Although my son has only started attending recently for two days a week, his development has been brilliant. We're extremely happy as his parents. Our son is happy to attend, he is always happy at the end of the day and as a result, we are happy as parents.
My little girl has settled well into nursery and I'm really happy about the care of the staff during the settling in period. It took a while, she enjoys going to nursery so much and it's clear to see the girls play lots of care and attention to each of the children in getting to know them.they always have lovely comments to make. I would suggest a communication book rather than the paper slips.
The staff are helpful and informative. They want to work with us to help the development of our child.
My daughter first attended Broadgreen Bright Horizons when she was only 9 months old, her booking pattern is 1 day a week so it took her a while to settle in. However, the staff were really patient with her and kept me updated during the day and on picking her up. She is now happy to come to nursery and doesn't wasn't to leave when I come to collect her which is always a good sign. I am very happy with my child's development since she has started here.
My daughter loves nursery and all of the girls are great, we wish we didn't have to take her out so soon.
Excellent childcare provider. Warm and friendly atmosphere. All the children are well behaved and friendly which is a credit to the good work carried out by staff. The facilities available for the children are brilliant and my child always comes home with stories about her day and is constantly telling me of new things she's learnt. This is so important to working parents to know your child is receiving excellent all round care from people who are passionate about their roles.
The staff are friendly and approachable. They seem to care about each individual child's needs and adapt themselves accordingly. They once completed a 'learn about the world week' in the toddler room. Each day was dedicated to a different country where the children tried different foods, national dress and learnt a little bit about the country.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 6 months & she loves it. The staff show genuine affection for her & she feels the same for them. They do a range of activities with the children & have a good variety of meals. We are very happy with her going there.
Our child enjoys her time at nursery, she will always run over to the staff for a hug of a morning. All staff our friendly and know our child's name. Our child enjoys exploring the environment both indoors and out and enjoys the social aspect of making friends. Her communication skills have come on leaps and bounds and is always singing songs she has learnt. The food is nutritional and our child loves it. Well done Broadgreen.
All food is freshly made with fresh ingredients.
All the staff are polite and approachable and take your points on board.

Meet the Team (2)
Kerine is the Deputy Manager and SENDCo at Bright Horizons Broadgreen, with over 15 years’ experience in childcare. She is passionate about inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs, ensuring every child feels valued, understood, and supported to reach their full potential. She is also committed to children’s wellbeing and emotional development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning from an early age.
She is deeply dedicated to the whole nursery and takes great pride in helping create a welcoming, high-quality environment where children, families, and staff feel happy, supported, and inspired. Kerine works closely with the nursery team and families to build strong partnerships, support staff development, and continually strive to make Bright Horizons Broadgreen an amazing place for children to learn and grow.
Molly has worked in early years for over 10 years, and during that time, she has had the privilege of supporting children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
She is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their potential.
Working closely with families is also very important to her, as she believes strong partnerships help children thrive. Molly feels very lucky to be part of such a dedicated team and is excited to continue supporting both the children and staff at Broadgreen.
