We have been using Busy Bees Norwich Airport for the past 4 years, with both of our children starting their journeys here at around 9 months old. With our daughter now starting school, we've had the chance to experience every stage of the setting. The Busy Bees team provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere that extends to the whole family. They consistently demonstrate care, patience, dedication and a genuine interest in our children, which has given us great confidence that our children are safe, happy, and thriving. We are so grateful for the support, encouragement, and nurturing environment they have created-helping our children grow in confidence, independence, and readiness for school. We would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees Norwich Airport to any family looking for a caring and supportive start to their child's early years.

Our daughters have been attending Busy Bees since they were six months (they are now 3.5 and 1.5 respectively) and we've had nothing but a positive experience. Both girls have a fantastic time and a really strong relationship with the staff who always make time to bond with the children. We are amazed at the level of activities the children get to do - our eldest has been learning about Greek gods and has loved it! The food is excellent (it is all cooked on site) and no two days seem the same.

My eldest son had been at busy bees from 10 months old until 4 and a half, hes thrived here and they have been instrumental in helping his speech, social skills and eating habits. I cannot thank the staff enough for their continuous support & care. Our 2 year old is at the nursery also, he is also thriving and loves going! The staff are all friendly & professional, and will also go the extra mile to take care of our little ones. Its a wonderful nursery, we would highly recommend.

The nursery is fab! It's daunting taking your child to nursery for the first time but Sarah and Lucy in the office have been outstanding and so welcoming. If I ever have any troubles or worries both are there to help and don't make me feel an inconvenience. My son absolutely love busy bees especially his key worker Izzy. Everyone in bombo room are so kind and brilliant with my son. I'm so glad I got recommended this nursery. I've already booked my second son a place. The food they supply is unreal. I couldn't ask for anything else. It's always healthy and different. Overall A fabulous nursery

My daughter started the nursery as she turned one, as all little ones it took her a couple of weeks for her to settle but the way the staff took care of her and helped her settle in was amazing. The way they help with her deployment and teaching her new things is amazing. And you always know that she has the best day playing and learning when she is there. I recommend busy bees at the airport to anyone who is looking for a nursery.

My child has been at Busy Bees Norwich Airport for over a year now and she is absolutely thriving. All the staff in her room have a great bond with her and genuinely seem to know my child's likes and dislikes, I have full confidence that she is in the best possible hands. My Daughter loves being outside and engaging in all the different activities on offer to her. The staff in the office are also very helpful and approachable if I have any questions. Mine and my Daughters experience of Busy Bees Norwich Airport is a positive one, the lovely photos and updates I receive really reinforce that.

Team at Busy Bees at Norwich Airport have been amazing in looking after both of my sons. My oldest one is now at school but everyone is super friendly towards him when he joins me at the drop offs for his 2 year old brother. All key persons have developed very good relationships with them which makes most morning transitions tear-free for my son and stress-free for me. My 2 year old has a diary allergy and both staff at the kitchen and in the room always make sure his meals are dairy free and table is cleaned of any spilled dairy products when he sits down for his meals. It's a very good and happy place for kids to spend their time.

Key workers are lovely and very friendly and make my daughter feel comforted and safe. Happy to update us parents on pick up on how her day was. I know she is well looked after and she enjoys her time there.

Everyone at the nursery is always so polite and friendly. My son loves going and he gets on well with all the staff members and children. As well as learning at home he has also picked up so much from the nursery, for example his speech has improved massively and he's more confident. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about signing their child up to a nursery!

I can't recommend Busy Bees Nursery enough! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and they really make the children feel at home. My little one is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy, full of stories about the fun activities they've done. We've seen such a positive change in confidence and learning since joining. It's clear the team genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. We're so grateful to have found Busy Bees!

