Busy Bees Norwich Airport

Since my son has started at Busy Bees he has come so far in his development. Staff have been so supportive and accommodating, especially when we have had unexpected family circumstances. It has been a pleasure to have him attend Busy Bees and I’m looking forward to sending my other son once I return to work!

My daughter has attended Busy Bees since June 2022 and her development in this time is amazing. My wife and I have always felt that she is in good hands on the days she attends, even when she isn't feeling herself. The staff are always welcoming to us and our daughter and always give good feedback at the end of the day. My daughter has a few food intolerances but this is never an issue as special meals are catered for and she always eats more at nursery than she does at home. Perhaps that's more of a reflection on my cooking.

My eldest son has been attending the nursery for two years and has just moved into the preschool room. The change of routine has been a bit daunting for him, but I cannot fault the staff. They have been both caring and patient with him and I know he settles quickly after waving me off, he loves all the activities that they do and comes away excitedly telling us what he has done for the day, who he’s spent the day with and normally gives a rundown of what he’s eaten that day. I can’t thank the staff enough as I feel they’re a big part of why he’s becoming the little independent boy he is. With how pleased we've been with our eldest attending, it was a no-brainer in sending our youngest son to them as well, he has recently started in the baby room and has settled quickly with them. The staff again have been so caring and attentive, you can see that they want to see all the children thrive and help guide them along the way. I would highly recommend the setting to other parents.

My child has attended Busy Bees since June, and they have grown in confidence so much in such a short time. They now go running in with big smiles on their face, eager to start the day. Seeing this reaction is all the evidence I need that the nursery is five stars.

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful nursery! Our son started with them in September and he has absolutely loved going since day one! At the end of each day he excitedly tells us about what he's been up to - dancing, singing, yoga, water play, building blocks - there's so much they get the children involved with, it's so varied and really fun and engaging. He also loves the food and we get an enthusiastic rundown of the day's menu! We feel very confident leaving him in the care of all the staff at Busy Bees - they are very caring, patient and attentive and our son always comes home happy! Highly recommend.

We have had experience with quite a few other childcare settings as we have an older child as well and Busy Bees is by far, the best.

Also, they do get them outside and do messy play inside lots which we love.

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and will I not be looking to change until he moves up to full-time school. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my son has come on leaps and bounds. He is naturally a very shy boy, but is always very happy to go and loves all his teachers! He has gained a fantastic amount of confidence, so lovely to see!

Amazing nursery! Our little girl has been going to Busy Bees for 14 months and you can tell from the smile on her face when she arrives that she enjoys her time there. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and she will be there until she starts school. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, caring nursery that actively works on child development on a daily basis.

My experience with Busy Bees Norwich Airport has been nothing but positive, extremely friendly staff who keep you informed throughout the day on how your child is getting on, they are all very approachable and I feel more than comfortable asking them any question or query I have. My little girl loves going to Busy Nees nursery each week and I know that she is receiving the best care. Every week is full of different activities and sensory play, the food is excellent and I am so glad my daughter is a part of the nursery.

My daughter enrolled in the nursery at nine months old because I needed to return to work. To say I was nervous was an understatement, but she has loved it from day one. The staff are lovely and have got to know everything about her. She’s now 13 months old and loves her time there, even smacks her lips when we pull up in the car park, because she knows she gets breakfast as soon as she goes in. As soon as she sees her key worker or the general manager, her smile is so big. You cannot put a price on the feeling that your child is safe and happy. Thank you to all the team, we will be forever grateful!

I cannot praise the nursery enough, my baby loves it here. I was so nervous to leave her for the first few times, but she has thrived here, thanks to the wonderful staff and the environment they have created. They truly care for each child and I'd recommend them to anyone. Our daughter leaps out of our arms every day, when she is greeted at the door!

Fantastic centre with a committed team. So grateful for all of their support during such a challenging time. Both of our children have attended the nursery and have loved going. We couldn't be happier.

My little boy started at the nursery in May 2021 as he turned 2. He had previously been with a childminder but the difference in his learning and care was phenomenal. Instantly I felt far more relaxed about leaving him and even left him longer than I needed to because he never wants to leave. The online learning journal is fantastic and I can keep up to date with his day. When I collect we are given feedback and it’s always personal; I really feel the staff know my son and value him as an individual. Cannot recommend the nursery enough.

My son has been attending Busy Bees at Norwich Airport since just after the first lockdown ended and I couldn't be happier with them - he enjoys going to nursery (mostly), has fostered a few friendships with his peers, his speech and language is excellent and their communication has always been wonderful. They were great at supporting him through potty training and helping him achieve other milestones too. This is compounded by hearing the experience of others at other nurseries, who haven't had the same positive experience as us.

May I say what a lovely nursery this has been to build my grandsons confidence and ability to learn and grow in the preschool years before starting school in September. The staff have always been very obliging and supportive to both us and our grandson's needs wherever possible. Highly recommend this nursery as a fabulous stepping stone to learning and educating your child prior to school and sowing the seeds to learning. The food has been good encouraging them to try different foods. The communication is excellent and all the staff are friendly and approachable.

We could not be happier with the service we have had from Busy Bees. Our twin boys started at 10 months old in 2017 and loved the staff. We sadly lost one of our sons in 2019 to SIDS, Busy Bees provided us and our other son with unmeasurable support and our son remains at Busy Bees until he starts school in 2021. They have been key to his development and the survival of our loss as a family. Thank you all. xxx

A brilliant nursery that really cares so much for the childrens' happiness and welfare. My little one loves it here and enjoys her time so much, they do so many different activities with them to make each day different. They have always made us both feel safe and welcome, no matter what is happening.

Staff have always been really helpful and are brilliant with my son, who really enjoys himself when he is there. Fantastic food menu which he loves. He is at a crucial part of his social development and being able to socialise in a safe and clean environment with the world in a pandemic, I feel, has been really beneficial for him. It's a shame he can't be there more than one day a week. I really love how I can have the parents app on my phone and we can see how our son's day is going and keep an eye on his development.

I can highly recommend Busy Bees Norwich Airport. The team are fantastic and the learning environment is so good. Our son started in August when he was 12 months old and he loved it right from the beginning. The staff are so positive, helpful and nurturing. The resources and spaces are fantastic, and the menus always sound amazing. He loves all the staff and can't wait to see them every morning. We were nervous about the Covid situation but the team have always reassured us and kept us informed so we feel like we have a good insight into his world each day. In a time of social distancing, I am so grateful to Busy Bees for providing much-needed normality and fun for our little boy. Not an easy task in the current world we find ourselves in.
