My daughter has attended Broadgreen for 12 months now and it has gone from strength to strength. When we started the staff were lovely, approachable and helpful however the nursery was basic, the activities repetitive and not much to offer, we would have taken my daughter out but we struggled to
find a space elsewhere. However, we are glad we stuck with it as the last 6 months things have got so much better. My daughter can't wait to tell me what she has learnt and how exciting her day was, her confidence has flourished, the whole atmosphere in the nursery is positive from the second you walk through the front door. We've gone from wanting to remove our daughter to telling our friends how amazing it is!

My Grandaughter began to attend bright horizons after much research and visits to several nurseries. We had doubts about putting her in mainly due to guilt !! But needs must so we decided on Broad Green. Well, what can I say? What an amazing place, the atmosphere, the staff just the whole vibe of
the place is outstanding and most importantly, my Grandaughter absolutely loves going, she settled better then we ever dreamt she would and all because, not only do the staff care but they genuinely love their jobs and take so much pride in the nursery.

Since our child has been at Bright Horizons she has really grown in confidence by meeting new people and other children. The activities provided for the children to learn are fantastic with regards to learning but also having fun at the same time. Our child lovers her time at Bright Horizons and is
full of smiles from when we drop her off to when we collect her.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! My child has attended for 2 years, the first 6 months were some what challenging however great improvements have taken place and my daughter is flourishing. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming which makes the drop offs so much easier, I always drop my
daughter off feeling content and knowing she will be cared and have a great day.

The staff are great. It's difficult to write a review as I know how the nursery once was! The staff in the rooms are great, they really try their best with what they have.
The whole feel of the nursery has changed. It once was a place were management always sat on the front door and knew you and
your child as you came in. It felt safe and reassured you as a parent. Now, management sit in a room at the side, never acknowledging you as you walk in and overhearing conversations of their evenings/ weekends. The personal touch is no longer present and management feel removed from the nursery itself. It's such a shame as we had such a different experience with our older child.

My children have attended this nursery for almost 5 years now. The nursery have met the care needs of all of my children and have gone above and beyond to support them. Unfortunately my oldest child went through his pre-school year without their being any early years teachers on site however the
room leader was an amazing support, always encouraging learning through exciting activities. This has now been rectified and my younger child is flourishing in the environment! Molly greets us at the door each morning with a friendly smile and addresses each child by name which I really value. The staff are always happy to see us arriving and my children have formed very close bonds with them all. The App is easy to use and is regularly updated which is brilliant! Lorna and her management team reply to any messages on the app very swiftly and the means of communication is very easy.
Thank you to everyone who help us as a family, we really appreciate the work you do!

I have sent 3 of my children to Broadgreen nursery over the last 5 years, and currently only 1 is attending as my others are now in school. Firstly the room staff are fantastic, my little one loves running in for hugs, i have noticed and mentioned to management about the number of new staff and
changes to key workers etc that was a bit unsettling for myself. But management explained and reassured me. The facilities are great lots of indoor and outdoor play, the app is kept upto date each session. Also the kitchen staff and food available is great as my little 1 has allergies and intolerances this has been catered for with no issues. I have viewed other nurseries closer to home as it's a 50min round trip morning and afternoon to drop off and pick up, but I can't find a nursery I feel as comfortable and safe to look after my children as I do here. So thank you for do such a fantastic job supporting and encouraging our little ones development.

Friendly staff and environment, welcoming and supportive to all children. I would recommend bright horizons for those looking for a trusting and caring nursery. Any nerves or apprehension on day 1 were quickly put to rest.

We have been so happy with BrightHorizons at Broadgreen. The staff have done everything they can to help our daughter settle into nursery life.
All the staff are so friendly, kind and attentive and go out of their way to make us feel supported. We are glad we chose this nursery and have seen our
daughter develop since she joined.

Molly & her team are all amazing, I can drop my child off and not worry at all knowing she is in safe hands with the team. At first my daughter was nervous going and now she looks forward to going, just shows what kind of team they are, so hard working.

Our little boy started this nursery at 11 months old. Each morning we were dropping him to unfamiliar staff and collecting him from unfamiliar staff who were unable to provide a handover as they hadn't been caring for him in the baby room. On one occasion staff didn't know his name upon collection.
I raised concerns with the manager and was assured us it would change which initially it did for approximately 4 weeks and then things went from bad to worse. Our baby was transitioned from the baby room to toddler room without us being notified until we collected him. His new key worker had been pulled to cover another room. Therefore, he was in an unfamiliar room with unfamiliar staff for 10 hours without his parents being informed until collection. Raised concerns with management- explanation was unclear as to why this happened therefore we made the decision to remove our little boy immediately from the nursery.

Lovely, welcoming nursery. Smooth transition from toddlers to rising 3's. Kept informed of key worker changes and what to expect. Staff in both rooms are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble when asking anything about the day. Looked at lots of nurseries before choosing this one as I have
been a nursery owner for the last 25 years. It's such a hard decision putting your child in a nursery, but this one is wonderful and we are very happy with our choice. My second grandchild starts soon.

My daughter has attended the nursery since January 2022. She absolutely loves going into nursery and has come on leaps and bounds in her speech and physical development. The nursery staff are always welcoming and very supportive. Very glad we chose this nursery. Communication is always very good,
the app is updated regularly and they discuss development regularly and openly.

Great communication. The staff go above and beyond to cater for every child’s needs. I feel very confident and assured that my child is getting a very enriched experience during his time there. There are always lots of fun learning activities available for them.

My daughter has attended the nursery from being 12 months old and I can’t thank the nursery enough for the care and attention she receives. She loves coming to nursery and I think that is down to the lovely staff and it puts my mind at ease knowing she is being well looked after whilst I’m at work.
Her confidence and overall development has come on so much since starting and I can’t recommend this nursery enough.

Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery, the staff are welcoming and supportive and have provided a safe and happy environment for my children to attend. Their overall development has been brought on through the educational and creative activities the nursery provides.
Receiving regular updates and photos regarding their daily routine/development is very reassuring as a parent!

The setting is perfect. My daughter has really come out of her shell. She engages more and has developed self-confidence since attending the nursery. She is my second child to attend this nursery as I loved the environment so much when my son first went. Now my third is already enrolled and ready to
start his Bright Horizons journey.

My 2 children attend the nursery. My eldest has attended for two years and we cannot speak highly enough of the staff! They always go the extra mile for the children and they always come home with a smile.

Our third child is now in preschool and about to leave Bright Horizons, Broadgreen. The care, education and opportunity provided to her during her time, has been nothing but exceptional. The way the nursery adapted and managed throughout the pandemic was wonderful. As a family, we felt very lucky to
have somewhere she could attend during this difficult time and knew, without doubt, she was safe and happy.

Cannot fault the staff, from the management to the staff in each room. The way my daughter runs into nursery is testament to the care and support she receives. The structure and development since she has been attending (7 months) is evident in her developments in speech, actions, understanding and
growth. Would recommend the team at Broadgreen and a special mention for my daughter's key worker and the whole of the toddler staff, they are amazing with my daughter. Thank you.
