You and your child will love the beautiful nursery in Broadgreen, designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

They care about the individual needs of every child. The nursery is laid out to give your little one the best age-specific environment in which to flourish, and they have a SENCO (Special Education Needs Coordinator) on-site for children who require an extra level of support.

The Broadgreen nursery baby room is split into Under 1s and 1-2s, allowing the team to tailor the care to each specific developmental stage. They separate the garden by age into four sections, so that indoor learning can be consolidated in a new, fresh environment that is modified for each age group.

For preschoolers, they focus on the unique Growing Enhancements programme to encourage natural curiosity to learn. This focuses on reading, writing and mathematics, alongside vocational subjects such as art and cooking, to help lay the foundations for future academic and creative achievements.

Community is also important to the team and they take the children on regular nature walks and library visits, to strengthen their knowledge and familiarity with their local area.

The setting is situated in the grounds of Broadgreen Hospital, with a buggy storage area for your convenience. There is also a dedicated Parent Room with sensory equipment for babies.

So happy we chose Bright Horizons Broadgreen for our son. His development has improved so much and we are thankful to all of the teams in each room for this, from baby to toddler. Bright Horizons Broadgreen is a fantastic nursery. The staff are brilliant with my daughter -she has really blossomed since attending and I go to work feeling relieved she is in safe hands and will be happy. My daughter has an excellent relationship with both staff and children.

My oldest son has been at Bright Horizons Broadgreen nursery for the past 2 years and his speech, development and confidence has grown every day. He loves going to nursery and tells us stories about all the fun he has had as soon as he comes home. The staff have been amazing in all rooms and all of
his key workers have been amazing in supporting him to grow into the amazing independent little man he is today! My youngest son is soon to join the amazing nursery and I would 100% recommend.

The staff are so lovely and easy to talk to. Our little boy loves it and has come on so much since being in the nursery. It's a nice, relaxed environment, and we love the updates throughout the day. The rooms are lovely for all the children and have a lovely outside set-up.

My child has been at nursery for a few years now and he has grown so much. The nursery have helped him in so many ways and always supported any challenges. You always get a lovely welcome when dropping off and the same again when picking up such friendly and amazing teachers. Would recommend to anyone.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Broadgreen since January this year. Since joining he has progressed so much. He loves to play and interact in new activities. His speech has improved. He has learnt to share and walk - which has now turned into running lol. Starting in the baby's room, he has
just moved up to the toddler room and we are excited to see him develop more and continue to be our shining star. Definitely feels good to see him love nursery and be happy to go in every Thursday and Friday. We love Bright Horizons and all the staff are amazing! Best nursery x

I couldn't speak better of this nursery; the facilities, the staff and the food are exceptional. My daughter has been with this nursery for over 3 years and I'll be sad when she leaves! The staff are so caring and compassionate, and all work so hard to ensure we as parents know our child is safe and
well cared for. I have recommended this nursery to many friends and family because I honestly couldn't fault them! The facilities and activities keep my child engaged and has aided her development massively, month in month out. Keep doing what you do!

My daughter transferred here during covid and the staff could not have been more helpful to help facilitate this. She thoroughly enjoys attending each day and excitedly talks about all the things they get up to and learn. The staff are all so lovely, friendly and approachable which is a great help as
it's like you're leaving your child with friends and the relationship they have with the children is lovely to see, the children really love all the staff! My little girl tries a variety of new foods whilst here and is so proud when she has tried a new food and the staff promote and praise this. Overall she loves going to nursery each day and I have even had to put back her pickup time as she tells me off for coming too early! You know it's a great place when they don't want to leave! My youngest will be starting next year and I have no doubt, at all, that he will be made to feel safe happy and loved, meaning one less 'mum guilt' worry for me! Broadgreen Bright Horizons is a perfect choice!

My son has had a rough start with nursery, he refused to go at first and would cry every time he would go in, but the staff at Broadgreen Bright Horizons have supported and cared for him, and now my son looks forward and enjoys playing with his new friends. The staff are making sure to keep me updated
about his progress and help him develop his communication and socialising skills. I am happy we found such lovely professionals that have been amazing from day 1.

My son recently started here when I went back to work and the staff made the process so easy! He settled in straight away and the staff are fantastic with him, have seen him develop in so many ways already even in such a short period of time! Highly recommend it to anyone as the staff are so kind and

Bright Horizons have been like a second family to our son who is now 2 years and 3 months old.
He has attended the Nursey since he was 8 months old and over all his care has been outstanding.
All members of staff are equally as nice with an active interest in genuinely caring and giving detailed up
to date reports and all the team members know where each child is up to in terms of ability and stages.
Our little boy in his small two years has recently gone under many hospital tests and an operation, us as parents were left feeling anxious and distressed, especially while waiting for a diagnosis.
Though one thing was for sure, is that Bright Horizons where right there with us, always asking and enquiring, calling while he took time away from Nursey to check in.
Each and every staff member would ask and offer support, which felt so warming, leaving us even more content and secure that even while not at his best, our son was safe and happy. Thank you staff in Toddlers and Baby room

My son started nursery in October 2019. The staff have been fantastic with him from day one, helping him to settle in. He skips into the nursery and barely looks back. The nursery provides him with a wide range of enjoyable activities are happy to help with all aspects of his development. I can’t fault
the nursery staff who have worked tirelessly throughout the covid pandemic and made it possible to keep the nursery open which has been so beneficial for the children.

My daughter started Bright Horizons in March this year at 12 months old, a very daunting milestone for us as parents and for our daughter. From the start, staff have always been so supportive, I love that they have an app to allow parents and carers to communicate with staff and check in on children's
daily activities (pictures also). She is so happy in the nursery from start to finish, she is flourishing there and I can only thank each and every member of staff for providing an educational, fun and nurturing environment for my precious daughter.

With 23 years of childcare experience, Lorna's background includes working in nurseries, as a childminder, a playworker, and a leader for Rainbows and Brownies. She loves the outdoors and has a particular fondness for messy play. She delights in seeing little faces light up when they are elbow-deep in mud, gloop, or something else wonderfully messy, fully engaged and exploring their world. There is something truly special about hearing a child's laughter that makes her heart swell with joy.


Lorna is a mother to two adult children who have experienced nursery life, giving her a unique perspective on childcare from both a parent's and a professional's viewpoint. Although she does not have many hobbies, she has a deep love for music of all genres and has recently taken up crocheting.

Molly also places great importance on building strong partnerships with families, believing these connections play a key role in helping children thrive.
