Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery and Preschool

I have used this nursery for my two sons for five years now. I cannot fault the nursery and I have always felt confident in the care they give to my children. The staff are efficient in how they communicate with parents and during COVID 19 this has not altered. My children have always been cared for and supported in an extremely happy environment. They are excited to attend the nursery and are welcomed every day by the friendly staff. My family very much appreciate the hard work of all the nursery staff in making these early years a very positive experience for my children.

I have had 2 children in the nursery - my youngest is currently in Preschool. We have been so pleased with the nursery throughout the last 5 years but never more so than during Lockdown. Without any hesitation, the nursery stayed open for key workers and made all necessary adaptations to keep things safe. Throughout a very difficult time, the staff were always cheerful and caring and provided fun and stability for my daughter. We can’t thank them enough for all they have done. The outside space in the nursery is fantastic. The menus are healthy and varied. Most of all the staff are really excellent.

My son has been at this nursery for 2 and a half years now, having recently moved into preschool. The nursery have always been very supportive and attentive to his needs, with good effective communication wih us as parents. They have set clear, achievable goals and fed back to us on his progress. They have supported him in transitioning between rooms. Our son loves nursery and the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Huge thanks to preschool, we miss you dearly, but the next boy will be up to see you soon.

My son was at Bright Horizons Broadgreen for 3 years up until August 2020. He has loved it and has started school well prepared and happy. The manager and her team have been amazing and we have been so grateful for their hard work, compassion and resilience in what have been very challenging times this year. We would absolutely recommend Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery!

My child has attended this nursery from January 2020. The staff and management team have helped my daughter settle in and she loves going to nursery. I know my daughter gets excellent care and attention which makes me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents requiring childcare.

We send both our children to this nursery and both have developed brilliantly since starting. My son started in toddlers and is now in pre-school, the staff have been fantastic, very approachable and have given him the support he has needed for him to be ready for school next year. Our daughter is now in the rising 3's and her speech has come on leaps and bounds. Could not recommend this nursery enough.

This is my second child at this nursery. My daughter enjoys her time here and learns so much. The staff work very hard and work long hours but always have a smile on their face. Lots of learning and activities for the children. Children have healthy meals and outdoor play and learning time. Very happy with Broadgreen.

Both my Daughters are extremely happy coming into nursery and have a great bond with all the staff in their rooms. The nursery is a warm, welcoming environment and all the staff work really hard.

This preschool was amazing for my son who was there for one year. The staff are fabulous and the care taken of my son was second to none. He came on so much regarding shapes, numbers, confidence and was ready for big school by the end. I was upset for him to leave and would recommend Bright Horizons Broad Green to any parent. This is a really excellent nursery. My son settled in straight away and attends 2 full days while I am at work. The staff are fantastic a real credit to the nursery. As I have only had positive experiences with them I have no worries leaving my son with them because I know even when he's upset he will settle within 5 minutes. Really glad I chose this nursery for my baby.

I am very happy with my little girl attending Broadgreen Nursery, she really enjoys going into the baby room two. The staff in there are amazing and are always welcoming us in with a smile on their faces, she had lots of fun with all the activities they have planned and has progressed so much. We are very happy with Broadgreen Nursery and wouldn't want our baby girl anywhere else. Thank you to you all, you all do an amazing job.

A Very reliable nursery that shows nothing but consistency to care and learning. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tips and advice. This place is like a second home to my 14-month-old son and I feel so comfortable with him being at this setting.

My kids are 1 and a half and 3 years now. When they started going to this nursery, it was their first time away from me, so naturally, they were really upset but the staff in the nursery have supported and welcomed them in such a way that a few weeks down the road they started looking forward to going to nursery every morning. Whether it was sleep problems, difficult behaviour or eating problems, the staff have been brilliant in every department. I really appreciate the love and compassion they have for their job and for the kids!

The care and services provided in this nursery are excellent. We had no complaints or problems while our kids were going there. The staff are very supportive and caring. Will highly recommend this nursery for anyone.

My daughter enjoys preschool very much. Has a good relationship with staff and has made lots of friends. Her social skills have improved a lot and I will be requesting extra hours soon.
