Serendipitys Day Nursery is a great place, with friendly staff. I believe my daughter is treated with respect and dignity whilst at preschool. I believe she engages in a range of therapeutic activities and skill-based topics that help her to develop her reading, drawing and language skills. The nursery
offers a range of healthy meals and snacks which rotate weekly. They are flexible and accommodate mine and my daughter's routines and commitments. They always listen and make you feel heard and valued as a parent.

Wonderful, friendly nursery. My daughter has settled in so well. Her confidence has really improved along with her language skills. She has lots of fun and really looks forward to going to nursery which as a working mum is a huge relief. All the staff are so helpful and communication is brilliant. Couldn't

Serendipitys is a great pre-school, they did wonders with my eldest son helping him to come out of his shell, and they are doing a fantastic job with my youngest son.
When my daughter is old enough; she too will be going here as I would not send my children anywhere else.
The staff are always kind
and friendly, and my children are well cared for.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are very friendly, and we receive a warm welcome each morning and informative handover at the end of each day. My son enjoys going to nursery, and I feel relaxed that he is so settled and happy being there. He has learnt to socialise with other children
and eat a variety of home-cooked meals. All the staff are exceptional and accommodate our needs such as when requesting extra sessions, special dietary requirements or a change to our son’s routine. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else!

This is the second time I have sent one of my children to this nursery.
The staff are extremely friendly, and I always know that my child has been well cared for.
The staff are always approachable both to parents and children.
My son gets a bit upset when I have to leave him, but the staff members
always know how to handle the situation and he always comes home saying that he has had an amazing time.
I would not send my children anywhere else.

Superb staff, couldn't ask for better. Very caring and attentive. Would definately recommend to any friends or family in the area to take their children here. The difference from before he started there is night and day.

I have only positive things to say about Serendipitys Newark. The management are very approachable and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. All the staff in the rooms are equally approachable and fantastic. One member of staff in-particular has to get a special mention for my child, he absolutely
adores her, even when he's giving her the cold shoulder for cuddling someone else lol.

All staff have been incredible with my daughter. They made settling in easy and she has now come on leaps and bounds due to the care, effort and support that all staff have offered whilst being at the nursery. I can not fault them, they are always accommodating if changes are needed to nursery days
and have been understanding. Again an absolutely brilliant nursery that offers plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development and I'm pleased to have sent my daughter here.

The staff are fantastic and have really helped my daughter progress especially with her speech as she struggles with certain words and letters. The staff have really supported her and myself.

Fantastic support, friendly helpful staff always happy to help parents and children. Nice warm welcome on every arrival. My child really feels comfortable here and would highly recommend. Never any problems and my little one is so settled, be sad to see my little one leave when she starts school in

This nursery is amazing and I can't thank the staff enough for helping my little boy. The management team are very proactive and nothing is too much trouble. We will be sad to leave nursery in August but I know he has had the best start at Serendiputys ready for his next adventure at school.

Very professional throughout. Management are extremely supportive when organising my child's days due to my rota always changing. The early starts are very useful due to working shifts. Staff always give a thorough handover and update us on our child's progress with speech and social skills making it
personal and family centred. I always know my child is in safe hands when I drop him off, all staff are a credit to the service.

I highly recommend this nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. They always try to accommodate childcare if you need to change it. My little boy absolutely loves nursery and is always excited to go. He has learnt so much since being there. They also keep parents informed about their
progress and always tell you about your child’s day. All staff make an effort to know your child and their needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given me and my family.

My child has attended nursery from eight months of age and is now nearly four years old. We could not have wished for a better nursery for him to go to! Nothing is too much trouble and the love and care the staff provide the children is comforting as a first-time parent. His transitions from the baby
room to toddlers and then to preschool have all been smooth and well planned. We cannot thank the lovely staff enough.

Excellent Staff and care for your children.
Educational and fun activities on a daily basis that children love.
A high standard of variety meals provided.
It's a hard thing to leave your child in someone else's care but when they smile at the sight of their carers and you see the pictures of them
in their activities etc you can leave knowing they're in safe hands and getting a lot of positive out of the nursery experience.
All-round excellent nursery, highly recommended.

Both my children have thrived under the care of Serendipity's Day Nursery Newark.
The staff are friendly and beloved by the children. Their policies are flexible in terms of attendance, which was a blessing when returning to shift work after having my eldest child.
I often recommend this nursery
