Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

Could not recommend them more.

My daughter loves nursery! Whenever the door opens to her main key worker, she holds her hands out and goes in happily. We get decent feedback on what she's done throughout the day, and she is usually smiling as we collect her. The only thing is we don't allow her on social media, so don't see pictures taken throughout the week or, more importantly, for special events. The staff are all really friendly.

Our two girls absolutely love it at Serendipitys, and we have seen the improvement in their people skills and language since starting here. Staff always greet you with a smile, and the girls really look forward to going each morning. Really made it easier to go back to work knowing they are well looked after. Thank you, ladies.

Our little boy has been so happy here since he started just under a year ago. All the staff go above and beyond. There are always a large variety of activities as well as going out for walks and playing outside. He is always really excited to go in and always comes home smiling.

She has developed so much with her language and people skills since joining, and she absolutely adores the staff, which speaks volumes for the nursery.

A lovely nursery. Lots for kids to do and play with. Staff are amazing, and the food is very healthy eating. My daughter always comes home telling me how much fun she had, and they go outside every day without fail.

There are plenty of activities, and I really like they have good outdoor areas too.

We love Serendipitys! Every single member of staff is kind, happy, friendly and always has a smile on their face! Even those who don’t directly look after my child know who she is, and who I am, which is lovely. They have a brilliant soft playroom that my daughter loves. The communication between staff and parents is fantastic. Would highly recommend this nursery!

The staff have worked throughout Covid to continue providing excellent childcare, allowing us to continue working; they deserve medals!! Thank you to all at Serendipitys!

It's a flexible nursery, and I'm always kept well informed and up to date.

I could say with my open heart that I've found the perfect nursery for my son's. The facility is amazing, the crew is just like family, and they are treating all the kids the same with love, and my kids love to go in there. They learn a lot preparing for big school and life in general. They have the best food ever, probably better than at home. I've never heard my kids complaining about anything. Outside the garden is really nice, and my boys love to play and to learn different games or to ride different bikes or scooters. The mud kitchen is amazing, who doesn't like mud? They grow their one vegetables, and they let the kids take care of them. For me, is the best choice that I've could make for my boys, always being there to help me and to be close to me. The best always!

The manager and team have been accommodating and sympathetic to changing circumstances during the Covid pandemic, and I am completely comfortable with being there.

I currently have two children at this setting ages 13-months and 3-years. My children started approx 6-months ago, and love every minute of their time there. My eldest enjoys all the different day to day activities that they do especially anything in the garden. Her colouring and language skills have come on leaps and bounds since starting and has lots of friends, these areas were our main objective when selecting a nursery as lockdown had meant she has not been able to interact with other children her age at the groups we previously attended. My youngest is in the baby room, and the staff are very nurturing, and it is always clear to see that they are helping him develop his language and fine motor skills, my youngest is a very active little boy and loves the messy play activities there. We drop our children off excited to start a fun-filled day, and for us as parents, knowing they will be taken care of completely and the staff are so caring towards them, I feel like they are extended family.

Serendipity’s truly is a home from home! My son is currently in the toddler room and enjoys every day he spends with his friends and those who care for him. The range of activities they do is varied and challenging but most importantly, fun! The menu the children have is healthy, nutritious and multicultural, which is great, and as a result, my son is always willing to try new foods. At nursery my son bakes, which always goes down well with the rest of the family as he often bakes a few extra cookies to take home. The main reason why I’m so happy I chose Serendipity’s for my children is the staff! They clearly love and respect each individual child and know their little quirks and what makes them different! Every day I drop my son off at nursery, I know he is being cared for and loved, and as a mother, that is all I can ask for. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure the continuation of care for my son during the pandemic, which as an NHS key worker, has been vital! Thank you all.

My one-year-old is currently at Serendipity’s and also my older child went there too. The management and staff are fabulous, and we have always had a great relationship with them.

I would highly recommend Serendipity’s, the quality of the food and learning is great, and my children love/loved attending. I didn’t hesitate when it was time for my second to start.

My 3-year-old loves going to this nursery. Great support staff and is well run and managed, which is always reassuring. I feel confident my son is in good hands and well looked after. Good communication.

Wonderful staff. The manager and her team have been extremely helpful and understanding with looking after my baby, especially during these hard times! My baby loves going to nursery, and most importantly, I feel that she is happy and safe there!

Serendipitys is a lovely nursery. It has great areas of play and learning. My little boy loves soft play. It has friendly staff, and they are very good at giving you information about your child’s day. I would recommend this nursery to a friend.

Serendipitys is one of the best nurseries my children have gone to; they're really understanding, and I class them as family. My kids love going there. At one point, I had all three of my children go there, and they are so helpful and friendly. The manager really makes Serendipitys the nursery it is and feel like its more than just a job. All the staff show passion about the kids. When dropping my children off it feels like your dropping them off at a family members house rather than a nursery, the whole atmosphere is relaxing for the children, and without a doubt, will not be changing them.
