Fantastic nursery with very caring staff and great facilities. Nothing is too much trouble and our daughter is thriving here.

Fantastic nursery, the manager has always gone above and beyond to help can’t thank her and everyone else enough! My children love everyone at the nursery and it's a relief knowing they enjoy going.

All staff professional and a lovely environment for the children to play. Lots of variety to keep them happy. Clean and a happy place where I can go to work and be relaxed in knowing my child is taken care off.

I've used Busy Bees at Norwich Airport for both my sons. My youngest, who still attends, enjoys interacting with children of the same age, he has come on loads with his speech, counting and general knowledge. The staff are always willing to help and all the kids all seem to enjoying being around them.

I think this nursery is fantastic. My son started in the toddler room and is now in pre-school, I like the nursery very much, to the point I have moved towns and have kept my child in the same nursery. My child is happy, I can see improvements in the learning, socializing and behaviour side. Can't fault it. Thank you to the team who makes this happen.

My daughter attends Busy Bees. She shows enjoyment and a big interest in the nursery, she will often come home from her day there and tells us all what she's been doing.

My son attends pre-school three days a week and is always happy to go to nursery and see his friends and the staff. He has been attending for nearly four years now. The staff are caring and professional and supported us recently with a reward system that we have been using at home. The reinforcement at nursery has really worked, and my son's improved behaviour has continued without the chart.

Using the messy room for morning drop off and breakfast works well, and the bigger room is calm at the end of the day. The new system of feedback is clear and seems to be preparing the children well for next year; there is regular reinforcement of pre-school values, shapes, days of the week, weather, discussions about how the children are feeling each day. My son really enjoys circle time and sharing what he has brought in. At the recent Parents' Evening, my son's key worker had a range of resources and ideas for us to use, which was really helpful. Thank you!

Nobody wants to leave their child at a nursery, but certain members of staff at Busy Bees made it possible for me to do so. Now my daughter is older she is getting the support she needs from her keyworker in all aspects, I am so pleased she is there to help her along the way. Thank you.

We have been so pleased since moving our children from a different nursery when we moved house. The key workers are all so hardworking and friendly and I love that they have created such a bond with both children in their different rooms. Feedback at the end of the day is so thorough and it really feels that they have taken note of what each child has been doing. They go the extra mile to remember what is happening in their home life and each child's particular interests such as our eldest's fondness for dresses and princesses! Our youngest took ages to settle in the new environment but the room staff, especially her key worker, were so patient and caring and she now can't wait to get there in the morning. The pre-school room is going through some really positive changes which we are very excited about and just know our daughter is going to love the last few months there before starting school.

We're very pleased with the activities and teachings of our little one since he started, 2 years ago. He's willing to go and seems to enjoy every day. One down point though is sometimes carers are outnumbered by the children which makes it difficult to spread their attention, especially at breakfast time when most of the children join in.

Great place with lots of space for the kids and loads for them to do. Staff are great and really helpful.

I love the nursery at all times but thought the Santa, present and Xmas party were extra special this year. All the staff are brilliant and really caring and have really supported us and our child through some rough times.

We've been using Busy Bees for 2 years and it goes from strength to strength. The facilities are excellent - particularly the large garden - the staff are amazing. Quality of learning is excellent. Pre-school has 'Chatterboxes' and scrapbooks, which have helped my child come out of his shell, and they're a fun family activity to do. The chef makes great, varied food - much more than we'd manage at home.

My child has made lots of friendships and is well socialised. My child is quite shy, and I really value the effort and care that the staff take in encouraging him to use his voice and get involved in group activities.

So really an all round fab nursery! Staff and management are amazing!

My daughter has had a very happy and positive experience and the staff are very loving and caring. The nursery and preschool itself is a very bright and fun environment and the staff is supportive not only of your child but also to yourselves as parents.

My little boy attended Busy Bees at Norwich Airport for 4 years and was very happy there. The staff were warm and friendly and the nursery has great facilities, a lovely garden and a fantastic onsite chef. I felt confident that my child was well cared for and had fun-filled day when he was there.

My son has attended Busy Bees Norwich Airport since he was age one, now nearly four. He has really enjoyed his time there and has always been very happy and has made some lovely friends. It has given him so much confidence when playing with other children which is one of the many reasons we put him in the nursery so young. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to friends and family.

An excellent nursery and pre-school, with colleagues that are supportive of the child's requirements and abilities. with a management team that will listen to any parental concern and take appropriate remedial steps.

My 2 children have been attending the nursery now for 15 months. They both really enjoy attending and look forward to going. I would mainly put this down to the staff, they are all an absolute asset to the place. Both children come home and talk about all the things they have done during the day and who they have played with, excited to share their experience.

During the last few weeks, I would like to say how the staff have excelled themselves. The nursery is about to finish a refurbishment, which it was needing. It is looking absolutely lovely after it's big, freshen up. There has been lots of work going on to improve the facilities however I need to say the disruption caused by the refurbishment has been absolutely minimal and this is because the staff are so organised and are constantly one step ahead.

I would highly recommend the nursery and the facilities it has to offer, I feel at ease going to work knowing my little ones are cared for so well.

Highly likely to recommend. My Grandaughter loves the Nursery, all staff are very informative, kind, and time is taken out of their day for fantastic feedback of all food, nappies, sleep, bottles. VERY happy little girl at this Nursery. The new refurbishment is looking fantastic.
