We love Serendipitys, as does our son!
The communication is spot on both at pick-up and through email; we always know what our son has been up to and what he’s been learning about.
The nursery is active in the community raising money for local charities and getting the children involved.
Our son
loves the activities and the outside space, and the soft play area is his favourite. The staff are very approachable and friendly, and our son loves to be there.

I am very happy with Serendipitys Day Nursery as my daughter is always taken good care of. Every day, when I pick her up, she is very happy as she has had a good day. Even on days when she is upset when dropping her off, they manage the situation very well by talking to her, taking her mood into consideration.
The staff and everything else are really focused on the child's well-being and their best interests. I never had any regret about this nursery as well as other parents I know of the kids attending the nursery, have good feedback about their and their kid's experience with the nursery.

We have been really happy with our experience at Serendipitys Newark. Our son started in January, and right from the initial settling-in sessions to his three-day week now, the nursery has got to know him and helped him develop. His key workers are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We

All of the staff in Serendipitys Day Care are professional and kind. They always greet you with a smile.
They are very patient with all the children and make sure that all the needs of the children are met. They listen to our concerns and always work with us parents to improve the stay of the children.
They are very helpful and accommodating. I can say that I feel that my child is in a very safe place when I leave her there.
The food menu is very good too. They make sure that it is nutritious and tasty. My kid is very picky, but she is eating very well in daycare.
All in all, I can't say any fault in their service. We have been impressed with them and have been recommending them to all our friends and family.
Big shout out to all the staff in the small and big baby rooms. You have all been amazing.

Since joining the nursery, my daughter has grown in skills and confidence at an exceptional rate. She is excited to go every day, always has fun, and I'm kept up to day with all her activities and development. The staff are knowledgable, kind and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. They set her
up for success by using modern, positive techniques. Her health, well-being and happiness really feel like their priority. The range of activities and social opportunities is excellent, as is the food, which has to be very specific because of her health. Wonderful place!

My son has attended two childcare settings; the first one was a kindergarten with very restricted pick-up and drop-off times.
Serendipity has been a lifesaver. I am self-employed and a single Mum and my work hours change constantly. The flexibility and support that the staff have given have been exemplary.

Really lovely nursery. All staff are kind and friendly. It’s a lovely environment and makes the kids feel at home. My child hasn’t been there long, but she is making real progress in her speech and her confidence due to her being at nursery.

Our daughter has attended Serendipitys since she was seven months, old and she is now nearly four. Nursery is like her second home, and she absolutely loves it there. Really lovely, friendly staff, always keep parents updated, and my daughter loves it. She always comes home happy and often brings pictures and things she’s done throughout the day. The staff are always happy to answer questions and genuinely care for the children.

My son started in April 2021 at the age of two. Serendipitys is the best choice I’ve ever made. He absolutely loves his days here and even asks for ‘nursery’ at the weekend! His development has been remarkable, and a lot of this is due to the staff. They do lovely activities, and the children are well
stimulated during their days. The nursery is very accommodating and flexible. Nothing is too much of an ask.
I would highly recommend to anybody searching for an excellent nursery for their little ones.

My daughter has always loved attending nursery here, from 10-months-old in the baby room, toddlers and now being in the pre-school room. The staff go above and beyond to give the children a great start in life, ensuring that they are well cared for and their needs are met. The staff ensure that they
get to know each child individually, and our daughter has thrived in the supportive environment provided. We have been very impressed with the variety of activities, topics and themes the children undertake each week to assist with their personal development. I would highly recommend Serendipitys and would not have sent my daughter anywhere else.

Was worried about how my girl was going to settle from her old nursery to the new one, but I can see that she settled wonderfully! Haven’t had a cry when leaving her for over a month now! I can tell that she has developed better talking skills, and even though English is not our first language, she
