Busy Bees Huntingdon

My son looks forward to nursery every time he goes which is always a sign of relief, handover is amazing and I love hearing about what hes done during the whole day as he slightly struggles to tell me what he's done but hearing it from the staff is amazing

Our son has had a great time transitioning into nursery and has really connected with the staff. His development has come on leaps and bounds and we can't thank the team enough for the role they have played in this!

My son, Henry, started at busy bees, Huntingdon in June 2023, he was 10 months at the time. He has blossomed so much and learnt stuff that I didnt teach him. That is al thanks to the wonderful team at busy bees. He will be starting school in September and I know he will be ready. Honestly I cant thank the stuff enough, as a first time mum, that suffered from PND. They have help Henry, and myself marvelously. Thank you all!

The nursery app is also a fantastic tool, making communication between parents and staff easy and reassuring. It provides detailed daily updates, including meals, nap times, nappy changes, and a summary of activities, often accompanied by lovely photos. It really helps us feel connected to our child's day.

All the staff that Mia had contact with is amazing but I want to say huge thanks to Caitlin which was next to her when she started nursery one year ago and made her fell very comfortable and safe. Also to Sab, which she loves and is currently in her group. Sab is very open, warm, smiling all the time and Mia enjoys every moment with her.

We feel genuinely lucky to have found such a nurturing, supportive environment for our child, and we're so grateful to the entire team for everything they do.

My Son has been attending Busy Bees for 6 months now and he loves it getting to play and do different activities every day with the chance for outside play too! The daily updates are great and makes me feel reassured that he is happy and well looked after! Cannot fault the nursery or staff they are all amazing!

We have had a fantastic experience with Busy Bees Nursery and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our son attended first and had such a positive start there that we had no hesitation in enrolling our daughter as well. The staff are consistently warm, caring, and professional, and they genuinely take the time to get to know each child as an individual. Communication has always been excellent, and we have felt confident and reassured knowing our children were happy, safe, and well supported. Both of our children settled well and thrived during their time at the nursery. A wonderful environment with a dedicated team who clearly care deeply about what they do. Highly recommended.

As a teacher myself I am quite particular about the care of my daughter but I have not had to raise a single concern in her whole two years at busy bees

The team also plan lots of things to engage us as parents, like recently we were able to come in for a stay and play session and it was great to do the messy play & chat to other parents.

Our son has been here for over 3 years now and loves nursery, he always has a varied day with lots of different activities. The outside space is great and quiet areas inside if he needs it. He's built a real connection with the staff who are really helping him be ready for school. I couldn't recommend this setting more highly.

My son has been attending this nursery for the past three years, and I can confidently say they continuously exceed my expectations. Thanks to their dedication, he has thrived in ways I could have only hoped for. Every member of the team seems to know him personally - his name, his interests, his little quirks - which makes it feel like a true home away from home.

Come September, he's going to miss it dearly, and honestly, so will I. It's reassuring to know that there are still incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate people in this profession. Their kindness and commitment set a shining example for everyone, and I couldn't be more grateful.

The staff at Huntingdon busy bees are nothing but amazing, my son has been here over a year now and the staff are so caring and have helped him developmentally so much. I would recommend busy bees to any parent out there.

My little boy has been going to busy bees and I have been happy with his care. At first the settling in was tough and I would have liked to have more time to settle him in slowly with my presence but I realised that this would actually make things worse as I couldn't be around for as slow as it would have taken and I had to trust the process however hard. The staff are caring and kind and give wonderful detailed handovers of the day he has had. The app is a wonderful feature where I can see pictures of my little boys day and have full details of naps and food that he has eaten. This is very helpful for planning at home. I can see how much he has settled in now and each day gets better. I love the learning that he is showing me at home.

My daughter (3yo) started this nursery nearly a year ago. The staff have been absolutely fantastic with settling her in, keeping me up to date via the app and getting verbal reports upon pick up. I feel like they've made a real effort in building a relationship with my daughter and getting to know her. My daughter had a bit of a rocky start with nerves and shyness but has come on leaps and bounds since. She has recently moved into the pre school room and is loving it in there, lots for her to do and she's made some lovely friends. I always recommend this nursery if anyone asks.

My son started in September 2024 and so far I have been so impressed with this nursery. The staff are all very kind and approachable. They cater the activities to the children's interests and have a really nice sensory room and lovely outside space. My son struggled at drop offs to begin with and the staff handled this amazingly, they kept me updated and would ring and let me know when he had calmed down and had settled in. My son seems so happy there and it's so nice knowing he is in safe hands.

I cannot fault our experience with Busy Bees. Our daughter joined in September 2024 and ever since she has flourished. The joining and settling period in the baby room was brilliant, we felt reassured and our daughter settled so well with comfort and reassurance from the staff. The meals provided always have a great variety and appear to be tasty according to the daily updates on the app. Each room has a generous amount of space and encourage the children to flow freely between outside and in encouraging their creativity and imagination. The nursery provides a very homely feel and we would recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for somewhere to send their child.
