Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

My daughter loves this place. So did my son! Highly recommend to everyone!

I would recommend this nursery to anyone, the support and care they show the children and parents is second to none. I have nothing bad today about them.

My little girl has been attending since she was 9-month- old, I was very uneasy about leaving her as had never left her with anyone before. The staff was amazing when I dropped her off and made me feel at ease. Now she is 4-years-old and is still attending, I would not dream of sending her anywhere else, and when I return to work from maternity leave, my little boy will also be attending. In the whole time, she has gone to this nursery, I’ve never had to complain about anything. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone and have recommended it friends and work colleagues.

My daughter started Serendipitys in September, aged 2, she absolutely loves it! I’m so glad I chose this nursery for her, the care and love she receives is above and beyond! Nothing is ever too much for the staff! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting; she’s so excited each morning to go to “school” and is full of smiles when I collect her! I was so worried on her first day as she’s very attached to mummy, but she settled straight away and even asks to go on weekends.

I highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My youngest son attends this nursery. He started at the age of 8-months and is now almost 2. He settled in really well and loves all the staff and the activities that they plan out for the day. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to other parents. It’s a wonderful place with kind, friendly staff who put you at ease. I know my boy is in the safest hands when I leave him and have no worries at all.

During his transition period, we couldn't have asked for better care by the staff. I was reassured during our son's visits how he was and he quickly bonded with a particular member of staff in his room which again reassured us that he had quickly settled into his new setting.

I moved my son to this nursery about a year ago and it was the best decision I made. They made my son and I feel welcome and was very helpful in settling in. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and never can do enough for you and your child. My son has come along way since moving here and all friends and family had noticed. By far this is the best nursery any of my children have gone to. There is loads to do for all ages. Highly recommend.

My little one loves going to Serendipity’s Nursery in Newark. They are all friendly and work hard to provide for all the children’s needs. Meals are healthy and the setting is clean and well maintained. All the staff are very caring and I know that my child is well looked after when he is there.

Serendipitys Day Nursery is a great place, with friendly staff. I believe my daughter is treated with respect and dignity whilst at preschool. I believe she engages in a range of therapeutic activities and skill-based topics that help her to develop her reading, drawing and language skills. The nursery offers a range of healthy meals and snacks which rotate weekly. They are flexible and accommodate mine and my daughter's routines and commitments. They always listen and make you feel heard and valued as a parent.

Wonderful, friendly nursery. My daughter has settled in so well. Her confidence has really improved along with her language skills. She has lots of fun and really looks forward to going to nursery which as a working mum is a huge relief. All the staff are so helpful and communication is brilliant. Couldn't recommend enough!

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are very friendly, and we receive a warm welcome each morning and informative handover at the end of each day. My son enjoys going to nursery, and I feel relaxed that he is so settled and happy being there. He has learnt to socialise with other children and eat a variety of home-cooked meals. All the staff are exceptional and accommodate our needs such as when requesting extra sessions, special dietary requirements or a change to our son’s routine. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else!
