Overall Experience

This is an amazing provision, we feel very privileged to have our child here.
The care and personal attention from all staff to our child is so lovely to see.
Going back to work was made so much easier and I felt so reassured.
The app that enables us to see updates and links to their development

is a lovely touch and helps us communicate quickly and effectively.

Overall Experience

From the first time we visited the nursery, we have been made to feel so welcome by all staff members. The Jellybabes staff have been fantastic! They have exceeded our expectations in terms of communication with us, how well they have bonded with our son and the different activities they do each day.

It is really reassuring knowing we can go to work leaving our son in excellent hands.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff take such a kind and individual approach to the children (and parents!). Settling in and room transitions are managed so well and the day to daycare my little one receives is wonderful. She absolutely loves her time there.

Wonderful, caring and special nursery. My boys have thrived being in Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery. I feel bad mentioning any one member of staff over another because they are all so wonderful! We love our key worker! And the manager - just an incredible job managing the nursery as well as someone

who brings so much fun to the room. Boys run in smiling and are still smiling at pickup.
Great menu too - lots of variety and caters to any special dietary requirements.

Overall Experience

Our daughter started at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery in January. The communication prior to her start was thorough and we always felt that our questions were answered with consideration. The staged start to nursery was delivered brilliantly. The staff had taken the time to learn not just our daughter's,

but my partner's and my names. This personal touch went a long way to making the first day easy on us parents! Our daughter's key person quickly noticed the bottle our daughter had, which led to a brilliant ice breaker; keeping our daughter calm when she was nervous to attend nursery. The daily observations on the app are a welcome touch to show us what our daughter has been up to and keeps us involved.
The whole experience with the nursery has been so positive, our daughter loves her time there as well as the staff. I have complete confidence that she is attentively cared for while she's at nursery and I look forward to her excitedly relaying her day at nursery when I get home.

Overall Experience

I had to move my daughter from her previous nursery as we were not happy with the care she was receiving. Since she started at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery she has been like a different child. She is so happy to go into nursery due to how kind and caring the staff are towards her. Her confidence

has grown and she gets excited about nursery in the days leading up to it. My parents have also commented on the difference it has made. The communication is fantastic with parents/carers and I know that my daughter is in safe hands whilst there, which means the world. I really can’t speak highly enough of our experience so far and both her father and I are really grateful for all the hard work the staff put into making the nursery so successful.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. My daughter attends 2 days a week and I am so happy with the amount of support and care she receives. We get detailed feedback that is very reassuring and gives you a comprehensive insight into what they have been up to during the day. The staff are extremely

friendly and professional. You can really tell that they genuinely care about the children which is so wonderful.

My little boy has been going to Chapelfield now for nearly three years and absolutely loves it. The care is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery. He is coming on leaps and bounds and loves taking part in all the different activities that they do to support with his development

on a daily basis. Great outside space and it’s so nice to have free flow play encouraged at points throughout the day. A brilliant menu is also in place with different meals served daily.

Overall Experience

An outstanding nursery with caring, professional staff. We receive regular updates and photographs of our little one. Our key carer is friendly and loving, helping our little boy to settle in and we’ve seen his development soar.
The outdoor space in the city was a real selling point for us and the

team’s focus on inclusivity and representation is fantastic. Our child recently enjoyed Chinese New Year celebrations and sensory experiences.
The team respond to any questions immediately on the app - communication is excellent and helps us to feel very reassured and safe that our child is in good hands.

Overall Experience

Sending my daughter to nursery at 4 months was a very daunting experience and I questioned whether going back to work so soon was the right decision, I had many reservations and ‘mum guilt’. However, from first contact, I was put at ease and reassured that my daughter would receive the best possible

care. I am so pleased and grateful for the support and care that the jellybabes team have provided for our little one. She has come on so much since starting nursery and is always very calm and relaxed at drop off/collection. I believe that she feels very safe and secure in their care. Since attending nursery, it has also helped with routines at home. The nursery have allowed us to start with a gradual approach, ensuring our daughter settles in well. The nursery team actively communicate with us on our daughter’s progress through photos, messages and face to face. I look forward to watching our daughter continue to thrive in such a comforting and supportive environment in the years to come.

Overall Experience

My daughter loved her time at Chapelfield Children’s Day Nursery in the two years she attended before starting school.
The staff and management are excellent - they provide the highest standard of care for the children, communicate well with parents and are overall friendly and lovely people.
The

children do a wide range of activities and are supported to continually develop at a pace appropriate to them. The pre-school room, creepy crawlies, did a fantastic job of preparing my daughter for school. I think she was more ready than I was!
I would highly recommend this nursery to any prospective parent.

Overall Experience

I attended this nursery myself in the early 1990’s and now my two children attend. Over a 30 period Chapelfield has maintained a fantastic standard of care and support for children and their families. My children jump into the car on nursery mornings, excited to discuss their weekend with their key

worker. They leave the nursery with big smiles on their faces. And, throughout 2020, the nursery has remained open, providing an essential degree of ‘normal’ during such a difficult time. I would recommend Chapelfield to any parent looking for a top quality nursery for their children.

Overall Experience

My son has been and the nursery since he was 8 months old. During that time the relationships established between him and his key workers have been excellent and he has been taken care of brilliantly. The staff show lots of empathy to the needs of the child yet also encourages them in a supportive way

to overcome any obstacle that might happen. Communication between us and the nursery has always been clear and given promptly. At the end of each day, we are given a review of what our child has been up to and this includes a great balance of free play, arts and crafts, learning letters and numbers, and physical activity. The food provided to the children is tasty and nutritious, such that we have asked for some of the recipes to do at home. The management are well organised and have an excellent understanding of the needs of their staff and children, which has allowed them to make well-informed decisions to the benefit of all involved, especially the children.

Overall Experience

A home away from home! My little girl has been attending the nursery since she was 11 months old. The transition of starting at the nursery was faultless, everyone at the nursery understands how big of a step this is, and they are so supportive and they are there to reassure along the way. I didn’t

have to worry as my little girl loves her time there. The level of care continues throughout your time there, including room moves. Every single person who works at the nursery is simply outstanding. They are so caring, loving, and they feel like extended family. The care my daughter receives is heartwarming, you can see how much the staff care. I’m kept updated with her days on the app, and love hearing about the fun she had at feedback at the end of the day. They are constantly doing activities that are always varied, for learning, for fun, and to build their confidence. They have fun in and outdoors, with lots of fun things to do in the garden. The best nursery in Norwich!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old. After a maternity leave spent mostly in lockdown, I was worried how she would transition but she has thrived since being there. She clearly adores the staff and I can see each week how much she develops thanks to the activities

and time spent with her. All the staff are so lovely to deal with and have done an incredible job to keep the children safe during such uncertain times. I visited quite a few different nurseries when making my final decision (all of which have fantastic reputations), and I would urge people to do the same because it made it crystal clear that Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery is a level above all of them.
