This nursery is by far the best in the area, having used previous nurseries for my eldest child.
The staff are amazing, and nothing is too much trouble if you need anything or ask for anything. Parents evening is always very thorough, so by the end of it, I never have any questions to ask!
The setting
itself is wonderful, there's always lots for the children to do, and the food menu is brilliant. I have a fussy eater, and she eats most of what is put down in front of her at nursery.
My daughter is happy to be left there when I drop her off and is always beaming when I pick her up; she's old enough now to tell me she's has a fun day.
I highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My youngest son attends this nursery. He started at the age of 8-months and is now almost 2. He settled in really well and loves all the staff and the activities that they plan out for the day. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to other parents. It’s a wonderful place with kind, friendly
staff who put you at ease. I know my boy is in the safest hands when I leave him and have no worries at all.

This is a wonderful nursery for my daughter. She was shy when she started the nursery, but the nursery has a really friendly and wonderful team who help her a lot. I would highly recommend them.

Today is the last day at Serendipitys for our two girls. Our eldest started there 4 years ago and our youngest as soon as she was able.
Despite moving house we have kept driving the girls to Serendipitys because of how happy they are there, we're only taking them out as school is starting now.
Since
day 1 the team at the nursery have been amazing. The girls always go in with a smile on their face and come out beaming with stories of what they've been up to and the friends they've played with. The staff have an amazing bond with the kids and we will miss them so much when we move away.
As well as being great for the kids I have found Serendipitys to be great from a parent perspective. Fees are sensible and the finance side of things well run and fair. There have been a lot of times when other parents have complained about how their nursery is run and we've never had any issue.
Sending our girls here has been the best decision we made, thank you and know we'll miss you!

I moved my son to this nursery about a year ago and it was the best decision I made. They made my son and I feel welcome and was very helpful in settling in. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and never can do enough for you and your child. My son has come along way since moving here and all
friends and family had noticed. By far this is the best nursery any of my children have gone to. There is loads to do for all ages. Highly recommend.

We moved our son to Serendipitys Newark from a previous nursery in February 2019 due to having issues at my son's previous nursery.
I was anxious about moving my son, due to him having friends at his previous nursery but we knew it was in the best interests of our son.
During his transition period,
we couldn't have asked for better care by the staff. I was reassured during our son's visits how he was and he quickly bonded with a particular member of staff in his room which again reassured us that he had quickly settled into his new setting.

Well, my little boy absolutely loves it here, I don’t even get a goodbye sometimes.
He’s come on so much, with his learning, understanding, and speech.
The staff work very hard, I can’t thank them enough.
He’s even less of a fussy eater and will try anything you put in front of him now.

My little one loves going to Serendipity’s Nursery in Newark. They are all friendly and work hard to provide for all the children’s needs. Meals are healthy and the setting is clean and well maintained. All the staff are very caring and I know that my child is well looked after when he is there.

Serendipitys Day Nursery is a great place, with friendly staff. I believe my daughter is treated with respect and dignity whilst at preschool. I believe she engages in a range of therapeutic activities and skill-based topics that help her to develop her reading, drawing and language skills. The nursery
offers a range of healthy meals and snacks which rotate weekly. They are flexible and accommodate mine and my daughter's routines and commitments. They always listen and make you feel heard and valued as a parent.

Wonderful, friendly nursery. My daughter has settled in so well. Her confidence has really improved along with her language skills. Serendipitys is a great pre-school, they did wonders with my eldest son helping him to come out of his shell, and they are doing a fantastic job with my youngest son.
When my daughter is old enough; she too will be going here as I would not send my children anywhere else.
The staff are always kind
and friendly, and my children are well cared for.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are very friendly, and we receive a warm welcome each morning and informative handover at the end of each day. My son enjoys going to nursery, and I feel relaxed that he is so settled and happy being there. He has learnt to socialise with other children
and eat a variety of home-cooked meals. All the staff are exceptional and accommodate our needs such as when requesting extra sessions, special dietary requirements or a change to our son’s routine. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else!

This is the second time I have sent one of my children to this nursery.
The staff are extremely friendly, and I always know that my child has been well cared for.
The staff are always approachable both to parents and children.
My son gets a bit upset when I have to leave him, but the staff members
always know how to handle the situation and he always comes home saying that he has had an amazing time.
I would not send my children anywhere else.

I have only positive things to say about Serendipitys Newark. The management are very approachable and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. All the staff in the rooms are equally approachable and fantastic. One member of staff in-particular has to get a special mention for my child, he absolutely
adores her, even when he's giving her the cold shoulder for cuddling someone else lol.
