children have attended! One is in the toddler room and is 22-months and has come on so much! Staff are so caring and its a lovely family atmosphere! Our daughter is now in a primary school in reception, and Heirs and Graces had a massive part in preparing her and easing the

My daughter has been at Heirs and Graces since she was 10-months-old. Every room she has been in, she has had the most excellent care and been treated so well. Everyone makes you feel so at ease, and you really do trust their expertise and knowledge. My daughter has come on so much being at nursery
and has made some lovely friends. She is outgoing, smart and polite - and a lot of that is thanks to the encouragement of her nursery teachers. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, they kept everyone updated with their plans for a return, activities for children to enjoy at home and even filmed the storytimes for them to enjoy at home so they didn't miss out. The safety of staff and children is paramount here, and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone wanting really positive learning, caring experience for their child.

Lovely setting. All children are well looked after, and they all enjoy learning about new topics and getting them ready to start school. I have been using this nursery for 7-years and have recommended it to many. My daughter has had an amazing experience here, and we are really grateful to all the staff
who have made her journey the best it could be.
The outdoor area has been recently updated and is a lovely place for the children to learn and play.

Excellent nursery. Always happy with the service here. Lovely people running and working at this nursery.

Fantastic nursery, my daughter started when she was 11 months old and is now three.
Every room and all staff are brilliant and my daughter loves going to nursery. The staff are very welcoming and so friendly. They have helped my daughter grow and learn so much. The outdoor play area is excellent.

Absolutely amazing nursery, two of my children have attended and I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff really take an interest in how the children are developing and during lockdown and they are providing support with home activities.
