Nene Valley Day Nursery (Northampton)

I am happy with the service for my daughter. All the ladies are always happy and supportive. My daughter comes home happy. All ladies from reception to staff are lovely.

The key person is great, very friendly and always welcoming. My child always appears happy at collection. Great feedback at collections, tell me about his days, how he got on and what he played with.

Nene Valley has been incredible. They have had older two children and now have my youngest daughter. All of them have progressed so well. They really adapt their activities to suit children's interests and have amazing communication. They provide regular updates on the app so you can see everything they have been up to and all the staff are so kind and helpful. I really cannot recommend them any more highly.

Cannot fault the Ladybird team. Always made us feel welcome. They really knew my daughter and had great bonds with her. She always came home with stories to tell and happy memories! The people in there are great at keeping you updated and it's lovely to see online via the app too!

My daughter has attended this nursery for 3 years and has been brilliant since the beginning. Always making sure to have her needs attended to, from language to social to learning needs. Amazing staff that creates an amazing bond with the children and promotes their independence.

Excellent nursery - my son enjoys going and always looks forward to going to pre-school. Good mix of structured activities but also free play. Staff are attentive, engaging and caring with children and parents.

We are extremely grateful to Nene Valley Nursery for their excellent contribution towards my child's development. We couldn't have found a better place to trust and leave our daughter for the whole day, 5 days a week. We love the nursery and will miss it dearly when our child goes to school.

He always talks about the fun, games and education he receives on a daily basis and the staff have helped his self-confidence.

The staff are very friendly and caring. It is a very nurturing environment, staff attend to the individual child's needs. My son has settled in very well and always comes running out with a big smile. You all prepared him really well for the transition. My son really improved in his social behaviour towards his peers or anyone. I really appreciate the great support and developing/boosting my confidence in changing his behaviour (positively). Thank you once again.

Really happy with support and care shown for my little one. Being a first time and leaving my baby for the first time is hard but Caterpillars have been amazing.

My child is completely fascinated with all ladies that take care of her. She is so happy, which makes me feel really good. The manager and the rest of the carers are lovely and treat her really well, paying attention to all her needs.

My daughter is transitioning from Caterpillars to Ladybirds. It has been great the time and care all the ladies in Caterpillars have given my daughter and confidence that she shall go and process into the other rooms.

Warm reception each day. Nursery staff seem to know my child well and she has quickly built a relationship with them. Many thanks for all your hard work, thank you for keeping the children safe, fed and nurtured. Amazing menus, huge thanks to the kitchen staff.

Staff have been really supportive in helping my daughter to settle in. A very good experience so far!
