Kings Castle Montessori Nursery School

I just wanted to share how pleased and thankful I am to the manager and her team, throughout the last year they have all been wonderful going above and beyond to help. We have always found them to be bright and cheery and my daughter is full of joy when she tells me about her day. It’s exciting to see how much she is learning and developing so long may it continue. Keep up the good work thank you!

Our boy has been going to Kings Castle for a year and loves it. The staff are kind, proactive, professional and smart - they are so lovely with the kids. They provide great feedback, do plenty of stimulating and varied activities. The setting is fantastic with plenty of calm spaces and opportunities to learn and play. We’ve got another child who went elsewhere and we’ve lived in another city so between them we’ve been to a few nurseries and Kings Castle is comfortably the best.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is on the edge or anxious of where to place their child, mine started at just 1 year old and am so glad we chose Kings Castle Montessori.

What surprised me is the communication from the nursery which has been excellent! Throughout the day we receive several updates on how our son is doing. This includes info about his naps and his food intake as well as how he’s been doing in general. This has really helped put our minds at ease whilst he’s away from us.

Choosing the right nursery is a big deal but I’m confident we made the right choice!

Staff have a genuine concern for the whole family, not just the child who attends the nursery, and try to help as much as they can. They are really supportive and understanding and are always happy to help answer any questions.

We have recently relocated back to the area very last minute and needed to find childcare. I had looked and visited a few but I kept being drawn back to Kings Castle. They have managed to accommodate the best they could and our little one is so happy with her new nursery setting.

Really recommend how caring and kind the staff are.

We can’t recommend Kings Castle highly enough. All of the staff are amazingly patient and kind and our daughter is learning so much and growing in confidence. The way they have handled the pandemic mess has been excellent and they have always had the safety and care of the children at the forefront of every decision. Thank you for everything you do.

We have 2 boys at Kings currently (and throughout the hard last couple of years), one is at the end of his journey and one just starting and I could not recommend Kings more highly! Both boys clearly enjoy nursery as they enter and leave and both learn things that surprise and impress us every day. The nursery is also so supportive of our working lives which we could not be more thankful for.

Staff are great! Even when affected by covid19 they are doing their best to keep children safe and happy. Giving them and their parents exactly the same amount of time and attention - always with a friendly attitude. The classrooms are clean, tidy and full of exciting and educational toys/learning equipment/books etc.

Both of my daughters have attended Kings Castle and have (and continue to) excel and thrive in the caring environment.

My eldest attended from when she was a baby and my next daughter, from when she was 3.

The team are fantastic and have got to know each of my children and supported and cared for them when I have been unable to due to work commitments.

I would highly recommend this nursery and its Montessori philosophy.

My son has been in the preschool room at Kings Castle for 1 term now and absolutely loves it. The teachers are amazing and always give us updates of what he has been doing that day. I definitely feel that they are preparing him well for school with lots of independent learning as well as social and communication skills. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Words can not express the love our children, and we feel for all of the staff at Kings and anyone whose child is lucky enough to attend there, will grow to their fullest potential under the guidance and support of all of the staff at Kings.

My daughter has been very happy at the school and has earnt a lot. Very friendly staff. She started just about a year ago and she has really developed within this period. I would recommend the school to anyone in the area

Kings Castle has been looking after our two boys for 4 and a half years now, with our youngest son still currently attending. It is an excellent nursery with many enriching activities available for the children and very nurturing and attentive staff. All the key workers that our sons have had have been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Kings to anyone who is looking for a safe, reliable and enriching environment.

My eldest daughter went to this nursery and is now flourishing at school due to such high standard early years care and now my youngest is currently at Kings. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more, both my daughters have been very happy here. All of the staff genuinely care about the children and are very passionate about what they do. My daughter is excited every morning to go to nursery which speaks for itself, she thoroughly enjoys the wide range of activities and through which she is becoming a very confident and independent 2 year old. My son has recently graduated from Kings after 3 delightful years there. You will be hard-pushed to find a more loving and caring setting for your child. The staff here genuinely love what they do and the passion is fully reflected in their efforts and energy towards the children. A lot of time and a personalised approach is given to every child and my son has become a very kind and independent little boy. Thanks to all of the teachers and the very dedicated Manager, we would choose you every time!

Our son started at Kings when he was 1 year old and what a journey it has been for us all. I cannot believe that today it was his last day at the setting. Our son was diagnosed with ASD and all the staff have worked extremely hard to accommodate his special education needs. The SENCo was so helpful throughout the process of the EHCP. Our son's 1:1 worker has been amazing with our son since she started a year ago. All the other staff have been great too. The Nursery Manager has been fantastic and I can't thank her enough for all the support and for ensuring all was in place to meet his needs. We had several meetings in the last 2 years following our son's diagnosis to talk through the challenges and how they could support him. Also, they have liaised with all professionals involved. Kings Castle will be forever in our hearts.

My daughter attended the nursery summer 2021. The care she received was outstanding, the staff are super friendly and patient in helping her to settle in which she did very quickly. Just by attending a few days a week she came on leaps and bounds in so many ways. I really couldn’t of asked for a better nursery and always felt at ease dropping her off knowing she was in good hands. Thankyou to all the staff at kings castle Montessori.
