Heirs and Graces are so welcoming. They really put my mind at rest when my baby started in the baby room. The staff are so lovely, so calming and caring. The nursery provides amazing activities and resources for my child to learn and thrive. The online profile is a great way for communicating with parents
and we can have our input too. This is great to gain good relationships between staff and parents. My baby always has a lovely day and has settled so well in just a few weeks. The staff and management can’t do enough for you. I’ve already recommended this nursery to my friends and family and will continue to do so. 5 stars. Quality care for all the children. A lovely safe and stimulating environment. Thanks again.

My child loves going to the place and it's been lovely watching him grow throughout over the last four years. Definitely made the right decision of enrolling him in here. He's learnt a lot over the years and it's nice to see him so happy and playing with his friends.

Staff are really lovely and friendly and I can tell they really care about the children that attend. Give you a full breakdown of your child’s day and the things that they do during the day. My eldest went to this nursery and loved it and now my youngest has recently started. Even though she wasn’t
happy at first, they have done so much to help her settle in and I know she is in safe hands.

My little boy has been coming here since he was nine months. He isn’t good with being parted with but every morning they get him in and he always has tonnes of fun and tells me all about it when we pick him up. They're very patient and understanding. I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. Thanks

I couldn't rate Heirs and Graces higher. In the 5 years we’ve had children attend they’ve only ever been fantastic. The owners always have time for you, whether it be on the phone or popping by the office.
The key workers are incredible and really make you feel safe and secure leaving your children
with them. There’s an open and honest environment to raising concerns and the staff are very adaptable to each child's need.
All 3 of my babies have thrived in each of the different rooms they progress through and I couldn’t imagine making another choice for the next 2.5 years that my youngest 2 require childcare.

Cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The care for the children is of the highest standard, the activities and varied with lots of outdoor play too. Communication has always been excellent, providing details of what the children have been involved with throughout the day and what they have eaten.
However, they have excelled recently with the communication throughout the pandemic, especially sending through the policies and risk assessments so that parents are fully aware of all the measures in place. Honestly, fantastic nursery!

I find all staff welcoming, friendly and professional. The public and nursery areas are all cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.


My second grandchild now attends, mainly due to the excellent care my older grandchild received and still does. All the children I have seen are happy, active

and enjoy their experience within this happy and secure environment, childcare can be accessed at several sites but, it is the kind of care offered at this establishment that makes good providers great.

Both my two children have been at Heirs and Graces. My son is now at school and my daughter has just moved into the pre school room. This nursery has been great at helping both my children to enjoy nursery and learn as much as they have! The things my daughter comes out with when she comes home from
nursery still shocks me every day and I can't believe how well she is developing, as my son did in his time here. The staff are really understanding and always make great effort to tell me and my partner exactly what they have been enjoying and learning. The online portal for observations is great and I like that we can make our own comments so it makes us feel really involved with her learning. Thanks everyone at Heirs and Graces!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough.


As a first time parent, it was always going to be difficult choosing where our son was to go. Heirs & Graces made sure that we have not for one minute regretted sending our son there.


Our son regularly comes home from nursery telling us how much fun he

has had that day. From playing outside with the various toys, houses, bikes etc to the baking of cakes, I don’t think our son has had a bad day at nursery in nearly 4 years.


Enough cannot be said about the quality of staff as well. They are all fantastically thorough on everything they do, and they build real relationships with each and every child (now evident with our second son!). The daily reports and journal system is also fantastic, and it is great to see that both of our children are often in the midst of the mayhem (in a good way!) through these reports. It has also captured some aspects of their days that you would never see, which is invaluable.

Both my youngest and middle child have attended this nursery since they were 18 months old. They have both had an amazing time here and have loved every minute of their time here. Both the staff and the management have each and every child's individual needs at the forefront of their mind. The care
is to a very high standard and I have always felt totally safe knowing my children have been looked after here. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you Heirs and Graces you have been amazing.

The staff are amazing, they all know my son by name even when they are not in his class. They always make me feel at ease when dropping my son off before work and they have such a lovely relationship with him. I feel that the staff have been very patient in settling my little girl into nursery as she was very upset for a long time. I think that the activities they carry out with my child are very essential for her social development and this has vastly improved since attending the nusery.

I would recommend this nursery to all, my daughter has absolutely enjoyed her time at nursery. The staff are helpful, professional sincere and each day I collected my daughter they would tell me how her day had gone as well as the food she had eaten. I love the fact I get the opportunity to log on and
see videos and pictures of what my daughter has been doing and seeing her interact with daily activities.

My son has been attending Heirs and Graces since he was nine months old and he is now getting ready to leave to attend primary school in September. He has received an extremely high standard of care from day one and nothing is ever too much to ask from the staff and management team. Everyone is friendly
and approachable and I feel like me and my wife are continuously updated with my son's progress in nursery.
He loves going in each day and everyone is so welcoming and makes each day new and exciting for him. Thank you to the staff at Heirs and Graces for making nursery such a happy experience for my son!