I cannot speak highly enough of Busy Bees, Norwich Airport. The centre management and staff in general have all played a key role in developing our daughter from the day she joined 3 years ago to her final day as she now heads to her first school. The environment created is both fun and educational and we have seen development in our daughter as she has moved through each class. The facilities at the centre are well maintained and looked after which again help create a positive learning environment for young children to thrive. There is a clear commitment to developing of young children and a consistent approach from staff members to ensure this vision is delivered. Our daughter has loved her time at Nursery and the key factor in that is the staff who have helped make her journey so enjoyable. Our daughter is both sad at leaving the nursey but excited for school and again this is credit to the Nursery in that our daughter is sad to leave but feels excited and well prepared for school.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Norwich airport for just over 2 years. Since starting at 6 months and it has been a brilliant experience. The staff have always been lovely and my daughter thrives and always enjoys attending. The variety of food prepared is brilliant and I strongly believe has contributed to my daughter having such a wide palette (she eats almost everything!) The nursery is well run and the management are always working hard to make things as simple as possible for parents regarding free childcare funding etc, which would be pretty complicated without their support. The ONLY negative I can think of is that during hot weather during the summer months the staff have a really tough job keeping the building cool, I really think having air con installed would be a massive bonus not only for the children but the staff as well.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9 months old (now 18 months) and has flourished. She loves playing with the other children and her teachers. She has improved with her eating, speech and walking since attending this setting. The staff are wonderful and caring, they are respectful and proactive. I never have worried about how my daughter settles and whether she is looked after properly. She is always so excited to go to nursery and never seems to want to leave. We are having to move her nursery due to a house move and both of us are heartbroken to be leaving as she enjoys her time there so much.

Our son has been attending here since September 2023, we picked the nursery mainly due to location and the feel we got for it when visiting. Compared to some of the other places we visited, this was brighter, cleaner and friendlier. Our little boy loves it there, he frequently speaks about the staff and the things that he has learnt. He thoroughly enjoys all of the meals which are varied, home cooked and nutritional. They take care and time to get to know both your child and you as parents, to ensure you feel at ease and of the mindset that they know the best care for them. We sometimes say he prefers nursery to home as he has so much fun there! We would certainly recommend them.

The nursery have been amazing for my daughter. They have helped her develop and grow in all areas of her life and helped her overcome struggles. I am eternally grateful for the staff including in the office for everything and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better support group. Thank you!

Both children attended Busy Bees Norwich Airport for a few years. Both learned so much from Busy Bees and it was our pleasure to know and attend Busy Bees. Both children loved the meals and staff.

Incredible attention, love and care not only for my child but when I walk into the room, either at drop off or collection, the children are happy, playing and calm. Even when a child is not wanting to leave their parent, the care that goes into settling that child and the genuine connections which have been can be seen and felt.

We have had our eldest child in Busy Bees Day Nursery, graduation this month. She has been attending since she was 2, now 4 nearly 5. She has come on leaps and bounds since attending. She is such a confident, smart, kind girl and this is in part due to the staff at Busy Bees. Never has there been a day my daughter has said she does not want to attend the nursery. She has made wonderful friends, both with the children and staff. The centre director has always been very accommodating with extra days, even at short notice. Although we did initially choose Norwich Airport as the nursery at the time it was close to my husband's work and drop-off. He has since moved away, so it is now out of the area for us. But because our eldest enjoyed this nursery so much we have also enrolled our youngest, who is 16 months. Again, she has developed fantastically and appears to always look excited to attend and happy when she is there. She clearly enjoys her cuddles with the staff. Thank you so much.

Our daughter has been here for a year now. The manager and her staff have been very supportive to parents and children. The childcare staff are patient, caring and always looking after not only the safety but also the development of the children. The app is also a great feature, giving little updates throughout the day or showcasing the achievements of your little one each day. In summary - great team, great location with great ethics. Happy to highly recommend.

Since my son has started at Busy Bees he has come so far in his development. Staff have been so supportive and accommodating, especially when we have had unexpected family circumstances. It has been a pleasure to have him attend Busy Bees and I’m looking forward to sending my other son once I return to work!
