Busy Bees Edgbaston

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My son has only just left Busy Bees after being there for three years. I can honestly say they are the most wonderful, professional, amazing staff you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. They treat each child as an individual and ensure a personalised approach to their care and their learning. Nothing was too much trouble for them and my son thrived throughout his time here. The toys, equipment and facilities are plentiful and varied and the outdoor space was fun and used often by the kids. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to future parents.

Simply perfect in every way. My son loves it and as parents we're really happy with him and his development in every way.

Very friendly staff and always happy to help. My child is very happy here. I like how I can look at what she has eaten and done throughout the day via Iconnect and also see pictures of what she has done during the day. My daughter also loves the variety of food on offer.

I can't say how amazing Busy Bees have been over the years, it's been a fantastic journey. All staff are amazing in all rooms, with all ages of children.

Absolutely excellent! A lifeline that is so needed. The team have been so fundamental to my child's growth.

First things first, the nursery is clean, colourful, has a variety of educational activities, and a diverse healthy menu so all of the things that you would initially look at. The staff are amazing! My child only went for Pre-School which was cut short due to COVID-19 but in that short space of time, all staff formed a great relationship with not only my child but our family unit. They also advocate for children who may have a developmental delay and/or SEN. I highly recommend this nursery and when I have my final child, I will be sending them there.

Even after all of the nonsense of coronavirus, Busy Bees are still welcoming and friendly and helpful as ever. Great nursery, will always recommend. Love the staff and facilities. Great to see it so normal considering the current pandemic.

My son really likes the Busy Bees in Edgbaston. I love the child care giving me detailed assessments about my son's development and feel so much support. Experiences here have been more than I expected. My son has grown up in so many ways, quicker than my expectations.

The nursery staff are attentive and I trust them with my son. The staff work hard to develop a good relationship with both parents and children. Our son is happy at nursery and his development has only improved since attending. We are happy with the standard of care provided and actively recommend the nursery to others.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for a year and I have had only great experiences with the staff both in the babies and toddlers room, she love sit and we always feel at ease dropping her off knowing she's well taken care of. They've also been great in dealing with medical needs concerning her allergies and eczema.

Whilst my daughter has been at Busy Bees nursery, she started here when she was 9 months old. She's had an amazing start in life. I am happy I put her into nursery. It's been a good journey. The staff at Busy Bees are really good and met my daughter's needs.

We have been very happy with my daughter's time at Busy Bees Edgbaston. All staff have been friendly, cheerful and helpful. My daughter has always been very happy, telling me what she has done throughout the day. Feedback and parent zone very helpful to know daughter is OK and having a good day. I knew as soon as we walked in to view the nursery that it would be exactly what my daughter would need. We are sad to be leaving but have to due to circumstances. We will happily recommend this nursery. Thank you.

Our daughter had a wonderful in her 12 months at Busy Bees in Edgbaston, she grew and developed into such a little character and personality. She was part-time and we were so impressed with the bond she had with the staff. They work so hard and long hours which we really noticed as parents. We had funny shift patterns which Busy Bees were able to accommodate for us. We have left with heavy hearts, and our daughter is really going to miss you all.

The staff have encouraged my daughter to be a very independent young lady. Special mention to two staff members, in particular, who have taken very good care of my daughter. Having said that, everyone of the staff have been fantastic.

The staff appear well-trained, knowledgeable and thoughtful, an asset to the Busy Bee company.

My son has been attending this nursery since July 2016. He is very happy and has made lots of friends. His development is fantastic. I move location in a couple of months and I have decided to keep my son here because it is great. It will add to travel time but will be worth it. :)
