Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Newark

I would not send my children anywhere else.

Superb staff, couldn't ask for better. Very caring and attentive. Would definately recommend to any friends or family in the area to take their children here. The difference from before he started there is night and day.

I have only positive things to say about Serendipitys Newark. The management are very approachable and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. All the staff in the rooms are equally approachable and fantastic. One member of staff in-particular has to get a special mention for my child, he absolutely adores her, even when he's giving her the cold shoulder for cuddling someone else lol.

All staff have been incredible with my daughter. They made settling in easy and she has now come on leaps and bounds due to the care, effort and support that all staff have offered whilst being at the nursery. I can not fault them, they are always accommodating if changes are needed to nursery days and have been understanding. Again an absolutely brilliant nursery that offers plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development and I'm pleased to have sent my daughter here.

I would highly recommend Serendipitys Newark to all family and friends for their children.

My grandson is happy here and learning so much thanks to your staff members who are brilliant with him.

Fantastic support, friendly helpful staff always happy to help parents and children. Nice warm welcome on every arrival. My child really feels comfortable here and would highly recommend. Never any problems and my little one is so settled, be sad to see my little one leave when she starts school in September.

This nursery is amazing and I can't thank the staff enough for helping my little boy. The management team are very proactive and nothing is too much trouble. We will be sad to leave nursery in August but I know he has had the best start at Serendiputys ready for his next adventure at school.

Very professional throughout. Management are extremely supportive when organising my child's days due to my rota always changing. The early starts are very useful due to working shifts. Staff always give a thorough handover and update us on our child's progress with speech and social skills making it personal and family centred. I always know my child is in safe hands when I drop him off, all staff are a credit to the service.

I highly recommend this nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. They always try to accommodate childcare if you need to change it. My little boy absolutely loves nursery and is always excited to go. He has learnt so much since being there. They also keep parents informed about their progress and always tell you about your child’s day. All staff make an effort to know your child and their needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given me and my family.

My child has attended nursery from eight months of age and is now nearly four years old. We could not have wished for a better nursery for him to go to! Nothing is too much trouble and the love and care the staff provide the children is comforting as a first-time parent. His transitions from the baby room to toddlers and then to preschool have all been smooth and well planned. We cannot thank the lovely staff enough.

My son was really upset when first started attending over the past few weeks the ladies have really settled him in and he’s started to enjoy going now and I feel confident leaving him. Highly recommend.

The Newark branch is fantastic!! My daughter loves being at nursery and she has progressed so much since being at nursery. The staff at the nursery are fantastic they keep you up to date with what is going on at the nursery and what they have done on the day with my daughter. Management is also fantastic they are always around for you to ring or speak to face to face and are always happy if you have any concerns to work with you for the best outcome of your child. They are also very flexible or as flexible as they can be with when you need your child to go to nursery they were the ONLY nursery in Newark that would accommodate my 3-week rolling rota for my little girl!! I would not send my child anywhere else absolutely fantastic nursery and I can not thank them enough for the progress they have brought out in my little girl!!

My Son has been going to Serendipitys at Newark for a year now and he loves it. Leaving your little ones to go back to work or for other reasons can be an anxious time however everyone here makes it so much easier to deal with. All the staff are amazing and are so friendly and kind. Any changes we have had to make to hours and days have been accommodated which has been really helpful for us. The meals are varied and nutritious and its good to know our son is getting everything he needs. He has developed so much in the last year and a lot of that is thanks to these lovely people x

Most importantly, my son is happy, if he's happy then so am I. I have and will continue to recommend them.
