You and your child will love the beautiful nursery in Broadgreen, designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

They care about the individual needs of every child. The nursery is laid out to give your little one the best age-specific environment in which to flourish, and they have a SENCO (Special Education Needs Coordinator) on-site for children who require an extra level of support.

The Broadgreen nursery baby room is split into Under 1s and 1-2s, allowing the team to tailor the care to each specific developmental stage. They separate the garden by age into four sections, so that indoor learning can be consolidated in a new, fresh environment that is modified for each age group.

For preschoolers, they focus on the unique Growing Enhancements programme to encourage natural curiosity to learn. This focuses on reading, writing and mathematics, alongside vocational subjects such as art and cooking, to help lay the foundations for future academic and creative achievements.

Community is also important to the team and they take the children on regular nature walks and library visits, to strengthen their knowledge and familiarity with their local area.

The setting is situated in the grounds of Broadgreen Hospital, with a buggy storage area for your convenience. There is also a dedicated Parent Room with sensory equipment for babies.

Staff are amazing & caring. They have an amazing relationship with my son & I go to work with no worry about his care. My son completes a variety of activities & the meals provided are excellent. Could not praise the staff enough they manage my son's allergies really well & communication between nursery

This nursery has been excellent for both of my daughters and as well as giving the kids a lot of care and attention both my girls have a lot of fun and educationally they developed very quickly in their time there.


Would recommend the place to anyone the staff are all excellent and very caring and

My daughter really enjoys her time at this nursery and although she was unsettled at first the staff were really good at settling her in and I love picking her up at the end of the day and hearing all about her day. I feel she is very well cared for and I can see she has good relationships with lots

My daughter has attended nursery for two years. She loves the staff in her room and will always go for cuddles. My little girl has been at this nursery since the end of August. She took a while to settle but the girls in the baby room 1 have been brilliant with her. I like that I get a sheet everyday with inforation about what she has eaten, when she has slept etc but the girls always have time to chat about
her day when I pick her up.


The rooms are always clean, lots of toys and activitities available and I like the weekly memos that show what each room has been up to. I enjoy reading it.

My son has been attending the Nursery for about 10 months he has now moved up to Baby Room 2 where he has settled very nicely. The transition from Baby 1 to Baby 2 was made very smoothly due to the excellence of the staff. All the staff are very professional, caring and enthusiastic about the children

My child has attended this nursery since she was one and a half years old and is now four. She has progressed leaps and bounds with the help from the staff. I have recommended this nursery to other colleagues and they have sent their children here. Meals are always well balanced. My daughter has made

My little girl has settled well into nursery and I'm really happy about the care of the staff during the settling in period. It took a while, she enjoys going to nursery so much and it's clear to see the girls play lots of care and attention to each of the children in getting to know them.they always

My daughter first attended Broadgreen Bright Horizons when she was only 9 months old, her booking pattern is 1 day a week so it took her a while to settle in. However, the staff were really patient with her and kept me updated during the day and on picking her up. She is now happy to come to nursery
and doesn't wasn't to leave when I come to collect her which is always a good sign. I am very happy with my child's development since she has started here.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

With 23 years of childcare experience, Lorna's background includes working in nurseries, as a childminder, a playworker, and a leader for Rainbows and Brownies. She loves the outdoors and has a particular fondness for messy play. She delights in seeing little faces light up when they are elbow-deep in mud, gloop, or something else wonderfully messy, fully engaged and exploring their world. There is something truly special about hearing a child's laughter that makes her heart swell with joy.


Lorna is a mother to two adult children who have experienced nursery life, giving her a unique perspective on childcare from both a parent's and a professional's viewpoint. Although she does not have many hobbies, she has a deep love for music of all genres and has recently taken up crocheting.

Molly is the Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Broadgreen and has worked in early years for over 10 years. Throughout her career, she has supported children as they learn, grow, and explore the world around them.


She is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Molly also places great importance on building strong partnerships with families, believing these connections play a key role in helping children thrive.
