Our Daughter has been attending nursery at busy bees St James since October 2024. So far we have received a fantastic service. When she first started she was very shy and cried each time she was dropped off. She was also a very fussy eater (just turned a year old when started). The staff have made a
fantastic effort to include her in activities and have built wonderful relationships with her. Not only is she now happy to attend but she runs to staff in the morning excited to start. She's now eating regular meals with the other children which I know Mobeen has made a very special effort with. The chef has made meals especially for her to ensure that she eats. The garden space is amazing and staff ensure that the children go outside for some fresh air everyday. We are so happy with the service at busy bees St James and we would definitely recommend to others!

My daughter joined this nursery in 2024. I am so happy with the way my daughter has been taken care of. She is always happy, and I see her thriving in everything she does, and that is down to the nursery.

Busy Bees St James Road has provided my son with great personal care since his start in August 2024.
My son has improved his speech, learning, and knowledge.
He has created good relationships with the staff and his peers and continues to grow and develop positive skills and confidence.

Since my daughter has started back in March, I have seen her go from leaps to bounds, learning a lot and engaging with other children.

My daughter has settled in beautifully with the support from her lovely key worker and other staff. It's wonderful to see her flourish. The staff genuinely care about her, which is so apparent in their care duties and their excitement for her milestones. I'll never forget celebrating her first steps
with the staff! They've also been very kind and considerate to me in supporting me with this transition.

My child has been attending this nursery since he was 8 months old. It was hard on the beginning to give my child that young into someone else hands but I can say I have chosen the right nursery with trustfull and professional staff, watching him grow into a beautiful,kind and capable little
persona.
I would not change his everyday place where he is feeling safe, learning and growing from day to day. Well done to everyone at nursery you are doing amazing job.

The services provided by all the staff from the front door to the preschool where my granddaughter is now is excellent.
Lovely welcome by all staff. Cleanliness is excellent of the nursery.
DEFINATELY VALUE FOR money.

I can highly recommend Busy Bees. It is hard to find and make the decision for a nursery, but this place made it an easier one. It's a second home for my daughter, she really likes to go and the staff is amazing.

The staff taking amazing care of my child. He is learning so much and gaining confidence and it is all thanks to the amazing staff. Handovers are always thorough and I am happy with the activities they have set for the child. They are also accommodating of any medical conditions and have been for my

The care provided for my child at this nursery is outstanding. The team are nurturing to both the children and parents when needed, and the range of activities are excellent. The food is great and they are exposed to a range of dishes, and the updates I get are timely and comprehensive. Thank you to

My experience at Busy Bees Edgbaston has been excellent. My toddler has been attending for over a year and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. I have peace of mind when I drop my toddler off and this is completely due to the team here. 7 staff members in particular have given my
toddler a secure and fun place to be. I'm very grateful that we have a nursery that works so well with our family. The management team are professional and great problem solvers. I highly recommend.

I love this nursery. They have been amazing with my two daughters in preschool and under 2's toom. All the staff have been lovely, so supportive and welcoming. Honestly, they all have my heart and I truly appreciate how caring and supportive they are. We love Busy Bees Edgbaston.

My daughter is attending the Busy Bees Edgbaston for more than one year now and she is loving it!
I am happy with her overall experience since day one. She has created a great connection with her teacher since the beginning and from there everything went smoothly. All the staff are, very passionate
about making the environment great for all the kids and my daughter loves all the teachers. I, as a parent have good communication with teachers. The reception staff are always there to help and explain everything a parent need to know about funding and everything else happening. Thank you to everyone for making my daughter feel safe and special!

Absolutely amazing experience with this nursery and the staff. Completely professional from day one, they gave us a great tour of the site. Took on our child at around nine months old. Provided amazing care. The managers are great and have really helped us get out of difficult situations on a
number of occasions. Highly recommended.

The staff at this nursery are absolutely lovely. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are reassured and happy with everything! I don’t feel like anything is too much trouble and any concerns I have are resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Busy Bees is a perfect choice for my daughter. Very friendly staff, helpful management and lovely facilities and activities for the children. A clean environment indoors and out. Healthy and good quality meals. I am happy with nursery, my daughter is enjoying the time and is settled very well.
