Excellent nursery. Both children are really happy and well cared for. Staff in toddlers have really gone the extra mile helping with potty training and table manners. Management is very accommodating of shift work; the 7 am early drop off is really helpful. Would gladly recommend.

My little girl had her settling in visits in Feb 22 and started her full day from mid-March. We knew from the very first visit that Serendipitys was the nursery for us. We were welcomed with open arms, reassured that our little lady would be cared for like staff members would care for their own children
and that her allergies would be catered for too. All of the nursery staff are friendly and polite, and nothing seems to be any trouble for them. Our little girl does still have a few tears on drop off but comes out smiling. She is always shattered when we pick her up, which to me, is a sign of a good day! We get updates on how her day has been via a feedback book, and we are able to see what she's enjoyed/get new ideas for home play. One lady has been fantastic when I've called to ask how she's getting on, and I cannot fault the nursery or the staff at all. Thank you for making our transition into childcare so easy!

I was very anxious when looking at nurseries for my son and had been and viewed several places. The team at Serendipitys Appleton Gate was the one that made me feel at ease, they were so welcoming and answered all questions I had. So we chose this one and my son started in February, at first he would
get upset when I dropped him off now he loves it and can't wait to get through the door. They have a good range of activities and I love hearing the things he's been doing. They have very good outdoor space which I liked as my boy likes being outside. I would definitely recommend this nursery, they are spot on.

I have always had a good experience with Serendipitys. My son is always excited to go and always has fun. As a parent, I like that I recover weekly newsletters telling me what my son will be doing that week and the weekly menu. He always brings arty things home around certain nowadays and occasions
that are nice little keepsakes. Staff and management are always lovely.

My daughter loves Serendipitys. She is always excited to attend and loves telling me all about her day on the way home. Her language skills and social skills have improved significantly thanks to the wonderful staff there. I always recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you, Serendipitys.

Myself and my husband are very impressed with the nursery. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant, and as a result, I feel comfortable leaving my baby in their care. He is happy to go into the nursery when I clap him off, and it is lovely to know what he has been up to each day. It is also lovely
to receive photos, ie trips to the park etc. Overall, we are very happy with the nursery to date, thank you.

All staff are amazing and nothing is too much for them.

My daughter loves nursery! Whenever the door opens to her main key worker, she holds her hands out and goes in happily. We get decent feedback on what she's done throughout the day, and she is usually smiling as we collect her. The only thing is we don't allow her on social media, so don't see pictures
taken throughout the week or, more importantly, for special events. The staff are all really friendly.

Our little boy has been so happy here since he started just under a year ago. All the staff go above and beyond. There are always a large variety of activities as well as going out for walks and playing outside. He is always really excited to go in and always comes home smiling.

A lovely nursery. Lots for kids to do and play with. Staff are amazing, and the food is very healthy eating. My daughter always comes home telling me how much fun she had, and they go outside every day without fail.

We have been impressed with Serendipitys since our daughter started a year ago. She has absolutely loved being at nursery and enjoys telling us about her day.
She is always smiling when we drop her off and pick her up, which made it a lot easy when I first when back to work.
There are plenty of activities,
and I really like they have good outdoor areas too.

We love Serendipitys! Every single member of staff is kind, happy, friendly and always has a smile on their face! Even those who don’t directly look after my child know who she is, and who I am, which is lovely. They have a brilliant soft playroom that my daughter loves. The communication between staff

My children started at Serendipitys in 2019 after attending another nursery before this. My oldest left to start school last year. I am so glad that we chose Serendipitys for them. I have nothing but good things to say about Serendipitys and the way the staff have cared for my children. The staff and
management are absolutely outstanding and truly do care about the kids; they are polite and communicate with parents really well. I am 100% certain that when I drop my son off in the morning that he is going to be safe, cared for, happy and comfortable, and I have never had a single doubt in my mind about this. My son loves going to nursery, which I think speaks volumes!
The staff have worked throughout Covid to continue providing excellent childcare, allowing us to continue working; they deserve medals!! Thank you to all at Serendipitys!

My daughter has been at this nursery for nearly two years now, and she really loves it. She comes home beaming, which is lovely to see, telling us what she's learned, had to eat and which friends she has seen.
There is a theme each week that the children focus on, a constant flow of different activities
including soft play and a good healthy food menu. Needless to say, the children are kept occupied.
My 10-month-old son is starting his settling in sessions soon, which for any parent in this current situation is obviously very difficult given the restrictions. However, I have every confidence that he will very quickly love it as much as my daughter does.
Most importantly, all the nursery staff are friendly and warm, which creates a great atmosphere. They know the children as individuals, provide good feedback, and I know my children will be in safe, caring hands when I drop them off.
It's a flexible nursery, and I'm always kept well informed and up to date.

My son has been attending Serendipity since July 2020 and has always loved going. I'm quite lucky because he is so laid back, but I can tell how much he loves attending by the way he talks about the staff there.
They were really accommodating in September when he started at the local preschool where
his siblings attend, and they now pick him up at lunchtime, so I don't have to worry about transporting him halfway through my working day from one childcare setting to the other.
Can't rate them enough.

I could say with my open heart that I've found the perfect nursery for my son's. The facility is amazing, the crew is just like family, and they are treating all the kids the same with love, and my kids love to go in there. They learn a lot preparing for big school and life in general. They have the
best food ever, probably better than at home. I've never heard my kids complaining about anything. Outside the garden is really nice, and my boys love to play and to learn different games or to ride different bikes or scooters. The mud kitchen is amazing, who doesn't like mud? They grow their one vegetables, and they let the kids take care of them. For me, is the best choice that I've could make for my boys, always being there to help me and to be close to me. The best always!

My son has thrived at Serendipity’s having been there from 1-years-old to now preschool.
The care and development have been excellent, and the staff have all been great.
The manager and team have been accommodating and sympathetic to changing circumstances during the Covid pandemic, and I am completely
comfortable with being there.

I currently have two children at this setting ages 13-months and 3-years. My children started approx 6-months ago, and love every minute of their time there. My eldest enjoys all the different day to day activities that they do especially anything in the garden. Her colouring and language skills have
come on leaps and bounds since starting and has lots of friends, these areas were our main objective when selecting a nursery as lockdown had meant she has not been able to interact with other children her age at the groups we previously attended. My youngest is in the baby room, and the staff are very nurturing, and it is always clear to see that they are helping him develop his language and fine motor skills, my youngest is a very active little boy and loves the messy play activities there. We drop our children off excited to start a fun-filled day, and for us as parents, knowing they will be taken care of completely and the staff are so caring towards them, I feel like they are extended family.
