Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool

They all know her personality well and I feel she gets lots of attention throughout the day. Her development is coming along in leaps and bounds and was recognised by staff: she was moved up a group ahead of time as they felt she would benefit from being in the next group up. Good to know the staff are attentive and proactive with regard to her development.

The children learn so much and are genuinely excited when it’s a nursery day. Would recommend without a shadow of a doubt. I knew from the moment I stepped into this nursery 4 years ago that this was the nursery for us.

Our daughter loves attending Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool and has received exceptional care throughout her time there, from the baby room to preschool. She is always happy and loves the staff. The staff continually do their upmost to ensure all children are engaged and experience so many learning opportunities each day. I would highly recommend to other parents.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 8 months of age in the baby room and has moved all the way through into preschool having now turned 3. I’ve had to change booking patterns, due to changes at work, which have always been happily accommodated, and although my daughter had a short break due to Covid in 2020 she has spent a period of time in each of the nursery rooms and appears to have thoroughly enjoyed them all. She seems to learn something new each day and come home with snippets of information to share with the family. Her confidence and social skills are fantastic from being in a nursery setting for a period of time and I feel like they have become an extended family for my little girl especially now I’m working full-time. She has learnt songs, routines, days, months, weather, seasons and is now learning about writing. She has a pretend friend and the staff are wonderful for including her in activities. I can’t thank or recommend this nursery enough.

There are no words to express how happy we are with Springfields Day Nursery. My daughter has been attending now for about a year and a half and I can honestly say it was the best decision we ever made sending her there! EVERY member of staff is so attentive and the care they provide is second to none. Working in education, I found it difficult walking in nurseries as a parent rather than a teacher but that changed when I walked into Springfields! I knew my daughter would thrive there in every aspect of her development and I’ve never been disappointed. There’s a reason Springfields is an outstanding nursery and I’m not looking forward to the day she has to leave!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do! You’re all worth your weight in gold!

Amazing nursery and staff. My little boy is 6 months old and loves it. I couldn't speak more highly of this place, would strongly recommend.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old. She has settled in so well and has formed lovely bonds with the nursery nurses there. She is happy, safe and secure there. It is a lovely environment that encourages the children to flourish and develop, our daughter's skills and communication are well ahead of normal. The children have a variety of activities to do each day too. I would happily recommend this nursery to anyone I know.

My daughter loves nursery. The staff know her well. They encourage home learning and ask what we are doing so they can reinforce this at home. Everyone is really friendly and always happy to help.

My son enjoys his days at Springfield and is always learning new things and gets on well with all staff members he interacts with.

Both of our children have bee into Springfields and both have loved it. The children come home happy every time we pick them up. The balance of learning/play/fun/relationships is very good. The nursery/pre-school is super organised. I have considered the costs to be high but you get what you pay for! Brilliant nursery. My daughter seems to really enjoy coming. The staff are brilliant and so friendly and caring.

My daughter is feeling very good here. She is learning lots of things. In the first month was crying when she was there but now she is very good. She loves it. She is eating her lunch which is healthy, exactly like you want. She has got friends here and the staff is brilliant, caring and lovely.

Both my daughter's 2 key workers during her time here have developed an incredibly warm and knowledgeable relationship that has really facilitated both my daughter's education and happiness levels amazingly.

We had a wonderful time watching our daughter in her first nativity, the children all performed their roles with enthusiasm and it was obvious how much hard work had gone into the session.

The staff go above and beyond to provide the best care and the parent inclusion in the Christmas events has been excellent. Thank you to all the staff at the nursery.
