Children 1st Main Street Nursery School

First, when my little daughter started she was not happy and she was crying but the staff were so nice and now she loves it. Really brilliant nursery with friendly staff. The staff who loves children.

The twins love all of the activities and the staff, they have come on so much in the time that they have been here, both socially and developmentally. They love the meals and are always very well fed. Everything's run really well and the nursery communication is second to none.

My daughter first started at Children 1st Main Street in May and her personality has really shone. She is growing in confidence all the time and it really is down to the staff and her environment. The staff cannot do enough to help her and I cannot thank everyone enough.

A beautiful nursery. Staff really invest in my daughter's learning. She is so much happier here than her previous nursery. Calm setting, well resourced. Regular updates on progress. Fab. We're so pleased.

A lovely, welcoming nursery who provides a homely environment, encouraging children to be confident, polite and well mannered. Every day the children return with stones or newly learnt skills and words. Nursery staff have an excellent bond with each and every child and they make time for each child's needs.

It is a really good nursery and my son loves it there, your doing a great job.

Everyone at Children 1st is extremely friendly and welcoming. My son enjoys his time at nursery and has thrived over the last two and a half years he has been there.

With it being our first child the transition of going back to work was very comforting and reassuring. Very flexible with any issues we have had with behaviour and potty training. Always available with advice on anything from potty training to development areas and now schools. My daughter has been here since 7 months and has developed so well and very happy with her new transition to school.

Brilliant, would not send my child anywhere else. The staff are excellent, so attentive to the children.

My son has been at Children 1st @ Main Street since May 2019. We are very happy with our decision to place him in Main Street. He loves the staff and we feel there is a genuine bond between the staff and him. I feel reassured knowing that they are giving him attention, playing with him, teaching him and attending to his needs in a way I would have struggled with had I not returned to work. He is learning so much and his social skills are already apparent. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The team are very supportive. We found the nursery nurse in Peter Rabbits was amazing, fun and caring. My daughter enjoyed the music class and surprised us with her knowledge of instruments.

All the staff have been excellent with my kids. They have learnt so much being at this nursery thanks to all the staff that work there. All the staff are helpful and happy and seem to know my two boys very well. All the staff at this nursery are committed, friendly, helpful and supportive. My kids have loved going to nursery thanks to all the staff's help and support.

I am very happy with how my son has progressed in the last 14 months of being at Children 1st. His speech is fantastic and is now fully toilet trained in the day and night and I feel this is due to the support of the nursery.

I'm so impressed with how much talking she can do, I used to worry as my girl just wouldn't talk but now we have proper conversations. I believe this is down to the nursery. She learnt colours, numbers, shapes. The staff are amazing so much care and attention even though there are a few children.

I would recommend this nursery every time.

Placing my two-year-old into Children 1st was the best thing my partner and I did. My little girl has come so far in the last year. She was at a childminders but was not gaining much. The staff at Main Street are lovely, caring and very thorough with passing on information about my little girl. We're very happy with our little girl's placement.

We'd just like to say thank you to all the staff for putting us at ease and for being so great with our baby.
