First Steps Nursery is my child's home away from home. Staff are lovely. The best nursery in the West Midlands by far. Love all the outdoor activities and facilities. My child has learned so much and is so independent. Fun, fantastic nursery where I am happy to leave my child in great hands when I go to work. 5 star.

I have sent both my children to First Steps and have been very impressed with the service of the nursery. The staff are amazing and the nursery sets up children really well for primary school. I would definitely recommend First Steps.

A very friendly, caring nursery who will always do the best for the children in the setting. My child loves coming to nursery and has a great connection with other children in the setting but also with all staff members. The outdoor space is great. The nursery staff have great memories and also ask after my child's older siblings. I would highly recommend.

My child has been here since June 2017 and I’m very content with the level of care and service provided. Staff are very lovely, accommodating caring and you can tell they are genuinely interested in the well being of the children. Thrilled with the transition my son has made since starting this nursery in December 2018 from a previous setting. The kind nature of the staff and attentiveness toward the children is second to none, this is evident with the relationships my son has made. Activities are well thought out and relevant to learning age. Informative handovers are given and observations/pictures shared regularly. Meals are nutritious and varied, there are alternative options for dietary requirements/fussy eaters. The outdoor area is amazing, lots of learning through play and the chickens give the whole place a warm homely/farmy feeling. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone!
