Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool

Since my daughter started, when she was 9 months old, she has grown into a smart and confident little girl and since the change in the management, the nursery has grown into a great place of learning and happy staff.

All the staff work hard to build and maintain their relationship with my daughter and other children. Everyone at the nursery communicates any information promptly and effectively. I have always felt my daughter is receiving the best quality of care at this nursery and have recommended it to others when given the opportunity.

My son has been doing two settling in sessions a week for the past few months, before starting in May. All the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating and my son seems to have settled in very well. I feel very comfortable about him attending for full days.

The staff are always so happy and helpful. I feel very confident leaving my babies here!

My son has been coming here since he was 11 months old. I have seen his confidence grow and is now speaking clearly. He often talks about his friends and key people at home. The app is very informative and gives me all the information about my son's day. I am able to check the app throughout the day to see how he is getting on.

My grandson has been attending this nursery since he was 2. I have since seen his confidence come out. All the staff are very helpful, professional and informative. I feel comfortable leaving my grandson here.

My child has loved being at Bright Horizons. He is always happy to go in and gives big smiles whenever we mention the staff at home. We love all the photos and the app telling us what our child has been up to, letting us know important details and keeping us up to date is so important to us. At this nursery, we feel our child is loved as well as looked after. A name rather than a number. The only thing is there is no option for teacher holidays, so quite expensive.

Since my son started at the nursery in November 2021 right up until and including now. I have been very impressed with the nursery structure and all staff members. Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for both my son and my family. I have seen a real progression in my cons confidence and understanding since starting at nursery and I am very pleased that I chose Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool after researching and considering several nurseries.

The nursery staff are all so kind, informative and welcoming. My son and myself were very unsure about nursery but after several taster days, I realised that he was in extremely safe and kind hands. My son soon settled into nursery too. The app that the nursery uses is very reassuring. I can see more or less live what he's up to and the instant messaging facility allows me to communicate with the staff easily. I even get to see photos of what he is up to. He seems to be doing something fun and varied each week. It's great.

Have used this nursery for all my children and it gets better and better. My son loves attending every day and he is improving with speech with their help and support.

Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery have done a great job of communicating with us and keeping us up to date with what's happening on a day to day basis, the app has been brilliant for this reason too! They're also very good at keeping on track with each individual's progress and making changes to help with development.

I'm happy with the progress of my son since starting here in 2021. The teachers and managers are very approachable and happy to resolve any issues. My son loves the outside area of the nursery and he is so happy when he goes which makes me happy.

Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery is an exceptional nursery, whereby the staff, I feel, go above and beyond to meet the needs of each individual child. My son's main key persons are the most professional, caring, understanding and efficient team members and myself and my son's father feel 100% confident in their and the other staff member's ability to help my son and also his peers thrive. The management team have always responded in a timely, professional manner to any queries raised and I couldn't be happier with our son's current development since he began attending Bright Horizons.

I absolutely recommend this nursery. My son developed extremely well since he started to attend. He developed his English a lot and became very self-confident.

My child has been attending this nursery since he was around 10 months old. He loves going to nursery and always has the best time. All staff are friendly, understanding and very caring. I always feel at ease and comfortable leaving my child at nursery as I know he is in safe hands. His overall development, learning and confidence has grown tremendously since being at nursery. Knowing my child enjoys nursery and is having fun makes me as a mother so happy and content.

Our son absolutely loves attending on nursery days, he's settled in really well. The staff are all experienced and comforting with my child. All activities seem fun and my child has learnt a lot since being at the nursery.

Brilliant staff so accomodating. Kids absolutely love being here. 2 year old and 3 year old so they are in different classes but the staff do let them see each other during the day. They are both always happy when I pick them up. They eas well so the food must be great! Management is also great, so accommodating of my needs, always greet any changes that I need to make which are genuinely last minute. Kids sometimes cry when I drop them off but the staff are so helpful and manage to make take them in happily.
