Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

Was worried about how my girl was going to settle from her old nursery to the new one, but I can see that she settled wonderfully! Haven’t had a cry when leaving her for over a month now! I can tell that she has developed better talking skills, and even though English is not our first language, she started speaking them both more! Cannot recommend this nursery more!

I couldn’t be happier with Serendipitys. The care they have given to both my children has been second to none. The nursery itself is clean and well organised with a lovely layout and routine for different age groups. The staff are outstanding, friendly and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they go above and beyond for my children to ensure all of their needs are met on a daily basis. If I could score higher than 5-stars, I would!!

My little one has been attending Serendipitys nursery since she was 9-months. She accommodated very fast thanks to the lovely staff. I have recommended the nursery to friends, and I will recommend it to someone who is looking for one.

The activities the children do every week keep them stimulated and happy; this also helps with vocabulary and interaction at home. My daughter loves telling me all about what happened during the day.

The only downside is that at the moment we don't have the possibility of seeing what our son is doing in real-time.

My daughter has been going to nursery for over a year now, and she absolutely loves it in the toddler room. All the staff in there are lovely and always go out of their way to help, My daughter had only been in the toddler room twice, and I had noticed she could sign. Thank you (very impressed).

Having moved my daughter from another nursery, I couldn't be happier with Serendipities. The staff are so welcoming and adaptable. My daughter has settled so well there, goes in with a smile and leaves with a smile too!

Two of my grandchildren attend Serendipitys and absolutely love it. They always talk about the nursery and the trips that they go on. They love the staff and both have very strong bonds with the members of staff in their room, especially their key person. The food always sounds lovely and management is always flexible with the hours/sessions we require. Nothing is too much trouble, and the children never want to leave, which shows how much they love being there.

My son started nursery in Feb/March, and the staff have been amazing! He arrives and leaves with a massive smile, and I am so at ease with leaving him there! The staff are very helpful and understanding and adjust when needed to fit my son's routine. Special thanks to my son's key workers; the girls are lovely!

My daughter started at the beginning of March and is loving it. She is excited to go in when at the door. I feel so replaced leaving here there. They are very understanding of my workdays and flexible. My daughter has come on lads with saying words at only 11-months-old.

This nursery has been perfect for my child. The staff are friendly and there is excellent communication, so I know what my daughter gets up to and how she is developing. Whenever I have had to make changes or needed something, they have been very accommodating, and I feel that my child is safe and well looked after. The management cares about the children and the facilities and is always working hard to make things great.

I can see a huge change in his development already.

The management is so flexible with my days, which is a huge help for us.

My children absolutely love going to Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark. My eldest child is now in toddler's; the ladies who care for him are delightful, thoughtful and engaged. My younger child is in babies. He is a classic shy lockdown baby, but his key carers in both little and big babies have really gone the extra mile to support him. They both have lots of fun, the food is excellent, and they come home for a nice long sleep. We wouldn't change a thing!

Excellent nursery. Both children are really happy and well cared for. Staff in toddlers have really gone the extra mile helping with potty training and table manners. Management is very accommodating of shift work; the 7 am early drop off is really helpful. Would gladly recommend.

My little girl had her settling in visits in Feb 22 and started her full day from mid-March. We knew from the very first visit that Serendipitys was the nursery for us. We were welcomed with open arms, reassured that our little lady would be cared for like staff members would care for their own children and that her allergies would be catered for too. All of the nursery staff are friendly and polite, and nothing seems to be any trouble for them. Our little girl does still have a few tears on drop off but comes out smiling. She is always shattered when we pick her up, which to me, is a sign of a good day! We get updates on how her day has been via a feedback book, and we are able to see what she's enjoyed/get new ideas for home play. One lady has been fantastic when I've called to ask how she's getting on, and I cannot fault the nursery or the staff at all. Thank you for making our transition into childcare so easy!

I was very anxious when looking at nurseries for my son and had been and viewed several places. The team at Serendipitys Appleton Gate was the one that made me feel at ease, they were so welcoming and answered all questions I had. So we chose this one and my son started in February, at first he would get upset when I dropped him off now he loves it and can't wait to get through the door. They have a good range of activities and I love hearing the things he's been doing. They have very good outdoor space which I liked as my boy likes being outside. I would definitely recommend this nursery, they are spot on.

I have always had a good experience with Serendipitys. My son is always excited to go and always has fun. As a parent, I like that I recover weekly newsletters telling me what my son will be doing that week and the weekly menu. He always brings arty things home around certain nowadays and occasions that are nice little keepsakes. Staff and management are always lovely.

My daughter loves Serendipitys. She is always excited to attend and loves telling me all about her day on the way home. Her language skills and social skills have improved significantly thanks to the wonderful staff there. I always recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you, Serendipitys.

Myself and my husband are very impressed with the nursery. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant, and as a result, I feel comfortable leaving my baby in their care. He is happy to go into the nursery when I clap him off, and it is lovely to know what he has been up to each day. It is also lovely to receive photos, ie trips to the park etc. Overall, we are very happy with the nursery to date, thank you.
