Busy Bees Edgbaston

Busy Bees nursery on St James Road Edgbaston has been one of the best nurseries I've ever come across. I can't fault any of the services and staff, all of them treat the children like family and you can tell that they genuinely care for each and every child which, as a parent, leaves me with confidence that my child is in the best care while I work.

My daughter is 2 years old now and she's been at Busy Bees since she was 14 months. I could not be happier with the care, love and attention she receives from staff there. She's learned so much while at Busy Bees and is very independent thanks to the help of staff. I know she's well taken care of and have no hesitation of leaving her there, so would recommend.

We are happy with overall services provided at the nursery.

As you know, be a working mom, a sick baby would take a lot of your time. Thanks to the nursery, she is being healthy and happy every day. The staff are nice and close to her, she built a strong bond with the ladies in the Baby room. And also, she learnt standing, walking, singing and speaking so quickly, much beyond my expectation. Even the price is a little bit higher, but I think it totally valued because no one minute is waste. We love the nursery!

Our daughter is very happy at this nursery! She always has lots to tell us when she gets home about her day! The nursery staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. We feel very confident when leaving our daughter in their very capable hands!

Very caring, friendly staff. Excellent food, big garden, clean rooms. Many activities offered to both toddlers and preschoolers. My sons felt safe and happy there. They made great progress in both their language and social skills.

Every morning is filled with joyous anticipation at Busy Bees in Edgbaston. Staff are positive, informative, caring and show a natural ability to engage, focus and motivate my 2 boys in various activities from inside play to meal times and those unexpected potty and nappy times. Great empathy in moments of uncertainty and detailed feedback at the end of each session. I am confident to say from my 2 and a half years of being here that my children have been at the centre of decision-making processes. Thank you.

Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery with excellent facilities and wonderful, helpful and caring staff. Busy Bees has contributed enormously to how much my daughter has developed. Busy Bees is a nursery I would highly recommend to other parents.

The staff at the nursery are amazing, they are so friendly, accommodating, kind and caring. They treat you with priority and understand your own individual needs as a parent. Everyone gets to know your child and make a point of getting to know their name and understanding them as a person and their needs. The nursery environment is full of equipment and resources and is very inviting. The manager is exceptional and goes above and beyond her duties.

Lovely nursery, I trust all of the staff and I believe my daughter's development is supported through the activities and encouragement of her key worker.
