Children 1st Grantham Nursery School

My son loves his nursery. The carers that are dealing with my son are great, loving and compassionate. In my opinion, this is the best daycare available in Grantham.

Our daughter has been attending Children 1st for about two months now and she is two years old in the Peter Rabbit group (red). We still have a cry going in but staff always reassure us she is fine (which we can see through the window when we leave). Staff is friendly and will answer any question we may have. Our daughter has made such amazing progress from counting to ten and knowing colours and shapes to knowing loads of different animals.

Really good nursery, no faults, very clean, my son really likes going. Lovely staff, my son won't go to anyone else but his nursery nurse and I can't fault the experience all the staff have given him. Very sad to see him leave this year as he starts his school.

So the nursery made sure that my son got a copy from Santa. Best nursery ever.

I highly recommend this nursery, they are currently helping my son with his speech delay. They are all really lovely, friendly and kind.

Excellent nursery, my daughter has been attending since she was two. She’s nearly three and a half and has come so far since attending. The teachers are amazing with her and she has learnt so much and really enjoys going. Really is an amazing nursery.

Excellent nursery that I really recommend as my daughter has attended the nursery since she was two and is now four. She attended a different nursery prior to this and was so shy. She would get upset on drop-offs and then hate going. Since attending Childrens 1st she has come out of her shell, absolutely loves going to play with all her friends and see all the staff. She will be starting school in September and I cannot thank the staff enough for how well they have prepared her for starting school as she can now write her own name, knows all her single phonics and starting double phonics. Brilliant nursery and staff.

This is an absolutely brilliant nursery and both my children ages four and two go here and enjoy spending their days with absolutely brilliant staff and making new friends. I would recommend 110%.

The staff have been so helpful with our children's development. We cannot thank them enough for all the support they have given us. I would highly recommend this nursery because all the staff are friendly and polite.

The nursery and staff are fantastic. My son loves coming and learning and playing. He has learnt a lot from attending nursery social skills and education wise would and have highly recommended Children 1st.

Excellent nursery. My son has been going since he was 2 and a half. He now is nearly 4, he has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the lovely girls of Children 1st.

I am very very happy with the care my little girl receives at this nursery. All the staff are fantastic and very friendly. My little one comes home every day very happy. The nursery is always very clean and the activities she does are great - plus it's always great to receive videos and photos of how much she's been having with her friends. I always feel she is very safe here and would highly recommend.

My son has attended Children 1st since he was 8 months old, he has thrived and achieved so much already, he is constantly learning new things and has formed such a confident outgoing personality. My son has made lots of friends at nursery that he talks about very often, friendships that will stay with him due to him and his friends moving into the Peter Rabbits room together and starting their new adventure together. My son loves going to nursery, he physically runs into the room with a beaming smile on his face ready to learn, explore and have fun. The staff at the nursery are always willing to help and offer amazing loving care towards all the children. The nursery provides lots of activities to benefit all children and provide lots of different areas for them to play for them to gain a variety of different play throughout the day.

Very friendly environment, plenty of staff to children ratio. A warm welcome to children. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic nursery, all the staff are friendly and caring and very professional! My little boy absolutely loves it and has come on leaps and bounds since he started in September 2017! It's the other side of town from where we live but he's so happy there!!

Children's 1st Grantham is a fantastic childcare facility. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They are always attentive, very caring and hard working. The management are always around and are very efficient. My little boy loves going to nursery where he can take part in many activities which are active, creative and challenging. The facility is always clean and has a variety of play areas inside and out. You all do an amazing job and I am very thankful for what you do and how you have developed and supported my little boy. My daughter has been here since she was 9 months old. The girls in the baby room are so welcoming each morning and constantly reassuring me that she's fine and doing ok. My daughter loves to go in every time and has made good friendships with the staff and children.

All staff in nursery know her by name and the lady on reception follows up and explains things easily. Management is always professional and helpful and I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my child!

My little girl has been with the nursery ever since she was 6 months old she has thrived and become very confident. She has recently moved into the early year's room at first she was a bit unsure as she left many of her friends in the Peter Rabbits room but the staff have been very caring and helped my little girl settle in and make new friends. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and will come home talking about her nursery day and what she has done with the staff and children.
