My son is doing really well. Just started potty training with excellent support from staff. He is very happy here and well looked after. We feel very reassured as parents and lucky to receive such fantastic care.
My daughter has had an amazing time here, coming on in leaps and bounds. We wish she has started sooner. We can't speak highly enough of the staff and care she has received.
Being a first time mum I have full reassurance that my son is comfortable in his surroundings. I have noticed since he has been at nursery that it has brought him on in terms of mixing with other children, trying to speak and confidence. Staff are very friendly and having the daily report each day is really useful and nice to have to see what he has been up to in the day. We are really happy with the nursery and look forward to seeing his report file to see what activities and learning skills he has been learning.

Meet the Team (2)
Helen joined Bright Horizons Springfields Nursery in 1992 as a student whilst completing National B-Tec, gaining a full-time position in June 1994 as Nursery Nurse.
After a year she left for 8 months to become a Nanny and gain experience in a different job role, however, decided that Springfields and the early years was the career she wished to pursue. She came back to Springfields in October 1995 and worked her way up, becoming Nursery Manager in 2001.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family.
Jade began her career at Bright Horizons Springfields as a student, completing her college placement there when she was 18 years old. She then started working full-time at Bright Horizons Springfields in 2013 as a nursery nurse.
She has progressed through various positions, from room leader to third in charge, and finally to Deputy Manager, a role she has held for over two years. Additionally, she has been the designated SENCO contact at the nursery for over three years and holds a Level 3 SEND qualification.
