Serendipity’s truly is a home from home! My son is currently in the toddler room and enjoys every day he spends with his friends and those who care for him. The range of activities they do is varied and challenging but most importantly, fun! The menu the children have is healthy, nutritious and multicultural,
which is great, and as a result, my son is always willing to try new foods. At nursery my son bakes, which always goes down well with the rest of the family as he often bakes a few extra cookies to take home. The main reason why I’m so happy I chose Serendipity’s for my children is the staff! They clearly love and respect each individual child and know their little quirks and what makes them different! Every day I drop my son off at nursery, I know he is being cared for and loved, and as a mother, that is all I can ask for. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure the continuation of care for my son during the pandemic, which as an NHS key worker, has been vital! Thank you all.

My one-year-old is currently at Serendipity’s and also my older child went there too. The management and staff are fabulous, and we have always had a great relationship with them.


I would highly recommend Serendipity’s, the quality of the food and learning is great, and my children love/loved attending.

I didn’t hesitate when it was time for my second to start.

My 3-year-old loves going to this nursery. Great support staff and is well run and managed, which is always reassuring. I feel confident my son is in good hands and well looked after. Good communication.

Wonderful staff. The manager and her team have been extremely helpful and understanding with looking after my baby, especially during these hard times! My baby loves going to nursery, and most importantly, I feel that she is happy and safe there!

Serendipitys is a lovely nursery. It has great areas of play and learning. My little boy loves soft play. It has friendly staff, and they are very good at giving you information about your child’s day. I would recommend this nursery to a friend.

Serendipitys is one of the best nurseries my children have gone to; they're really understanding, and I class them as family. My kids love going there. At one point, I had all three of my children go there, and they are so helpful and friendly. The manager really makes Serendipitys the nursery it is
and feel like its more than just a job. All the staff show passion about the kids. When dropping my children off it feels like your dropping them off at a family members house rather than a nursery, the whole atmosphere is relaxing for the children, and without a doubt, will not be changing them.

It's an absolutely amazing place. The manager and the rest of the staff are lovely, dedicated people - nothing is too much for them. Very flexible and understanding.

My son loves attending this nursery; the staff are very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to.
My son started during the lockdown, and I was worried he wouldn't get along as he doesn't leave me and our family, so I thought going to the nursery would be problematic, as it goes, he loves it, and the
days he isn't there always cries to go he has made lots of friends and also come on leaps and bounds in his milestones.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone, the support and care they show the children and parents is second to none. I have nothing bad today about them.

My little girl has been attending since she was 9-month- old, I was very uneasy about leaving her as had never left her with anyone before. The staff was amazing when I dropped her off and made me feel at ease. Now she is 4-years-old and is still attending, I would not dream of sending her anywhere
else, and when I return to work from maternity leave, my little boy will also be attending. In the whole time, she has gone to this nursery, I’ve never had to complain about anything. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone and have recommended it friends and work colleagues.

My daughter started Serendipitys in September, aged 2, she absolutely loves it! I’m so glad I chose this nursery for her, the care and love she receives is above and beyond! Nothing is ever too much for the staff! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting; she’s so excited each morning
to go to “school” and is full of smiles when I collect her! I was so worried on her first day as she’s very attached to mummy, but she settled straight away and even asks to go on weekends.

This nursery is by far the best in the area, having used previous nurseries for my eldest child.
The staff are amazing, and nothing is too much trouble if you need anything or ask for anything. Parents evening is always very thorough, so by the end of it, I never have any questions to ask!
The setting
itself is wonderful, there's always lots for the children to do, and the food menu is brilliant. I have a fussy eater, and she eats most of what is put down in front of her at nursery.
My daughter is happy to be left there when I drop her off and is always beaming when I pick her up; she's old enough now to tell me she's has a fun day.
I highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My youngest son attends this nursery. He started at the age of 8-months and is now almost 2. He settled in really well and loves all the staff and the activities that they plan out for the day. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to other parents. It’s a wonderful place with kind, friendly
staff who put you at ease. I know my boy is in the safest hands when I leave him and have no worries at all.

This is a wonderful nursery for my daughter. She was shy when she started the nursery, but the nursery has a really friendly and wonderful team who help her a lot. I would highly recommend them.

Today is the last day at Serendipitys for our two girls. Our eldest started there 4 years ago and our youngest as soon as she was able.
Despite moving house we have kept driving the girls to Serendipitys because of how happy they are there, we're only taking them out as school is starting now.
Since
day 1 the team at the nursery have been amazing. The girls always go in with a smile on their face and come out beaming with stories of what they've been up to and the friends they've played with. The staff have an amazing bond with the kids and we will miss them so much when we move away.
As well as being great for the kids I have found Serendipitys to be great from a parent perspective. Fees are sensible and the finance side of things well run and fair. There have been a lot of times when other parents have complained about how their nursery is run and we've never had any issue.
Sending our girls here has been the best decision we made, thank you and know we'll miss you!

I moved my son to this nursery about a year ago and it was the best decision I made. They made my son and I feel welcome and was very helpful in settling in. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and never can do enough for you and your child. My son has come along way since moving here and all
friends and family had noticed. By far this is the best nursery any of my children have gone to. There is loads to do for all ages. Highly recommend.

We moved our son to Serendipitys Newark from a previous nursery in February 2019 due to having issues at my son's previous nursery.
I was anxious about moving my son, due to him having friends at his previous nursery but we knew it was in the best interests of our son.
During his transition period,
we couldn't have asked for better care by the staff. I was reassured during our son's visits how he was and he quickly bonded with a particular member of staff in his room which again reassured us that he had quickly settled into his new setting.

Well, my little boy absolutely loves it here, I don’t even get a goodbye sometimes.
He’s come on so much, with his learning, understanding, and speech.
The staff work very hard, I can’t thank them enough.
