Both of my boys attended this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience they had. From day one, the staff at every level were absolutely amazing - caring, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's development. There was always a wonderful variety of activities and learning opportunities that kept the boys engaged, curious, and excited to go in every day. The nursery played such a big role in shaping who they are today - confident, kind, and ready to take on new challenges. The team helped make their transition to school completely seamless, and for that I'll always be grateful. I can't recommend this nursery enough for any parent looking for a nurturing, stimulating, and joyful start to their child's learning journey.

This nursery is absolutely incredible. Every single person is always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. The change even weekly I see in my daughter is brilliant. It's so nice to have the peace of mind that she's being taken care of and having the best time

Amazing nursery, I was very worried about sending my little boy to nursery and had viewed several ones and mamabears was by far the one I felt most safe and comfortable to send him too it's not the closest to me but I'd rather drive the extra to send my son to a better nursery then just one that's close, I call them up anytime to check on my little one and they're amazing and if there are ever any problems they sort it right away and they're amazing are very good with safeguarding the nursery is based in a street out the way which I prefer as some are right on main roads. My little one is very shy and sensitive and has settled in so well and has very close relationships with the staff, genuinely couldn't recommend a better nursery and I will send my future children to this nursery also.

An absolute gem of a nursery! Amazing staff, the same staff were there for my son 7 years ago and now my daughter can’t fault it. Fresh food on site and and framework followed for key stages. Big outdoor space flexible booking and lots of activities arranged each day I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else.

Mama Bear's is such a great nursery. Both my boys have attended and they have always been happy to go in and love all the staff that work there. My oldest son is in school and still has to go in to see his preschool teachers and give them a hug every time. All the staff are friendly and cheerful with the kids and do a range of activities every day which are fun and engaging. My son loves his abc’s, singing the song and recognising the letters everywhere. The staff in his room have really honed in on this and encouraged him and he is learning so much. The ladies in reception are always so friendly and helpful with any queries. The food must be better than mine as he eats more at nursery than at home! We have been through some health issues with our son in the last 12 months and the nursery couldn’t have been more accommodating, even getting a community nurse in to talk to the staff and teach them about administering his medicine.

Mama Bears at Springhill is a fantastic setting that provides excellent provision for the children. All practitioners are friendly, caring and supportive. Have recommended this nursery to all family and friends.

Mama Bear's in Pennycross are absolutely amazing. All of the staff are so kind, welcoming and friendly. My daughter is absolutely thriving in the baby room. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. I am kept fully updated throughout the day on what my daughter is eating, what activities she is completing, how long she is napping and when her nappy is being changed. Mama Bear's are very good at keeping parents informed regarding any illnesses that may be within the nursery setting. I am so glad I chose to send my daughter to Mama Bears, I wouldn't send her anywhere else!

The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to not only support the child but also to support the family, from having a negative experience in a different nursery I can't thank Mama Bears Day Nursery enough. They have restored my faith back into nurseries and my son absolutely loves his nursery.

I was extremely nervous about leaving my daughter to return to work as she had been so poorly as a newborn. I reviewed endless amounts of nurseries before attending Mama Bears in Pennycross. As soon as I walked in, and was greeted at reception by two members of staff the manager and I was 110% sure I wanted my daughter to attend. The way they all interacted with my daughter was so warm and lovely. When I came back to review the nursery with my partner, the manager remembered that my daughter had an appointment that week and asked how we got on, which meant a lot to us. My daughter absolutely loves Mama Bears, they accommodate all of her needs and she truly loves attending. The girls are always so friendly and professional, and I honestly can’t talk highly enough of them. They have made returning to work such an easy transition as I know my child is so happy and content there and always has the best day! Thank you girls for everything you do for all the children. You truly are amazing!

Both my children love going to nursery at Mama Bears, very often mentioning the practitioners and how great they are. All the employees are very pleasant and caring. The flexibility of the setting means I was able to go on holiday for a long period of time without the worry of paying a huge nursery bill during that time. Just a great team! Thank you Mama Bear's!

All the staff are lovely, very accommodating with any requests and most of all my son loves going is well looked after and offered activities that keep him stimulated and interested in going. A big plus for me is they also make the food on site so if the children don't eat they always offer an alternative homemade later on.

The nursery is amazing I have been using them for the past 8 years for my 3 daughters. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. My daughter loves going to nursery and even wants to go on the days she's not in. They do loads of different activities. The food that is provided is excellent and my children have always had seconds. I cannot recommend highly enough. I am sad for the day my daughter leaves and we are no longer part of the nursery.

My daughter has learned so much from Mama Bear's, she's totally potty trained and learnt to count. Excellent staff, friendly and kind I would definitely recommend the nursery to anybody who looking for their child.

The staff are all so lovely and friendly, they help ensure my son always has a fun and activity-filled day. I can tell they really care about him and they give me lots of information about his day at the end of every day. They always make me feel like I can ask everything and will always make sure they can find an answer.

My son has been at Mama Bear's since November 2023 and has really settled in well. The staff are dedicated, and caring and engage our son so well. He loves all the activities and always brings home the lovely things he has made. We have seen real progress in his speech since joining, we are really pleased with the care he receives.

Excellent nursery/preschool. My daughter who started there in September 2023 and is now 4.5 years old loves it there. The team are all lovely and always so helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

Such a fab nursery! All the staff are so friendly & know our little one! Would highly recommend it. Our little one settled in so quickly. We get lovely updates with photos on the nursery app which is fab for keeping us in the loop of what our daughter is doing/learning about.

Always lovely and welcoming every morning, every time you go into the nursery, collecting my son from his room! The workers are such a credit to their jobs and to the company. Wouldn’t like to go anywhere else.

My son has been really struggling with his speech but Mama Bear's has gone above and beyond to make sure my child has everything he needs and the right people to help him to talk. They have made me and my son feel very welcome from day dot. My son is always excited to go to nursery.

I have sent both of my children here in the past 6 years and would not pick anywhere else. I feel it is vital to find somewhere that feels like home from home and Mama Bear's was just that. The staff are amazing at what they do, extremely caring and nurturing, and have helped and encouraged the development of both of my children from the get-go. The management is fab and office staff plays a huge role too! It’s a very family-orientated setting and both children have always been nothing short of happy there. Iv been so impressed and so nice to see them both thrive! Thanks, Mama Bear's.

Mama Bear's is such a great nursery. Both my boys have attended and they have always been happy to go in and love all the staff that work there.
