You and your child will love the beautiful nursery in Broadgreen, designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

They care about the individual needs of every child. The nursery is laid out to give your little one the best age-specific environment in which to flourish, and they have a SENCO (Special Education Needs Coordinator) on-site for children who require an extra level of support.

The Broadgreen nursery baby room is split into Under 1s and 1-2s, allowing the team to tailor the care to each specific developmental stage. They separate the garden by age into four sections, so that indoor learning can be consolidated in a new, fresh environment that is modified for each age group.

For preschoolers, they focus on the unique Growing Enhancements programme to encourage natural curiosity to learn. This focuses on reading, writing and mathematics, alongside vocational subjects such as art and cooking, to help lay the foundations for future academic and creative achievements.

Community is also important to the team and they take the children on regular nature walks and library visits, to strengthen their knowledge and familiarity with their local area.

The setting is situated in the grounds of Broadgreen Hospital, with a buggy storage area for your convenience. There is also a dedicated Parent Room with sensory equipment for babies.

The manager and her team have been amazing and we have been so grateful for their hard work, compassion and resilience in what have been very challenging times this

My son first started in the nursery in 2015. I was really impressed with how they interacted with children and the rapport they build up. So when I had my daughter in 2017, I was more than happy to enroll her in the nursery.
In March/April 2020 COVID happened and we went into lockdown. As a nurse
and keyworker, this was an extremely stressful time and apart from this nursery I had no one else to turn to regarding child care for my 3 year old daughter. The nursery manager and all the staff could not of been more supportive and I felt like they had gone out of their way to accommodate extra days that was required.
Even if COVID had not happened I would highly recommend this nursery as they are enthusiastic in role-play and teaching.
Communication has always been excellent and to a high standard
I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of the team for the care they have given both my children.

My child has attended this nursery from January 2020. The staff and management team have helped my daughter settle in and she loves going to nursery. I know my daughter gets excellent care and attention which makes me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents requiring childcare.

This is an excellent nursery. The staff are so warm and welcoming and they know all the children’s names, whether they are in their room or not. The communication is really good and I feel I can raise an issue if needed and it be dealt with professionally (not that I have needed to). They have adapted
to the pandemic amazingly and I am glad I moved my child to come here. I have 2 children who attend the nursery and I would definitely recommend them to care for your children. You feel
safe and secure to leave them there knowing they're are in safe, caring hands.

We send both our children to this nursery and both have developed brilliantly since starting. My son started in toddlers and is now in pre-school, the staff have been fantastic, very approachable and have given him the support he has needed for him to be ready for school next year. Our daughter is now
in the rising 3's and her speech has come on leaps and bounds. Could not recommend this nursery enough.

This is my second child at this nursery. My daughter enjoys her time here and learns so much. The staff work very hard and work long hours but always have a smile on their face. Lots of learning and activities for the children. Children have healthy meals and outdoor play and learning time. Very happy

My child has been in the nursery for almost 18months, he settled into the nursery great with the support of the fantastic staff in rising 3’s.
The nursery have catered for his dairy allergy and have also supported us with his fussy eating (which has definitely improved thanks to the staff).
One of
the deciding factors for choosing this nursery was the outdoor play provisions. The children get lots of outdoor play regardless of the weather, which is important to me as my son loves playing outdoors.
They do lots of activities throughout the day and my son has flourished since being in Bright Horizons Broadgreen.
I cannot thank the staff and management enough.

This preschool was amazing for my son who was there for one year. The staff are fabulous and the care taken of my son was second to none. He came on so much regarding shapes, numbers, confidence and was ready for big school by the end. I was upset for him to leave and would recommend Bright Horizons

This is a really excellent nursery. My son settled in straight away and attends 2 full days while I am at work. The staff are fantastic a real credit to the nursery. As I have only had positive experiences with them I have no worries leaving my son with them because I know even when he's upset he will

I am very happy with my little girl attending Broadgreen Nursery, she really enjoys going into the baby room two. A Very reliable nursery that shows nothing but consistency to care and learning. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tips and advice. This place is like a second home to my 14-month-old son and I feel so comfortable with him being at this setting.

My kids are 1 and a half and 3 years now. When they started going to this nursery, it was their first time away from me, so naturally, they were really upset but the staff in the nursery have supported and welcomed them in such a way that a few weeks down the road they started looking forward to going
to nursery every morning. Whether it was sleep problems, difficult behaviour or eating problems, the staff have been brilliant in every department. I really appreciate the love and compassion they have for their job and for the kids!

I am happy with the nursery and my daughter is happy and settled there. She has been here for 17 months and has got to know all staff members and become greatly fond of them all.
My daughter and I have the greatest respect for her key worker and we appreciate her a lot.

Had my son in nursery since he was 9 months old. It was a nervous time leaving him for the first time but all of the staff have been so excellent and done everything to make me feel reassured that he is in safe hands! Very caring and supportive environment for babies and toddlers alike. Made my son

After visiting 10+ nurseries in our local area, I was unsettled with my choice of nursery for my daughter.
Then I found Bright Horizons!
The positive, friendly, attentive and understanding attitude of all staff made us feel welcomed with open arms.
We were shown around and advised of each rooms
daily activities. We were introduced to every staff member who walked by. I could see that all the children were being attended to and the level of education; using the 'growing programme' was proving extremely effective.
My daughter recently started with BH; Broadgreen and although I was nervous to leave her, I knew she was in great hands.
On leaving her for the first time I was very upset and as a lovely gesture the manager called me just to see how I was and let me know my daughter was thriving on her first day! I couldn't thank her enough! One example of how caring the staff are.
I'm already so thrilled we've chosen Bright Horizons for our daughter and look forward to her journey with them over the coming years.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Kerine is the Deputy Manager and SENDCo at Bright Horizons Broadgreen, with over 15 years’ experience in childcare. She is passionate about inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs, ensuring every child feels valued, understood, and supported to reach their full potential. She is also committed to children’s wellbeing and emotional development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning from an early age.


She is deeply dedicated to the whole nursery and takes great pride in helping create a welcoming, high-quality environment where children, families, and staff feel happy, supported, and inspired. Kerine works closely with the nursery team and families to build strong partnerships, support staff development, and continually strive to make Bright Horizons Broadgreen an amazing place for children to learn and grow.

Molly has worked in early years for over 10 years, and during that time, she has had the privilege of supporting children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them.


She is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their potential.


Working closely with families is also very important to her, as she believes strong partnerships help children thrive. Molly feels very lucky to be part of such a dedicated team and is excited to continue supporting both the children and staff at Broadgreen.
