I feel very happy and impressed by the care, love and attention my child receives from the staff at Bright Horizons. The activity posts that are shown on the app are incredible, very child and age-appropriate. I have really noticed a big jump in my child's development since starting. I can't fault our nursery at all and can't wait to continue the journey together.

Bright Horizons Springfields has been exceptional since my daughter started at four months old. As a single mother, their support has been invaluable. Staff always greet us with genuine smiles - they feel like family, not just childcare providers. My little one progressed from Babies to Toddlers and now Rising Threes, with kindness and love at every stage. The low staff turnover means consistent care from people we know and trust. I appreciate how they ask about both our wellbeing - when my daughter wasn't sleeping well as an infant, they showed incredible empathy toward me too. Having experienced another nursery, I can see the superior quality here. They've helped raise a confident, caring little girl and make a tremendous difference to our lives. I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Springfields to any parent seeking exceptional childcare from professionals who truly care.

The team at Bright Horizons Springfield Day Nursery and Preschool have been amazing from the very beginning. The team make sure they provide the best care to my child, the staff are friendly, supportive and compassionate. My child has a wonderful time there, every single day. It is wonderful to see the confidence my child has and this is down to the amazing job that the staff do. I would highly recommend this nursery. Thank you for everything that you do for my child.

My daughters have both thrived at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool. The nursery has not only given exceptional care to their emotional, social and physical health, they have also taken the time to know them as individuals and grow strong bonds with them. The nursery is always a huge support to the parent as well, I've always been made to feel comfortable to approach staff for advice or reassurance.

After three years at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool, we are really happy with the care provided. Staff dedication is second to none and they are very friendly and caring. Our little one had an allergy and the nursery did everything they could to support us, taking it very seriously and providing the meal adaptation needed. Our only perk would be the exclusive cost of this care and the impact in many families' decisions to have more children!

The team at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool have been outstanding from day one. The team make an enormous effort to ensure my child gets the best possible care and have been kind, warm and professional throughout. The confidence my child has developed in her time at Bright Horizons has been wonderful to see and that is down to the genuine care taken by the team. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our nursery and preschool experience is very positive. Our daughter really enjoys her time here and learns a lot. The staff are very friendly, helpful and good at catering for additional needs(e.g dietary/potty training), as required. Looking forward to being able to go inside and see our daughter in action again!

An excellent provider of a holistic, caring and education led provision. We are so happy with Springfields, and both our bots have benefitted from the care and attention given by staff and management. We could not have asked for a better educational foundation for them both.

Very happy with the care and support given to my child. The workers are kind, and communication with home is excellent. She seems happy to enter the building, which is always the biggest giveaway.

Springfields is always consistent with its care of my daughter. The staff communicate well in all areas, day to day running and what they get up to in preschool, which is mirrored thoroughly on the app.

Since starting here in 2020, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing and very caring. They are very approachable and lovely.

All staff are so polite, friendly and professional. They always take her learning needs into consideration, as well as having fun. She loves coming, and she's grown in confidence thanks to Springfields.

My son has attended Springfields for over three years. We are extremely happy with his experience and the care he has received. The staff are so warm and friendly, and they know the children. My son can't wait to get to preschool! He just loves it, which I think says it all! And my daughter has just started nursery. No hesitation to recommend.

Our experience at Springfields has been exceptional. I have been particularly pleased with the relationships that my son has been able to make with staff, one lady especially. This is extremely important to us, as a single-parent family, that he has access to other role models.

An excellent Nursery and Preschool, professionally and competently managed by the manager. Fabulous staff and clear communication even through challenging time. A happy, fun environment for the children to play and learn.
