We have two children at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery and our experience with both of them has been nothing short of fantastic. This is primarily down to the attention, care and skills of the brilliant staff. From the practitioners, to management, to the chef, everybody shows genuine interest in
your child and you as parents. We'll be forever grateful for the start our two girls have had in life thanks to Chapelfield.

I have nothing but praise for Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery. Since my daughter started at 6 months old, they have been amazing throughout all areas. All the staff are always so wonderful, friendly and helpful. The activities are so imaginative and my daughter has learnt so much. Also the menu sounds
delicious and she usually has seconds!

The team at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery have exceeded my expectations they meet my child's every need and have gone above and beyond to welcome my son and make him feel settled, the efforts put into his care are exceptional and in a short period of time him being there he has grown and learnt
so much. They are everything and more than what a parent wants in a nursery.

‘Chapelfield gives me my sparkle’ - this was my daughter, age 4 when asked what makes her happy. Chapelfield is a very special place and I feel very lucky that my daughter has spent her time away from home in such a loving, fun and engaging place with people who have a genuine passion for what they
do. Values are still at the heart of the nursery. The team at Chapelfield are constantly working to create a secure, supportive, creative, enthusiastic and nurturing environment for all of the children in their care. They are always evolving their practice and work so hard to include everyone all the time. It is so valuable to know that when I drop her at nursery, from when she was 10 months old until now, that I don’t have to worry, and that is worth everything.

We have been absolutely delighted with the care our daughter has received at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery in Trowse. Due to nursery closures, COVID and moving house, this was the fifth nursery our daughter had been to in three years (not a great start!), but Chapelfield quickly turned out to be
our favourite nursery. There are varied and interesting activities every single day, and more of a gentle structure to the day than we've experienced before and occasionally there is a highlight such as a visit from an owl sanctuary. They really do go above and beyond when it comes to the variation and quality of activities. Our daughter adored the nursery and talks about the staff as her friends – not once did we have to do the painful 'in tears drop-off'. She would just skip in and sometimes we'd have to cajole her into leaving. Thank you so much to the manager, key worker and all the team for all their care.

Trowse Nursery is a wonderful little place.
2 years in and it continues to go above and beyond my expectations!
The staff have such a lot of knowledge and experience. They are personable, organised and understanding. We couldn't wish for better care for my 4-year-old. He enjoys well-structured, but
relaxed days, there's always plenty going on! Communication from the nursery is always excellent, feedback is frequent and detailed. Chapelfield Day Nursery at Trowse is a lovely, happy haven and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery in Trowse is a wonderful nursery! Having used a couple of nurseries, I can confidently say that this is my favourite! All staff are caring and compassionate. They genuinely care for the children and take time to get to know both the children and their families. Play
is always creative and engaging. I receive comprehensive feedback regularly about my son's learning journey/daily activities. I would highly recommend Trowse Nursery.

We are delighted with the care and attention to detail that we see every time we take our son to nursery. The management and staff were quick to make us all feel welcome and valued when our son started and they have continued to build this nurturing relationship ever since. He talks fondly about his
key worker at home. Observations we see regularly on the app show that the staff take time and care to plan learning opportunities to match our son's interests and developmental needs. He has access to excellent resources, including technology toys which he loves using. We also really appreciate the personal daily feedback we get at pickup. The staff always make time for us. Our son is really happy and secure at nursery and loves the freshly prepared food too. He often eats foods he would previously have dismissed at home! This has been brilliant for expanding our menu at home too, so a big thank you!

This is without a doubt the best nursery in Norwich, the staff really care about their charges and both our children have developed well ahead of expectations due to the setting and the engagement of the staff. I can say hand on heart that my son owes his outgoing, happy, playful personality in no small
part to the fact that he goes to the Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery. I happily recommend the nursery whenever I get a chance. The chef should not be overlooked either, his menu is excellent my son usually has two helpings at each meal time. Well done to the manager and the team, keep up the high standards.

Our daughter has been with the nursery since she was 10 months old and is now in Jellytots. We are so pleased with every aspect of Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery. The staff are incredibly helpful, supportive and caring. Our daughter has benefitted greatly from her days here. She is happy and learning

All staff are very supportive and enthusiastic. Appropriate activities are set for the children, examples are given to help children continue their learning at home. Great resources which are changed regularly to keep the children's interest. Excellent communication with parents and relevant, important
information shared via the app, notice boards and face-to-face. Brilliant seasonal menu for children to enjoy hot meals cooked on-site. The nursery is always very clean too.

My wife and I were invited to attend a meeting to support with our child's transition to school in September. The staff, as they always are, were knowledgeable and passionate about children's development and showed an understanding of our son. We are delighted for him to attend Chapelfield Children's
Day Nursery and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My son really enjoys going to Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery! All of the key workers and management staff are so friendly and kind and put your child's needs first. My son has made so many friends, built up his confidence and learnt so much while attending the nursery. The communication between

Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery is fabulous! Our son has the most amazing time there. He always looks forward to going and it can be hard work to drag him away from his friends and toys at the end of the day!
The staff are brilliant. The connection they have with our son is amazing. They get to
know each child and make sure they get everything they need.
He's constantly learning and the transition between rooms is seamless. We're preparing for school in September and the help Chapelfield is providing is first-class.
Every aspect of the nursery is five-star. The food cooked on-site is delicious and nutritious. Communication from the management and admin teams is brilliant. Feedback via the app on his progress is comprehensive.
The most important thing is the way it makes us all feel. The team is an extension of our family. We know he gets the best care and the support we get as parents is invaluable. We couldn't have done this without them.
I can't recommend Chapelfield enough.

I feel this nursery is honestly one of the best, the communication and kindness of the staff are amazing. The flexibility of the drop-off and pick-up times really suits us, as a family, and having the app really helps me keep up to date with everything going on at the nursery. I feel all the staff try
really hard and we have always had a positive experience. The outside space is very safe and they have an amazing variety of toys and activities for the children all year round. The food is also great and a brilliant variety!

It’s my little girl's last year before she starts school in September, and Chapelfield's nursery has helped us parents so much along the way. They have given us support when it came to school open days, getting school ready and really understanding what our child is like and needs to be ready for the

My daughter will be leaving Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery for school in September but has been at the nursery since around 6-months-old. The whole experience has been really positive for her. She has had some wonderful staff look after her whom she has been able to form some really beneficial attachments
with. The nursery have also been fantastic at supporting children and families during the Covid pandemic.
Having had another child who went to a different nursery, it’s clear to see how much professionalism the team at Chapelfield have. I’ve been really impressed with how they are currently focusing on trying to help my daughter prepare for school by, for example, helping her learn basic phonics, recognising her name, getting dressed, doing up her zip etc. I’m sure these things will all make her transition to school much easier.
Thanks Chapelfield Nursery. Highly recommended!

My twins started in January and absolutely love going, they settled in so quickly and I am very happy with all aspects of the nursery. The activities for the children and updates you receive are excellent. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you! I would definitely recommend.
