My son was really upset when first started attending over the past few weeks the ladies have really settled him in and he’s started to enjoy going now and I feel confident leaving him. Highly recommend.

The Newark branch is fantastic!! My daughter loves being at nursery and she has progressed so much since being at nursery. The staff at the nursery are fantastic they keep you up to date with what is going on at the nursery and what they have done on the day with my daughter. Management is also fantastic
they are always around for you to ring or speak to face to face and are always happy if you have any concerns to work with you for the best outcome of your child. They are also very flexible or as flexible as they can be with when you need your child to go to nursery they were the ONLY nursery in Newark that would accommodate my 3-week rolling rota for my little girl!! I would not send my child anywhere else absolutely fantastic nursery and I can not thank them enough for the progress they have brought out in my little girl!!

My Son has been going to Serendipitys at Newark for a year now and he loves it. Leaving your little ones to go back to work or for other reasons can be an anxious time however everyone here makes it so much easier to deal with. All the staff are amazing and are so friendly and kind. Any changes we have
had to make to hours and days have been accommodated which has been really helpful for us. The meals are varied and nutritious and its good to know our son is getting everything he needs. He has developed so much in the last year and a lot of that is thanks to these lovely people x

Since starting in September 2018, my nephew has come on leaps and bounds.
All the staff are so friendly and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the building.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a home from home environment.

I have never had any concerns with my son's care in his time at Serendipitys Newark. He has been there almost a year and will most likely stay there until he goes to school.
They are great at keeping you informed on any issues, always have a smile and a door always open approach which wasn't always
the case when my eldest used to go to another nursery.
Most importantly, my son is happy, if he's happy then so am I. I have and will continue to recommend them.

My son really enjoys his time at nursery and happily goes in to play. The staff are all really friendly and make time to know you. There is a good number of activities for parents to get involved too. The variety of food is great and often he will eat things he wouldn't eat at home.

All the staff are fantastic and meet your needs. Any issues? Explain it to them and they help. Both my daughter and son have come on leaps and bounds with the help of all staff. They have a calming nature which shows in all they do. I would certainly recommend Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark.

My experience is that I am more than happy with Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark. My child has grown in leaps and bounds in confidence. All staff are so helpful and polite and I always feel welcome. I honestly wouldn't send my child anywhere else. He loves coming to nursery.

Serendipitys is a fantastic place for our daughter to come to her development in the last 2 years has been amazing.

My youngest child has been in the baby room for about 3 months. I was a bit nervous at first of him joining nursery as he was clingy and a very fussy eater. He has thrived since being in the baby room and he has such a wonderful time there. He waves me goodbye with a smile and greets me with a grin
when I collect him. The meals he has are wonderful and his appetite is getting bigger. A lot of the staff at nursery know his name and he happily goes to them for cuddles. He has lots of fun going for walks, visiting the play park, playing in the nursery garden and doing lots of messy play. I was concerned that the staff might have trouble getting him to sleep at nap time but they took it in their stride and he naps contentedly every day. At the end of the day you want your children to be loved and looked after and I have no doubts that he is.

My child is really happy at the nursery and he is always asking when it is time to go to nursery again.


A very friendly place to be and nothing is too much trouble.


My son is now more confident in himself and it is like being with family when we come into the nursery.

Starting my boy in pre-school for the first time had me feeling a whole mix of emotions was he going to be ok without me? is he going to be upset? I was anxious and worried. Being a mum leaving your child for the first time is a difficult thing to do.
All the staff at Serendipity's day Nursery, however,
were amazing and got rid of those feelings right away. They were warm, welcome and most of all made my little boy feel at ease almost right away. There has never been a day go by where they don't welcome us in with big smiles. The food menu is great the activities fun and my boy is loving it. I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and allowing me to go to work knowing he is happy and content.

I was very nervous about leaving my 4-month-old daughter to go back to work, but I needn't have been. From the first visit to today, I have had no need to complain or worry. The team at the nursery have become an extended part of the family and my daughter loves going there. They are nurturing and loving,
the setting is brilliant and I couldn't want for better.
