Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

There is a lot of great things to say about this nursery, it would take me two days to describe it. I had been to see a few nurseries but when I found this one I felt that would be the one for my child. Their menu is great with everything they need. All staff are lovely and ready to help you out anytime! I highly recommend it, the best one in Newark.

Our son loves the activities and the outside space, and the soft play area is his favourite. The staff are very approachable and friendly, and our son loves to be there.

I am very happy with Serendipitys Day Nursery as my daughter is always taken good care of. Every day, when I pick her up, she is very happy as she has had a good day. Even on days when she is upset when dropping her off, they manage the situation very well by talking to her, taking her mood into consideration. The staff and everything else are really focused on the child's well-being and their best interests. I never had any regret about this nursery as well as other parents I know of the kids attending the nursery, have good feedback about their and their kid's experience with the nursery.

We have been really happy with our experience at Serendipitys Newark. Our son started in January, and right from the initial settling-in sessions to his three-day week now, the nursery has got to know him and helped him develop. His key workers are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We feel they care for our son well and that he enjoys his time there.

Big shout out to all the staff in the small and big baby rooms. You have all been amazing.

Since joining the nursery, my daughter has grown in skills and confidence at an exceptional rate. She is excited to go every day, always has fun, and I'm kept up to day with all her activities and development. The staff are knowledgable, kind and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. They set her up for success by using modern, positive techniques. Her health, well-being and happiness really feel like their priority. The range of activities and social opportunities is excellent, as is the food, which has to be very specific because of her health. Wonderful place!

Serendipity has been a lifesaver. I am self-employed and a single Mum and my work hours change constantly. The flexibility and support that the staff have given have been exemplary.

Excellent nursery - staff amazing at this very well run nursery - my grandson absolutely loves it here and he has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. He has made a nice group of friends. He loves the food and the staff genuinely care for him.

My son has been attending Serendipitys Newark for 18-months. He started in the baby room and has recently moved into toddlers. He loves everything about the nursery. The variety of activities available to him is amazing, and the staff can't do enough to help us. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely nursery. All staff are kind and friendly. It’s a lovely environment and makes the kids feel at home. My child hasn’t been there long, but she is making real progress in her speech and her confidence due to her being at nursery.

Our daughter has attended Serendipitys since she was seven months, old and she is now nearly four. Nursery is like her second home, and she absolutely loves it there. We could not imagine her going anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, and she always comes out having had a fun, action-packed day!

Really lovely, friendly staff, always keep parents updated, and my daughter loves it. She always comes home happy and often brings pictures and things she’s done throughout the day. The staff are always happy to answer questions and genuinely care for the children.

My daughter has always loved attending nursery here, from 10-months-old in the baby room, toddlers and now being in the pre-school room. The staff go above and beyond to give the children a great start in life, ensuring that they are well cared for and their needs are met. The staff ensure that they get to know each child individually, and our daughter has thrived in the supportive environment provided. We have been very impressed with the variety of activities, topics and themes the children undertake each week to assist with their personal development. I would highly recommend Serendipitys and would not have sent my daughter anywhere else.

They have all been fantastic at settling my son in. He absolutely loves it here. He will eat far more here than at home! The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to help and really seem to care about the child, rather than just looking after them. Really recommend.

We’ve been very happy sending our son to Serendipitys. All staff are warm and friendly, very knowledgeable, and communication has been excellent. They offer a wide range of activities and are very attune to special events, often tailoring play and learning around these. Our son is always smiling when we collect him. It’s lovely to know he enjoys it so much.
