My girls are both attending Chapelfield nursery and we are so grateful that they have had this opportunity. The nursery staff is amazing and my girls felt loved, supported and encouraged throughout all their progress. There are daily activities for all ages and the children are encouraged to learn, laugh, build their confidence and relationships with their peers. I can't thank enough the staff for all their hard work and for making us feel supported and welcomed. The food is prepared on site by chef with fresh ingredients. We are so lucky to attend this nursery!

We cannot rate Chapelfield Trowse nursery highly enough! Everything has been exceptional, from the high level of care given by the staff to the varied daily and weekly activities. The nursery environment provides everything needed for children to develop in wonderful ways! Thank you

Chapelfield nursery is the best nursery ever. My daughter has been there since just before she turned 1 and is about to leave to start school. Everyone who works there has been so loving and kind to my daughter and us as a family. They always go the extra mile with the children. They take them on trips out to the park, into the city to visit the market, bakery and most recently to the dinosaur park. They are great at providing children with sun hats, sun cream and every items of clothing they may need for all weathers which is great especially on days when I have forgotten something like a coat or jumper. Also a special shoutout the amazing chef and the lady who keeps the nursery so lovely and clean! All the staff are fantastic and show so much love and care to all the children and my daughter has absolutely loved her experience here. I am so upset that she has to leave and go to school, I wish she could stay. I would recommend this nursery 1000% it's just amazing! Thank you so much

Excellent provision. Real care taken with every child, with very responsive staff. The children are provided with a huge variety of stimulation including trips. We've always been so impressed with Chapelfield Nursery.

What an amazing place Chapelfield is! We're coming to the end of our time after 11 years at Chapelfield and we have absolutely loved our time as part of the Chapelfield family and all three of our children have loved it too. They've all been so happy and supported by the staff and they always talk positively about what they get up to at nursery. I think they all felt so safe and secure with you and really felt that they belonged and were valued. We've always had total confidence that our children were in safe hands and very well looked after. We really couldn't fault Chapelfield, it's been such a lovely place for our children to develop. It's going to be such a wrench for us to leave finally, we really will miss it.

My son has been at Trowse for 2 years. It is a wonderful little nursery and the staff are so supportive. It feels like an extended family with the staff taking an interest in the wellbeing of our whole family. My son has had some wonderful experiences, the highlight being the annual trip to the dinosaur park. Nothing is too difficult for the staff and they have gone above and beyond to support my son in his learning and development. We will be very sad to say goodbye but know that the support he has been given has put him in the best possible position to start school this year.

Overall - an exceptionally lovely, nurturing place, with excellent staff and management who genuinely care for the children, and where activities are structured and themed, allowing our child to develop and grow in so many ways while feeling cared for and safe. We found out about and contacted Chapelfield Childrens Day Nursery im advance of our move back to the UK from New Zealand. We were kept in the loop from day one about key dates, the communication was open and regular which really helped during the moving and settling in period. The staff, facilities, activities and food are truly exceptional - the attention to detail and quality of care is excellent, the genuine warmth of everyone, the open communication through the app, and knowing our child as an individual and responding to their changing needs and interests as she developed - has followed her through key stages and milestones in her early years journey.

Both of our children have absolutely thrived here, thanks to the warm, caring, and dedicated staff who make each child feel safe, supported, and valued. The nurturing environment has helped our children grow in confidence, curiosity, and kindness. The nursery combines a thoughtful, engaging approach to early education with a genuine focus on emotional wellbeing. It's clear how much the team truly cares, and we've always felt part of a strong, supportive community. Our children have been well prepared for school, both academically and socially, and they've made some truly happy memories along the way. We are incredibly grateful for everything this nursery has given our family. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent - it's a truly special place.

Fabulous nursery setting. Cannot praise highly enough the staff and management. Caring, supportive, nurturing, wonderful environment. Two children have now attended and it's been a pleasure to be part of this fantastic set up. The daily activities are brilliant, fun, challenging, creative. The transition to school is so incredibly smooth and well informed for children and parents. To top if off the food is also amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Trowse Nursery is incredible. It is a warm, loving environment and feels like an extension of our family. Staff care so deeply for the children, and I have been so happy knowing my daughter is being looked after in the safest hands. The activities, day trips and special visitors are all amazing. The organisation and communication is consistently outstanding. The day to day routines are impeccable and everything runs so smoothly. My daughter absolutely adores Trowse nursery, and so do we. Sending your child here is the best decision you could make.

From the moment you and your child are invited into the nursery you feel a warmth and genuine care from the practitioners. They go above and beyond to get to know you and child. When your child is so excited that it's nursery day, you know they are doing something right! The nutrition is excellent and there is a good variety of meals. It's clear from the smiles and laughter from the nursery that the practitioners go the extra mile to ensure the children are having fun in a safe, stimulating environment.

We have two children at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery and our experience with both of them has been nothing short of fantastic. This is primarily down to the attention, care and skills of the brilliant staff. From the practitioners, to management, to the chef, everybody shows genuine interest in your child and you as parents. We'll be forever grateful for the start our two girls have had in life thanks to Chapelfield.

I have nothing but praise for Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery. Since my daughter started at 6 months old, they have been amazing throughout all areas. All the staff are always so wonderful, friendly and helpful. The activities are so imaginative and my daughter has learnt so much. Also the menu sounds delicious and she usually has seconds!

The team at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery have exceeded my expectations they meet my child's every need and have gone above and beyond to welcome my son and make him feel settled, the efforts put into his care are exceptional and in a short period of time him being there he has grown and learnt so much. They are everything and more than what a parent wants in a nursery.

‘Chapelfield gives me my sparkle’ - this was my daughter, age 4 when asked what makes her happy. Chapelfield is a very special place and I feel very lucky that my daughter has spent her time away from home in such a loving, fun and engaging place with people who have a genuine passion for what they do. Values are still at the heart of the nursery. The team at Chapelfield are constantly working to create a secure, supportive, creative, enthusiastic and nurturing environment for all of the children in their care. They are always evolving their practice and work so hard to include everyone all the time. It is so valuable to know that when I drop her at nursery, from when she was 10 months old until now, that I don’t have to worry, and that is worth everything.

We have been absolutely delighted with the care our daughter has received at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery in Trowse. Due to nursery closures, COVID and moving house, this was the fifth nursery our daughter had been to in three years (not a great start!), but Chapelfield quickly turned out to be our favourite nursery. There are varied and interesting activities every single day, and more of a gentle structure to the day than we've experienced before and occasionally there is a highlight such as a visit from an owl sanctuary. They really do go above and beyond when it comes to the variation and quality of activities. Our daughter adored the nursery and talks about the staff as her friends – not once did we have to do the painful 'in tears drop-off'. She would just skip in and sometimes we'd have to cajole her into leaving. Thank you so much to the manager, key worker and all the team for all their care.

Trowse Nursery is a wonderful little place. 2 years in and it continues to go above and beyond my expectations! The staff have such a lot of knowledge and experience. They are personable, organised and understanding. We couldn't wish for better care for my 4-year-old. He enjoys well-structured, but relaxed days, there's always plenty going on! Communication from the nursery is always excellent, feedback is frequent and detailed. Chapelfield Day Nursery at Trowse is a lovely, happy haven and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery in Trowse is a wonderful nursery! Having used a couple of nurseries, I can confidently say that this is my favourite! All staff are caring and compassionate. They genuinely care for the children and take time to get to know both the children and their families. Play is always creative and engaging. I receive comprehensive feedback regularly about my son's learning journey/daily activities. I would highly recommend Trowse Nursery.
