Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

My daughter has attended Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark for three years. She has always come home with a smile. She is very content, well looked after by the staff and always engaged.

My son really enjoys his time at nursery and happily goes in to play. The staff are all really friendly and make time to know you. There is a good number of activities for parents to get involved too. The variety of food is great and often he will eat things he wouldn't eat at home.

My son has been going to this nursery for two years and if anyone asks I will highly recommend Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark to them. They were friendly as well as excellent with my son.

My son has been at the nursery now for 2 years and the support of all the staff are amazing, easy to talk to and help my child learn so much.

All the staff are fantastic and meet your needs. Any issues? Explain it to them and they help. Both my daughter and son have come on leaps and bounds with the help of all staff. They have a calming nature which shows in all they do. I would certainly recommend Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark.

My experience is that I am more than happy with Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark. My child has grown in leaps and bounds in confidence. All staff are so helpful and polite and I always feel welcome. I honestly wouldn't send my child anywhere else. He loves coming to nursery.

The staff have been second to none and would have no hesitation in recommending any child to attend here. Great staff, great range of activities.

My youngest child has been in the baby room for about 3 months. I was a bit nervous at first of him joining nursery as he was clingy and a very fussy eater. He has thrived since being in the baby room and he has such a wonderful time there. He waves me goodbye with a smile and greets me with a grin when I collect him. The meals he has are wonderful and his appetite is getting bigger. A lot of the staff at nursery know his name and he happily goes to them for cuddles. He has lots of fun going for walks, visiting the play park, playing in the nursery garden and doing lots of messy play. I was concerned that the staff might have trouble getting him to sleep at nap time but they took it in their stride and he naps contentedly every day. At the end of the day you want your children to be loved and looked after and I have no doubts that he is.

My child is really happy at the nursery and he is always asking when it is time to go to nursery again.

A very friendly place to be and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic nursery and I am very happy I made the choice to send my child here. All staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

All the staff at Serendipity's day Nursery, however, were amazing and got rid of those feelings right away. They were warm, welcome and most of all made my little boy feel at ease almost right away. There has never been a day go by where they don't welcome us in with big smiles. The food menu is great the activities fun and my boy is loving it. I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and allowing me to go to work knowing he is happy and content.

I was very nervous about leaving my 4-month-old daughter to go back to work, but I needn't have been. From the first visit to today, I have had no need to complain or worry. The team at the nursery have become an extended part of the family and my daughter loves going there. They are nurturing and loving, the setting is brilliant and I couldn't want for better.

Extremely happy with the care this establishment offers for our son. Nothing is too much trouble for them. He is very happy there and making good progress. We are always well informed on what he has been up to during the day when we pick him up.

Our granddaughter has come on leaps and bounds. We would highly recommend this nursery to all our friends and relatives as the staff are so good with the children. Plus they let us know all about what the children have been doing throughout the day.

It's like going home when you enter the building.

Our son has been going since he was 7 months old. He is now 11 months old, and in that space, we've seen him grow more confident and become more sociable. He is more interactive with people, tries to say words, waves, gestures hello and goodbye, and responds more to nursery rhymes. He only goes to nursery 3 times a week for a half-day session each time, and yet, in that small window, the nursery has had so much impact on him. These days, he's always happy and excited when we drop him off (though, it wasn't always this way - he did use to cry initially). The staff are all very friendly and nice; our boy loves and has taken to them. We are definitely very pleased with his progress and will recommend the nursery wholeheartedly to others.

Amazing nursery, they have all been supportive towards my family and more importantly my 11 month daughter and five year old daughter. They have helped and encouraged my youngest reach her milestones and have been there supporting my oldest through an emotional time that the family is going through. They are incredible and I cannot thank them enough.

Children always very happy and progress well. The nursery manager is very approachable and always happy to help in any way she can.

They are very good with providing food/snacks for children with allergies and always make sure they are never left out.

Fantastic outdoor play spaces divided into toddlers and pre school.

Excellent staff, very understanding and supportive of our children and their individual needs. Friendly, happy environment. Fantastic support of child's developmental with variety of methods for encouraging individuality and group play. Staff are friendly and great for parents to talk to, its a great overall environment. Priced a little higher than other nurseries in the area but you pay for a good service and excellent care. Food menus are great and my children certainly eat well at nursery but also if a child doesn't enjoy a meal alternatives are provided which is great to know. I have been very happy and comfortable sending my two children here and feel their development has been enhanced by this nursery.
