Busy Bees Norwich Airport is tailored towards the challenges of early years learning; a homely and well-equipped interior supporting an extensive range of play activities, creativity and key skills such as numeracy, literacy and communication. Staff are fully-qualified to help children develop within a pleasant, secure and healthy atmosphere.

Looking to involve parents as much as possible in their child’s development, the service holds parents’ evenings throughout the year and each child has their own key person who is able to discuss progress. Fun days, summer fetes and fundraising activities are also popular.

Our son attended this Nursery and when we had our daughter we didn't think twice about her attending also. She loves it! After Lockdown we were worried about how she would settle back in but we need not have worried worry, it was like she had never been away which we owe our thanks to the staff for
this.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Brilliant healthy menus. Wonderful friendly and understanding staff.
Both my children always have a great time, my son even asks me to go to nursery if we start talking about it. It’s so nice to have peace of mind that my children are happy

An excellent nursery. My eldest attended from 9 months old until school and my younger child still attends. Both my children love Busy Bees and always have, we have never had any problems or concerns. The management is very helpful and friendly and does their best to accommodate extra sessions. The
food is excellent, very healthy and varied and my children always seem to enjoy it. They do a wide variety of activities, plenty of craft and art and there is a great outdoor area. The children learn a lot and the staff have been excellent with practical things such as potty training. I would recommend to anybody.

As a current parent of a child, I can wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees. My little boy has been going since he was 11 months and he is now 2. Settling in was not easy for him and we had some emotional drop-offs but they know what to do and are incredibly professional and caring and now he runs in.
They are one of the more expensive nurseries I looked at but I don't provide anything, all meals, nappies, sun creams etc are provided and this does make life a lot easier.
They have handled Covid-19 well and their communication has been very good and all the procedures put in place are very consistent and reassuring.

I have used Norwich Airport Busy Bees since my son was 11 months old, up until he was ready to start prep at the school he would be going to. Having seen him go through all the rooms and having had different key workers and room staff at each stage I would say that I had no concerns with the care he
received. It has been a very warm and caring environment from the first day, especially towards a child who has not always been very well. I think to be able to leave your child in the care of someone else is always very daunting, however, I haven’t had worries or concerns, and he has really enjoyed going to nursery and seeing his friends.

My little one has gone to nursery here since ten months old and will only leave to move into school. His key workers have been amazing, especially one person in preschool. He tells me she’s perfect. Love the new app so I can see what he’s getting up to and how he’s developing. He’s learnt so much there!

I love this nursery, it's so warm and welcoming, the team are fantastic so helpful, understanding, kind and just great. We have noticed a huge difference in both our children, our little boy didn't really talk much but since attending here he has started to chat lots. It really is amazing, both children
are so settled and happy. The rooms are great lots for the children to do and learn. Highly recommend this nursery.

This is a fantastic Nursery, my child always comes back content and seems to have learnt lots. The staff are friendly and always reply to messages/ emails promptly and effectively. I am always quick to recommend this nursery when someone asks me about nurseries and couldn't speak more highly of them.

Good quality of care and the staff genuinely show an interest in my son and the wider family.
The only negative is you are expensive and you do not do term-time contracts.

Our child attends the nursery for 2.5 years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are well planned and prepared activities for the children to support their developmental needs for each age group and even in our case our child's individual needs.

Fantastic nursery. My son has attended since 9 months old and loves attending. The staff are caring and take the time to get to know the children and their traits. The menu / food is great and encourages the children to try different foods. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to others.

I have two little ones at Busy Bees and they both love it there. The nursery itself is lovely, being purpose-built it is perfect. The garden is large and well-stocked with activities. The staff are all lovely, happy to stop and talk to you about anything you want to know about. They have a chef in house
so the food is all fresh and prepared on site (Which means the kids eat lots of things they wouldn't eat at home!) But the main reason for my positive review is that my children both enjoy their time there.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Norwich Airport since she was 1 she is now 4 and in her last year at the nursery. The nursery has been wonderful and she has flourished under the teachers and management there. I could not recommend it enough and do truly believe it has given her the best start in
life.

My child and I both love Busy Bees Nursery. The staff are amazing, really approachable and always make us feel very welcome.
His key worker is really nice and always keeps me up to date with what my son has been doing throughout the day. No matter how big or small, also uploads photos of him which
is nice when I’m at work, so I can see these on ParentZone.

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Norwich Airport.


I have a BA Hons in Childhood Studies and have been in this childcare setting for 15 years in various roles. Due to my vast experience in childcare, I am able to ensure our team provide the best care and education for the children here at our nursery at Norwich Airport.  We pride ourselves on our home from home environment, child-led learning, and core values.
