Heirs and Graces Day Nursery

Both my children went to Heirs and Graces and both loved it. The staff have always been very helpful and professional, I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

I was extremely nervous about leaving my 15-month-old son but he absolutely loves it here, his speech, confidence and social skills have improved so much. Such a great group of ladies.

Mixed emotions for our family today. Happy that our little boy is about to start the next chapter of his life in school in September and sadness that he has to leave Heirs & Graces. All the staff have been great over the years and we have been very impressed with all the different things that they do for the children.

There are lots of things I could mention about the nursery but my favourite and most memorable ones are the Christmas play they put on each year which all the children get involved in, the graduation ceremony that my son took part in earlier this year as he neared the end of his time there. Finally, the fantastic system they have that allowed you to see pictures of your child doing activities and get feedback from the staff online through the learning journal which I really enjoyed looking at every week.

The great thing is that our contact with the nursery is set to continue as our youngest child is due to start in September.

Heirs and Graces is an amazing nursery. My son loved his time here and all of the staff are very kind and caring. I felt safe and happy leaving him here every day knowing he would be well looked after.

Such a fabulous nursery. My eldest loved his time there and my daughter is now enjoying her journey too. She is excited to go to nursery every day and loves spending time with her friends. All the staff are fantastic.

My little boy leaves here tomorrow after attending since he turned 10 months old. I only have great things to say about Heirs and Graces. The staff are friendly, its very clean, they provide healthy and varied meal choices, the children take part in excellent activities and they have a great outdoor area for children.

The online learning journal has also been a great addition, allowing us parent to check our child's progress online. My little boy loves going into nursery and we will all be sad to see him leave. Thank you all for helping him to get ready for school.

Having had the pleasure of using Heirs and Graces for over 3 years, and 3 years previously with another child, I'm sad to say next week will be our last week. The staff are fantastic and I've always felt secure in the knowledge my boys were in safe hands. Thank you for everything you do every day.

Best nursery ever!

Heirs and Graces Day Nursery is simply an outstanding day nursery. My eldest child gained so many skills whilst he was there which led to a flawless transition into primary school. It was so lovely watching his confidence grow and forming wonderful friendships. My Daughter has attended since she was 11 months old; the fun, educational games combined with the enthusiastic staff has resulted in a very happy little girl! I love reading the learning journals as you realise how much effort the nursery staff do to assist your child's progression. I would highly recommend this family run nursery.

I can't fault this nursery. The staff are all lovely and very professional. They clearly know my daughter and have bonded well with her. They provide very useful feedback on a daily basis as to my daughters day. My daughter loves going to nursery and speaks fondly of all staff.

Both of my children have attended Heirs and Graces from being a young age and through the nurturing of the highly professional staff have truly flourished within the nursery environment. We really feel part of the Heirs and Graces family. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to any prospective parent.

I am extremely happy with the care and learning that the nursery provide for my two children. I am able to go to work knowing that my children are in a safe and stimulating environment. I have complete confidence in all of the staff and would whole heartedly recommend this nursery.

My son started at Heirs and Graces after a recommendation from a friend at 8 months old and remained until he started pre school at 4. From day one he was a happy and confident boy and loved nursery. The staff are incredibly caring yet professional and know children, recognising in our son delays which over the next few years with incredible support from staff and management resulted in a diagnosis of autism. This early intervention by nursery has allowed our son to access services like speech therapy so young and I truly believe he wouldn't be where he is if it wasn't for nursery spotting early signs and helping us navigate all the forms and professionals we had to meet. After his diagnosis, they continued to care for our son so well. A fantastic caring, professional nursery but most of all a happy enjoyable place for children to grow. A truly life changing choice for our son. Can't recommend them enough. Will be sending our newborn daughter when we require nursery.

Since joining this nursery my son has grown in confidence & gained many new skills. The staff are fantastical. They go above and beyond. The learning journals they do are an excellent way to keep updated what your child does on a daily basis. My little boy starts school in September and the nursery is doing every they can to prepare him for it, thank you Heirs and Graces.

I have 2 children aged 2 years and 1 year here. Both the children enjoy going to nursery. The staff are friendly and approachable and are always willing to listen to concerns. I feel my children are warm, safe and secure and being looked after like home from home. It's given them confidence and given them lots of new skills. They are given outstanding opportunities to learn and staff always try to help work on their weaker abilities. The activities are wonderful and have enriched my children's sensory and educational experience. They teach lots of different cultural aspects and this is great! The learning journals are always kept updated with lovely pictures and messages. There is never too much to ask of staff and they are always flexible to your needs. The diet is excellent and choices are brilliant. I'm so glad I chose this nursery and always have piece of mind without worry when they are there. Well recommended nursery that goes above expectations for both the children and parents.

Both my children have come to the nursery. My daughter is now 10 and she loved it and I didn't hesitate to put my son's name down when I was pregnant. He is still at the nursery and I can't praise them enough, all the staff are lovely with the children, so caring and all lovely to talk to, I've never seen any negatives. My son loves coming and I find it hard to get him to come home he loves it that much! I would definitely and have recommended the nursery to friends and family. It was also lovely to see some of the same staff when my son started. The nursery and staff should be very proud of themselves for doing such a great job with the children.

Our son has attended Heirs and Graces Day Nursery for 7 months and he has grown in confidence and learned so much from each one of the amazing team in Little Foxes room. He has made friends and looks forward to attending nursery every week!

I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a place to send their child.

Had both children in Heirs and Graces Day Nursery since 2010. Amazing place and amazing staff. Never had any issues and both kids love it. So much so, my now six year old wants to go back in the holidays. Highly recommend!
