Kings Castle have been amazing for our little girl. She loves it there and has gained so much confidence. They're always doing activities and she comes home full of excitement to tell us about them. She's also outside a lot, whether in the garden of the main nursery or at the lodge. The communication
is great, with photos and activities through the day. Overall, the Montessori ethos and and general approach of the nursery feels like it's helping us prepare her for school and life while having fun and building responsibility in a safe environment.

I love the Lodge as part of our Sons overall nursery experience. He has a day there a week and outdoor play and learning is a real focus. They learn about nature, go for walks as well as other nursery activities and garden play. The staff are lovely & my son always looks forward to his day at Kings

We have been very happy with our son's experience at Kings Castle nursery. The facility is bright, colourful and well-maintained. The learning schedule is varied and environment is inclusive. Every activity feels purposeful and carefully planned to promote independent learning, imaginative play, and
the development of strong social skills. The nursery places a lovely emphasis on kindness, respect, and important life lessons, which really shines through in the children's behaviour and confidence. As a multicultural family, we like how they encourage exploration of different countries and cultures. Our son's key worker is exceptional. It's clear the team deeply care about the children's wellbeing and development. The manager is responsive and communicates effectively with parents which provides great reassurance when we had to raise an issue. We would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, enriching, and supportive Montessori setting for their child.

Kings Castle is an excellent setting for my child. He loves outdoor play and there are lots of different activities for him to get involved with including water play, sand and bikes. I love the communication with parents the most. I see my sons progress daily, which is so interesting and helpful. They
do daily learning activities such as puzzles, crafts and counting, to help support their learning. Parents evening is super helpful too, but the staff are incredible and are always on hand to speak to for updates or any concerns. The app is easy to use, communication is easy, payment is easy. I really enjoy turning up for pick up and seeing all the children and staff in the garden having fun. Most importantly, the staff know my son. They care and they speak about him on a personal level. I would highly recommend Kings Castle.

My son LOVES The Lodge! He loves outdoor learning, exploring nature and being active. I really enjoy hearing about his learning through his own words, telling me about berries and flowers, the changes in the season. The staff are very friendly. As well as daily updates via the app, the staff offer verbal
feedback at pick up too. They understand my son and know exactly what he has done during the day, as the staff are extremely hands on. They pick fruit locally and cook it, along with visits to local libraries, towns and nursing homes. It offers a true sense of community, which as a parent, I really appreciate. I highly recommend The Lodge, and so does my son!

Our son has been at Kings Castle since he was a baby, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received throughout his time there. From the very beginning, the team has been warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development.


The staff have created

a safe and stimulating environment for him to grow in & supported him through every stage - helping him build confidence, independence, and so many important life skills. We've seen huge progress in his communication, social skills, and curiosity about the world around him.


One of the highlights for our son has been the nature-based forest school, "The Lodge." He absolutely loves it. The outdoor learning experiences have been wonderful for him - encouraging exploration and a real connection with nature.

Jack and Jills Nursery has been an outstanding learning environment for my son, who has attended since he was 14 months old and is now three and a half.
The staff are consistently attentive, caring and supportive, and they provide well-planned activities that genuinely build children's confidence and
independence.


The nursery places a strong focus on learning through play and has helped prepare my son extremely well for starting school.
It is a safe, happy and nurturing setting, and we feel very lucky to have such a high-quality nursery on our doorstep.

We couldn't be happier with Jack and Jill's nursery. Our son has been attending since he was one and is now 18 months old, and over the past six months we've had such a positive experience.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the transition so much easier for both of us and
our son. It's clear that the children are genuinely cared for and well looked after in a safe and nurturing environment.
They offer a great variety of fun activities, and it's been amazing to see how much he has grown in confidence since starting. He's always so happy when we collect him, which speaks volumes. Communication from the team is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured.
We're so grateful to the staff for the care and support they provide - we chose this nursery after it being recommended to us from another parent and we would highly recommend Jack and Jill's to other parents.

I have only good things to say regarding Kings Castle Montessori Nursery. They look after our child wonderfully and have brought her out of her shell. She has excelled in confidence recently! Thanks to the staff's hard work and dedication, her language and independence has come on leaps and bounds.
She loves everyone there too forming close bonds with other children and the staff, which couldn't make us happier!

My daughter (who is now 10) went to Kings Castle and had the best time. When our son came along (who is 3) there was no question that this was where we wanted him to go. He has been going since he was 9 months old & he loves it. The range of activities they do with the children is great & I
love the ethos of outdoor play. Our children, through Kings Castle, have learnt independent skills that set them up for transition to school. Cannot recommend this nursery and the team enough.

My son has attended Kings Castle for the last 2.5 years, and I have been over the moon with how they have looked after him. The care, love and attention he has received has been above and beyond my expectations.


My son has additional needs and this was identified right from the start. They have

worked with us as a family to ensure that his needs are met so that he could flourish, learn and grow. The nursery put in special provisions and worked with external experts when needed (speech & languge and senco) to ensure his development was catered for appropriately.


The management have always been supportive and have gone above and beyond to support us as a family, and the staff have always shown nothing but love and understanding. My son was given a one to one when he started pre school to help with his focus and social development. This has allowed him to learn, feel understood and make friends. It has been pivotal to his development.


I couldn't recommend Kings Castle enough.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child receives at Jack & Jill's. From day one, the staff have been incredibly helpful, warm, and genuinely caring. It's clear that they truly love what they do, and that makes all the difference. The environment is not only safe and nurturing, but also
full of fun and creativity. Each day, my child comes home excited about the new activities, stories, and games they've enjoyed. The team goes above and beyond to make learning engaging and enjoyable, which has really helped boost my child's confidence and social skills. Absolutely amazing nursery! I have 2 children who have been coming here for 1 1/2 years. My eldest son has just started school but had been at J&J for 3 years and my youngest has been there a year. They both really enjoy their time at the nursery, it is very much a home from home. The staff team are incredibly caring and they do so many different activities. It's a warm, friendly, happy
place and I wouldn't have wanted my boys to go anywhere else.

My child was 2 days at the lodge and thrived in the forest setting style. Calum was an amazing communicator and so nice to my son really made him feel like he was with family all the time. The whole team were great there and we are really sad that its now come to an end with our son going onto big school.

Kings Castle and the Lodge have always been fantastic with our daughter and with us as parents. We are kept fully up to date with her progress on a daily basis, and encouraged to join the community through being invited to coffee afternoons, mothers/fathers day walks, and the Summer Fete.
They have
really come into their own this past month with the arrival of our second daughter. Staff have ensured that our daughter at nursery is encouraged to talk about her sister without being over pressurising, and therefore made nursery a safe environment and a break from the very different space a home.
