Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool

Brilliant staff, very welcoming, my children love all staff.

Our baby has been at the nursery for seven months, starting at 8 months old, and we;ve seen incredible growth. The staff provides amazing support, offering cuddles when he's unwell. His eating habits have improved and they cater to his interests in music and art. Each morning, our baby points to the door wanting to go back. The nursery is clean and he hasn't caught any bugs over the summer which is a testament to their hygiene. Outdoor play on sunny days and respecting individual preferences for indoor activities are notable. The friendly staff are fostering his independence beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the care he's been receiving and would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I've been extremely happy with the nursery. I feel my son has excelled in many ways, learning, socially and confidence. The staff are all friendly, helpful and polite. I feel at ease leaving my son the full days and assured he's going to be safe.

I can't praise the manager and her team enough! They have provided such a wonderful learning experience and care for my daughter. What a very good way to introduce my daughter to preschool, she loves being involved in a lot of activities with her friends. She comes up with new things that she learned from Bright Horizons. They are supporting my daughter in the right way and update us on her development. The app is also so handy to keep an eye on my daughter's daily meal and how much she has eaten - this gives me peace of mind and I know how to adjust her meals after preschool. If you are thinking of sending your child to this preschool, please do so, it is something that is really worth it.

Can't fault anything about the nursery in our experience. The staff are so nurturing and caring, and the communication is brilliant. Everyone knew my son's name so quickly and all the staff say hello every time. The food is varied and fantastic and they always seem to have exciting activities.

It's a really good place for my baby. She loves going there and is happy there. The staff are very friendly and helpful always with any problems and look after the children well. All children's entertainment is good and develops my child.

My 10-month-old has been going to the nursery for a month now. I was nervous at first since he is so young but the manager put our minds at ease and went through everything about the nursery. The app is great as it gives me peace of mind and I can always check to see what my baby is up to during the day. Since starting the nursery, my son has become more confident and sociable. He has already formed a bond with the staff in his room and enjoys playing with the other children. All of the staff are great and warm towards the children. The facilities are clean and meals are freshly prepared and healthy. I am so happy we chose this nursery and highly recommend booking a visit.

Really appreciative of the games they play with the kids and the materials used. Less plastic, more wook and plastic free materials. The garden upgrades were all inhouse, so many ideas for games that are recycled materials or objects and play ideas that are sustainable, also recently been sharing great ideas and tips of games and kid entertainment with parents to try over the weekend. My girls are always well cared for, given all the focus and attention they need to thrive.

Bright Horizons have gone above and beyond our expectations to provide our child with state-of-the-art amenities, a positive, fun environment in which our child could thrive in, constant communication via the app before/after drop-offs and following an excellent curriculum for learning. They have offered advice and support throughout our time, and our daughter has loved every second of it. Her recent graduation was one of the best days of our lives, and all praise to the effort every member of the staff put in to make the children's day special.

I will miss you all just as much as my child will.

I would thoroughly recommend this nursery - it is warm, caring and well-managed and the staff are wonderful. We had had a bad experience with another nursery and the staff took time to discuss this with me which was much appreciated. The longer-than-average settling-in period gave time for my son to get to know the staff and other children and also built my confidence in the nursery itself. It is a happy, positive and welcoming place and the staff in the baby room are brilliant - calm, friendly, super experienced and amazing with my son and the other little ones. I have full confidence that my son will be well taken care of here and that means everything!

Friendly staff. Caring to my child.

It has been just over a year since my child started at Bright Horizons. He started following a negative experience at another nursery so I was already very sceptical. However the whole team put my mind at ease by ensuring he had enough settling in sessions. I already saw a positive change in his behaviour in the first few weeks. My child absolutely loves attending nursery and goes in with open arms and a huge smile on his face. The staff and management always go above and beyond when it comes to care and development. Management are so friendly and welcoming. The nursery is very clean and always has a fresh new look when it comes to special occasions. My child can be fussy with food but not when it comes to nursery meal times as there is a huge variety which I love. The app is always updated with his development and pictures which is so helpful. I would 100% recommend this nursery. It is a great place for your child to develop, flourish and the whole team are just incredible.

My son has come on leaps and bounds in the 9 months or so since he started. I've felt so comfortable leaving him here knowing he will have fun and be looked after by an experienced and caring team.

I knew I would be sending my children here long before I was even pregnant. I didn't need to view or see any other places. I wasn't wrong. This was the best decision we have made for our son and daughter. They have been nothing but helpful, amazing and understanding. Helped us so much with our children. The staff members are always happy and welcoming. I wouldn't change anything! 10/10.
