Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool

Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery. The staff members are so caring and supportive. My twins love coming to the nursery. They are so loved and cared for. I have seen my twins develop in all areas and that makes me very happy and pleased. Thank you, everyone, at the nursery for taking care of my twins.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons for a while and she has settled well. We enjoy regular feedback on her activities, eating and sleeping from the staff who have been very helpful in answering questions and discussing issues about her. She appears to enjoy her time in nursery and be involved with lots of activities and interacting with other children and staff. The app has been very helpful in seeing this and I enjoy watching videos and photos of her. Overall, really impressed with the calm, professionalism of the staff.

I could not ask for better. My kid has come a long way since starting here and that is thanks to the staff here. They are always so helpful and help in any way they can and keep me up to date about my child.

My little girl loves coming to nursery and doesn't want to come home at the end of the day! She recently moved rooms and her new key person is just as lovely as the girls she's been with previously! All of the staff here are so kind and helpful and really love the activities they create for the children, they have taught my little girl so much, she surprises me with something new every week and I couldn't be more pleased with the setting.

The nursery has an excellent way of approaching the children and parents. They are very kind, friendly, approachable and caring. They spend time talking to you about your child's improvements or difficulties that they may observe and they listen to what you have to say in regard to planning how they can improve the child's school experience. The team makes you feel comfortable as a parent, to ask questions and share thoughts with them about any concerns you that you may have about your child.

Couldn't be happier with the choice of nursery. The staff is great and the facility is very well-maintained. My daughter is making a huge progress, learning and exploring the world. Best choice that we have done.

The most differentiating experience I had with Bright Horizons, is the kindness and compassion of the staff members. I had experiences with other nurseries, where they treat parents like criminals and the place is like prison. At Bright Horizons, they have always been understanding, easy to approach and talk to, and they have been very kind and loving towards my child too.

A very good nursery with friendly, caring staff, who always ensure my son is looked after, stimulated, educated and kept safe. The management is excellent and always communicate well. I love the app the nursery use, which enables me to keep updated with my son's day, which helps put my mind at ease, daily.

The staff are amazing! Great facilities and personal touches. My daughter is very happy there and so am I, knowing that she is in such great hands. The staff use a good balance of educational tools along with social and fun activities to keep little brains engaged, happy and learning!

I absolutely love this nursery and all the staff involved. Two of my children have attended since they were 2 years old and I couldn't fault a single thing about their care. The staff are friendly and attentive, they offer varied and healthy meals and my children have loved them. I recommend to everyone, they are brilliant

Couldn't ask for a better preschool. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The preschool staff are always coming up with really engaging and fun learning activities for all of the children to do. My child loves it. Such a positive environment.

Overall, my high expectations of this nursery has not been let down. I find my son has settled very well and always seems to enter and leave the nursery with a smile on his face. I find the staff very friendly and very thorough. They always keep me updated with how my son has got on throughout the day and update the app with what he's ate etc and photos. I am so pleased with the service I am receiving and my son is also very comfortable.

I love how my son has settled into the preschool so quickly. We were concerned how he would cope being away from home after the pandemic lockdowns. It's great that the team are sensitive to this topic, ensuring we are always updated on how he is doing.

It's very good for my son, because it is tidy and they are very caring and my son has learnt English words. He is very happy and settled with all the staff.

The girls in this nursery are wonderful. My daughter attends this bright, positive, welcoming nursery. I leave my daughter in the care of these girls, while I go to work and I do that with 100% confidence, that they genuinely love and care for every single child in their setting. My son also attended here until recently and they both thrive in this environment. The care is second to none by all, even the lovely chef! I highly recommend this nursery.

Very happy with the care and education for my daughter.

My wife and I are very happy with the level of care that our son receives from the wonderful team headed by three members of staff in particular. We love the daily updates of our son's time at nursery on the app and seeing pictures of him. Our son loves nursery and has come on leaps and bounds in his development, thanks to the team. We love to see he enjoys himself, eats well, gets his sleeps and generally loves coming to nursery. We are also very grateful for the advice we are given, to coordinate our efforts with nursery.
