My son has settled in great since starting in September. His key worker has been amazing at making myself and my son both confident during his time at nursery. All of the staff have been very welcoming and are always friendly when they greet us at the door. The manager is always helpful and aims to provide the best care for the children. She is always looking for ways to improve the nursery for the children. Overall we have had a great experience with the nursery and will definitely recommend to others.

Amazing nursery couldn't pick any fault!

My son seems to be getting on really well here. The staff and key workers always update us on pick up and via the app of key events that have happened throughout the day. He leaves with a beaming smile on his face.

Above and beyond nursery, my daughter has thrived here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very caring. My daughter has learnt so much in the 3 years she has been here.

We are very happy with the care that nursery provides for our son. He has developed so much since starting and he looks forward to his nursery days. His confidence ha grown massively and he interacts very well with other children of different ages.

I am very happy with everything, I can't fault this nursery. Tommy has settled really well. It's definitely given him more confidence to interact with all the children and all the staff.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds in terms of confidence since starting Serendipity's she now walks in with a smile and a wave and is still full of smiles when we pick her up at the end of the day.

Overall experience with Serendipity is excellent. Staff so friendly with me and my child. Updates all the time so always kept in the loop. I have referred to friends and will continue to do so! Love love love Serendipity's!

My twin boys love coming to Seredipity's. They are always excited and care they receiving is over beyond. The needs are always met and they develop so well in here. I am really happy with care, opportunities to learn for my boys.

We have had a wonderful experience, so far, at Serenalipity Day Nursery from the very first day, the staff have been incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring towards our son. The environment is nurturing, safe, and full of engaging activities that support his development socially, emotionally and academically. We have noticed a healthy growth in his communication skills, confidence and overall learning since he started attending. The team take the time to understand each child's needs and personality in safe environment, leaving room for them to thrive. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a good early years setting.

So happy with how our daughter has settled in here and how much she loves the staff. The nursery have been so helpful with working around a shift pattern. Happy with how we updated with her progress.

The nursery has displayed an incredible amount of care and attentiveness to our child. They have listened to our needs and wants in terms of development and even down to which nappies we would like for our child to wear. The closeness that the child feels is somehow replicated to that of our combined affection as parents, and our son is happy to go into the arms of every carrier at the nursery after building a special relationship with each of them. A very dedicated and passionate team who come together in looking after all of the children in their care.

Two of my children have attended Serendipitys and they both loved it. The staff were so lovely and friendly and both my children really enjoyed going to nursery. I wouldn't send them anywhere else.
