Overall Experience

Chapelfield and its staff are truly one of a kind, I cannot fault them and feel so grateful that my daughter is able to attend there. Perhaps the most important reviewer is our daughter herself; she never cries or looks back when we drop her off, gives her key person a big grin every morning, and I

often think she genuinely prefers to be at Chapelfield than at home! All the staff are warm, compassionate and caring and we're certain they are giving our child the best possible start to life. We cannot express how thankful we are to all the team and can't wait to see her grow there over the years!

Our daughter is thriving at this wonderful and nurturing nursery. We could not be happier with the care provided and feel very lucky to have a place at Chapelfield. Overall Experience

Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery is truly the most amazing setting! Both of our kids have/are attending and we are so happy and grateful for the care they have received.
All of the staff are so professional, thoughtful and caring - with every child having an individual and considered experience as

part of the whole learning environment. Their attention to detail is amazing, with bespoke activities and trips throughout the year for the children and daily activities to boost learning. The thought that goes into their personal development, daily nutrition and the learning environment itself is amazing. Both children have learned and grown so much from their time there!
I also genuinely feel like my child is safe there - I am fully confident dropping them off knowing they will be cared for to such a high standard. Not only are they safe, the kids look forward to going! They talk so positively about their peers, staff and activities.
It is the best! I could go on and on.

Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first day, the staff have shown such genuine kindness, warmth, and care toward our child. It's clear that they don't just see this as a job - they truly love and nurture every child as an individual. The environment feels safe, welcoming, and full

of positivity, and it gives us so much reassurance knowing our child is surrounded by people who are so attentive and compassionate. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's obvious how much thought and effort goes into creating a stimulating and loving environment.
We feel incredibly grateful to have found such a special place. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for somewhere their child will be truly cared for, supported, and cherished. Outdoor space limited but it's right in the middle of a city! - they use the park all the time in the summer.

Overall Experience

Can't rate chapelfield nursery in Trowse, highly enough. The care and attention they've shown my daughter since she joined in October 2025, has been outstanding.
The nursery is very clean, well organised and with good senior leadership in place.
They are always planning imaginative and fun activities

for the children. The staff are friendly, informative and have pride in what they do. Their connections with the children feel authentic and as a mother makes dropping my daughter off very easy, as I know they will take good care of my most precious possession. Thank you!

Overall Experience

My first born attended Chapelfield day nursery and she had a great experience. The preparation and readiness for school was exceptional. We therefore knew we wanted our second born to attend. He loves going to nursery. The staff are very professional, approachable and friendly. My son has two food intolerances

of which were our only concern but after talking these through with management and his key person I knew there was nothing to worry about and my son would be safe. The chef is amazing at cooking food similar to everyone else but appropriate for his difficult intolerances. I would very much recommend Chapelfield.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The most important thing for us is that our daughter is genuinely happy and excited to go in each day, which says everything about the caring and nurturing environment the team creates.
The staff always listen to any requests or concerns we have. We feel heard

and supported as parents.
Communication is excellent - we're kept up to date with her activities, progress, and any important information.
The team are approachable, friendly, and clearly dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development.
We're so grateful for the positive start they've given our daughter and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

Overall Experience

Chapelfield Nursery is one of the most welcoming and caring places. Everyone from room staff, office teams, cleaners and cooks are so engaged with both the children and the parents. They make sure that everyday is fun and a learning enviroment for the kids. My little 20 month old runs into nursery every

time and that gives a true reflection on how they treat him. Activities are always varied and extend past the classroom to home. I couldnt recommend it more.

Overall Experience

My girls are both attending Chapelfield nursery and we are so grateful that they have had this opportunity. The nursery staff is amazing and my girls felt loved, supported and encouraged throughout all their progress. There are daily activities for all ages and the children are encouraged to learn,

laugh, build their confidence and relationships with their peers. I can't thank enough the staff for all their hard work and for making us feel supported and welcomed. The food is prepared on site by chef with fresh ingredients. We are so lucky to attend this nursery!

Overall Experience

Chapelfield nursery is the best nursery ever. My daughter has been there since just before she turned 1 and is about to leave to start school. Everyone who works there has been so loving and kind to my daughter and us as a family. They always go the extra mile with the children. They take them on trips

out to the park, into the city to visit the market, bakery and most recently to the dinosaur park. They are great at providing children with sun hats, sun cream and every items of clothing they may need for all weathers which is great especially on days when I have forgotten something like a coat or jumper. Also a special shoutout the amazing chef and the lady who keeps the nursery so lovely and clean!
All the staff are fantastic and show so much love and care to all the children and my daughter has absolutely loved her experience here. I am so upset that she has to leave and go to school, I wish she could stay. I would recommend this nursery 1000% it's just amazing! Thank you so much

Overall Experience

What an amazing place Chapelfield is! We're coming to the end of our time after 11 years at Chapelfield and we have absolutely loved our time as part of the Chapelfield family and all three of our children have loved it too. They've all been so happy and supported by the staff and they always talk positively

about what they get up to at nursery. I think they all felt so safe and secure with you and really felt that they belonged and were valued. We've always had total confidence that our children were in safe hands and very well looked after. We really couldn't fault Chapelfield, it's been such a lovely place for our children to develop. It's going to be such a wrench for us to leave finally, we really will miss it.

Overall Experience

My son has been at Trowse for 2 years. It is a wonderful little nursery and the staff are so supportive. It feels like an extended family with the staff taking an interest in the wellbeing of our whole family.
My son has had some wonderful experiences, the highlight being the annual trip to the dinosaur

park. Nothing is too difficult for the staff and they have gone above and beyond to support my son in his learning and development.
We will be very sad to say goodbye but know that the support he has been given has put him in the best possible position to start school this year.

Overall Experience

Overall - an exceptionally lovely, nurturing place, with excellent staff and management who genuinely care for the children, and where activities are structured and themed, allowing our child to develop and grow in so many ways while feeling cared for and safe. We found out about and contacted Chapelfield

Childrens Day Nursery im advance of our move back to the UK from New Zealand. We were kept in the loop from day one about key dates, the communication was open and regular which really helped during the moving and settling in period. The staff, facilities, activities and food are truly exceptional - the attention to detail and quality of care is excellent, the genuine warmth of everyone, the open communication through the app, and knowing our child as an individual and responding to their changing needs and interests as she developed - has followed her through key stages and milestones in her early years journey.

Trowse Nursery is incredible. It is a warm, loving environment and feels like an extension of our family. Staff care so deeply for the children, and I have been so happy knowing my daughter is being looked after in the safest hands. The activities, day trips and special visitors are all amazing. The

From the moment you and your child are invited into the nursery you feel a warmth and genuine care from the practitioners.
They go above and beyond to get to know you and child. When your child is so excited that it's nursery day, you know they are doing something right!
The nutrition is excellent

and there is a good variety of meals.
It's clear from the smiles and laughter from the nursery that the practitioners go the extra mile to ensure the children are having fun in a safe, stimulating environment.
