Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery

We feel incredibly fortunate to have our child attending this nursery. It is a warm, nurturing environment where children are truly valued and encouraged to thrive. The staff are exceptionally supportive and caring. Every team member takes the time to understand each child as an individual, helping them feel safe, confident, and happy. Their patience, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm create a space where children are excited to learn and grow. What really stands out is the nursery's commitment to setting children up for success - not only for school, but for life. Through thoughtfully planned activities and play-based learning, they build strong foundations in communication, independence, and social. We couldn't recommend this nursery more highly to any family looking for a supportive, nurturing and inspiring start for their child. Particular shout out to Clare, Sarah, Emma and Katrina.

All the children at Chapelfield get the most amazing start to their education. Everyone of the staff is an absolute gem who provide the most nurturing environement for learning. Every day has a different learning theme where the kids do the most creative things from donkey visits, trips around Norwich to 'spa days' to learn all about mental health. They have their own chef, it's spotlessly clean and just feels so nice to hang out in even for me as a parent! We parents can't believe how lucky we are.

My son has been attending Chapelfield since August last year and initially really struggled with separation from me, the nursery staff were all so kind and nurturing (to us both) they offered extra settling in sessions and really took time to ensure my son felt safe and happy. I can't praise the staff enough for everything they do. They have provided my son a fun, exciting, safe and stimulating setting that he looks forward to each week.

Chapelfield and its staff are truly one of a kind, I cannot fault them and feel so grateful that my daughter is able to attend there. Perhaps the most important reviewer is our daughter herself; she never cries or looks back when we drop her off, gives her key person a big grin every morning, and I often think she genuinely prefers to be at Chapelfield than at home! All the staff are warm, compassionate and caring and we're certain they are giving our child the best possible start to life. We cannot express how thankful we are to all the team and can't wait to see her grow there over the years!

Our daughter is thriving at this wonderful and nurturing nursery. We could not be happier with the care provided and feel very lucky to have a place at Chapelfield. The staff know our daughter so well and we get regular and detailed updates. I always recommend our nursery to other parents and feel our daughter has massively grown in confidence since starting there.

Outdoor space limited but it's right in the middle of a city! - they use the park all the time in the summer.

They are always planning imaginative and fun activities for the children. The staff are friendly, informative and have pride in what they do. Their connections with the children feel authentic and as a mother makes dropping my daughter off very easy, as I know they will take good care of my most precious possession. Thank you!

My first born attended Chapelfield day nursery and she had a great experience. The preparation and readiness for school was exceptional. We therefore knew we wanted our second born to attend. He loves going to nursery. The staff are very professional, approachable and friendly. My son has two food intolerances of which were our only concern but after talking these through with management and his key person I knew there was nothing to worry about and my son would be safe. The chef is amazing at cooking food similar to everyone else but appropriate for his difficult intolerances. I would very much recommend Chapelfield.

Chapelfield Nursery is one of the most welcoming and caring places. Everyone from room staff, office teams, cleaners and cooks are so engaged with both the children and the parents. They make sure that everyday is fun and a learning enviroment for the kids. My little 20 month old runs into nursery every time and that gives a true reflection on how they treat him. Activities are always varied and extend past the classroom to home. I couldnt recommend it more.

My girls are both attending Chapelfield nursery and we are so grateful that they have had this opportunity. The nursery staff is amazing and my girls felt loved, supported and encouraged throughout all their progress. There are daily activities for all ages and the children are encouraged to learn, laugh, build their confidence and relationships with their peers. I can't thank enough the staff for all their hard work and for making us feel supported and welcomed. The food is prepared on site by chef with fresh ingredients. We are so lucky to attend this nursery!

Excellent provision. Real care taken with every child, with very responsive staff. The children are provided with a huge variety of stimulation including trips. We've always been so impressed with Chapelfield Nursery.

What an amazing place Chapelfield is! We're coming to the end of our time after 11 years at Chapelfield and we have absolutely loved our time as part of the Chapelfield family and all three of our children have loved it too. They've all been so happy and supported by the staff and they always talk positively about what they get up to at nursery. I think they all felt so safe and secure with you and really felt that they belonged and were valued. We've always had total confidence that our children were in safe hands and very well looked after. We really couldn't fault Chapelfield, it's been such a lovely place for our children to develop. It's going to be such a wrench for us to leave finally, we really will miss it.

We will be very sad to say goodbye but know that the support he has been given has put him in the best possible position to start school this year.

Overall - an exceptionally lovely, nurturing place, with excellent staff and management who genuinely care for the children, and where activities are structured and themed, allowing our child to develop and grow in so many ways while feeling cared for and safe. We found out about and contacted Chapelfield Childrens Day Nursery im advance of our move back to the UK from New Zealand. We were kept in the loop from day one about key dates, the communication was open and regular which really helped during the moving and settling in period. The staff, facilities, activities and food are truly exceptional - the attention to detail and quality of care is excellent, the genuine warmth of everyone, the open communication through the app, and knowing our child as an individual and responding to their changing needs and interests as she developed - has followed her through key stages and milestones in her early years journey.

It's clear how much the team truly cares, and we've always felt part of a strong, supportive community. Our children have been well prepared for school, both academically and socially, and they've made some truly happy memories along the way. We are incredibly grateful for everything this nursery has given our family. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent - it's a truly special place.
