We have been very impressed with the staff at Heirs and Graces, in particular the team in Baby Hedgehogs that look after our two children. It is hugely comforting to know that they are both so settled and happy. The staff develop such fantastic relationships with the children and genuinely care for
them and their development. The children engage in a wide variety of activities, and even from 6 months old they are taking part to the extent they can. The development we have seen in our children, as a result, is amazing.

Having had a child in the nursery since 2015, I can't recommend them enough. They go above and beyond and I feel that they genuinely care for my children. The activities that they do with my 21 month old are fantastic and the work the team have done with her has been a big influence on her development.
They are also great at providing updates and photos throughout the day on the app so that not only do you see how well your child is being looked after, you also don't feel like you're missing out.

Cannot praise the nursery and staff enough. I have 2 girls who attend and they are both happy and content in the nursery. I would especially like to mention how much it has helped my youngest daughter who has been able to gain the much needed early development social skills through lockdown as without
nursery her world would have been very restricted. All the staff are amazing and have worked so hard to ensure the children's safety during the pandemic.

Both of my children have gone to Heirs and Graces from being around 1 year old until school age. My youngest child is currently in pre-school and will be leaving to go to big school in September. The staff are wonderful, especially given the challenges faced in the last year or so with the pandemic.
The children enjoy going to the nursery. My son particularly loves the outdoor area for playing. He’s also getting more confident with his phonics and numbers etc in readiness for starting school which is great to see. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heirs and Graces.

Heirs and Graces have gone above and beyond in every way looking after our daughter in her years there. Even more so in the last 12 months, they kept in touch during the first lockdown supporting us as parents championing us as we attempted to juggle work and entertain a 3-year-old. They worked miracles
settling her back into nursery in the new normal. They have provided a safe haven of normality for her to play and learn. We can’t fault how much they have helped her emotionally as well as educationally. They have had lovely opportunities to explore and all the staff are friendly knowledgeable and caring. We can’t recommend them enough. They are guided by the child and have created learning opportunities based on her interests and encouraged her to explore her own ideas through play. Her confidence has grown and I know that she is being prepared for the next steps to school really well.

Brilliant nursery, brilliant staff and management, brilliant activities. I have sent both my children here, I went off recommendations when choosing 4 years ago. My daughter still attends, she is very shy, the staff have brought her on in leaps and bounds, she now walks in smiling and never looks back.
She eats and tries more food than she would at home and they are always doing lovely educational activities. I have become friendly with all my children's key workers, they make me feel comfortable to chat, see what my children are up to and just general conversation. I have never had any problems or any concerns. My children have made beautiful friendship groups here and I feel happy and safe leaving them here. I will be sad when my youngest leaves in the summer and so will she. I would definitely recommend.

My little girl is very happy at this nursery. I had to change nursery and she has settled here so well. I’m pleased with the team from day one. On our first induction day, my little girl had a fit the team knew exactly what to do from calling the ambulance and supporting me through such an awful moment.
It’s now over a year on from that day, my little girl has developed and grown so quick and loves talking about her nursery days.

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2020 and it is amazing! All of the staff are so helpful and really go above and beyond for the children. My son absolutely loves going into nursery, especially to his key worker! He has developed so much in the few months he’s been attending here,

I was advised by a few people that this nursery was fantastic, and how right they were.
My little girl started in April 2021 and is absolutely loving it, from a parental side the nursery gives regular updates, are very informative, knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

My daughter has had bad experiences with other nurseries but she absolutely adores this one. Thank you to her lovely teachers for making her feel so welcome and at ease every time she comes. Heirs and Graces is the second nursery my child has ever attended. At first, he attended another nursery due to me not driving at the time so it was convenient. However, I had a gut feeling to move him due to him being very upset going there, hardly ever getting any updates on him and so on.
I then
made the decision to google the best-rated nurseries in St. Helens and Heirs and Graces was at the very top. Once I completed the application and my son started at this nursery I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to move him.
He had gone from being hysterically crying when it was time to go to nursery to literally running into his new nursery with a massive grin on his face! Heirs and Graces consistently send me updates on my little boy day by day which makes me feel so at ease knowing how settled he is and how much more knowledgeable he is getting there.
I wanted the best for him and I am confident in believing that this nursery is exactly that! I couldn’t thank them enough.

We can not fault the staff at Heirs and Graces. Since our little one started at 8 months old, we’ve always felt confident he has been well looked after. He’s come on so much and the staff have worked really close with him to help his development.
The staff have been brilliant since day one and have
always been easy to communicate with and we’ve always felt well listened to.
It’s always scary leaving your child with someone else, so it’s been so reassuring to find somewhere you feel they are well cared for and looked after, but more importantly a place they absolutely love going to. I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough.

Both my girls have loved Heirs and Grace's over the years. Can't thank the staff enough for everything they do. Professional but fun and the kids eat better than me! The online journal is also used to inform parents of any news (especially this last year) and also so we can see what the children are
up to day to day, it's great.
