Co-op Childcare Littlehampton

Overall, the nursery is very impressive, the staff are mostly very nice and polite. My daughter has been coming to the nursery for almost 10 months and loves it, they are constantly outside exploring and have a great play area as well as an outside nature area to learn from. The one bugbear that I have is that within the small print they state that bank holidays are charged even though the nursery is closed which I feel is disgusting. So I end up paying for 8 days a year that the nursery is closed for and my child can not attend. At over £50 a day that is a good £400 that is wasted going into the Co-op's back pocket. Shame on them!

My son is always happy to go to nursery, he comes back home showing everything he has learnt during the day.

Faultless nursery. My daughter loves going to nursery, this nursery includes lots of things that you had to pay extra for in others. e.g. suncream, hot lunches, snacks. They have great communication with the parents through email and the parent app, keeping me informed about what she is doing throughout the day, what she had to eat, how long she naps for etc. She comes home saying/understanding new things. They do lots of messy play, which is something we don't tend to do much of at home. Lots of outdoor activities in the gardens, Highly recommend!

My daughter loves the nursery, she’s a very confident little girl now and is learning so much every day. The ladies are absolutely fantastic and always very helpful and supportive. The managing staff is also brilliant - very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely recommend the nursery to everyone.

I started my daughter at the Littlehampton Co-op nursery. I must say my daughter has been enjoying her nursery. I can see a change in her development. The nursery has a lot of activities. The nursery key worker/team member updates us on how the day was when we go to collect. Whenever we call we are updated. The parent app is fab which keeps us updated too. I can work with a peaceful mind while my daughter is at nursery as I know she is safe.

Our son has thrived at the nursery in his speech and other learning. The food supplied is varied and healthy and the menus change regularly. If you have any questions the staff are willing to help and listen and assist.

I have had two children in this nursery and I have been so happy with the dedication and the kindness of the staff. They really care for the children and both of mine have had a wonderful time, growing in confidence and having lots of fun!

This nursery is absolutely fantastic! The staff are all so friendly, welcoming, approachable and want the best for the children in their care. The environment is engaging and varied and the tasks provided are exciting and challenging. My daughter loves coming here and we have no issues.

Co-op Childcare Littlehampton are absolutely amazing. My little boy absolutely loves it there! The staff are always kind, supportive and have taught my little boy so, so much. They’ve made him more confident and his speech has come along so much since attending. They’re always giving amazing feedback and are always happy to listen if I ever have any concerns.

A fantastic nursery and preschool setting. Great facilities and staff. Close relationships built with parents and countless opportunities to learn through play and enquiring are on offer. My two children love the nursery and I feel supported and happy.

Wonderful nursery, my son has developed so much since starting here in October. Friendly and educational and all the staff are lovely. I can't fault the menu either, a wide variety of food and things he would never eat at home! I have a very happy, albeit tired, toddler at the end of every session he attends.

Always good with communications and they respond well with any questions. Very friendly staff, I really like to hear what my baby has done at nursery, it usually sounds like good fun. I really notice how quick she picks up new things and surprises us at home. Highly recommend Co-op Childcare Littlehampton.

So happy our daughter is part of Co-op childcare, she was not able to meet other friends and people in this Covid situation and she was always looking for me when we were in other company and crying for me. Now within not even 10 days, I can see the difference in her. Highly recommend this nursery and the people are so friendly and they have experience with Down Syndrome babies which was one of the important things for us. Many thanks.

I am regularly updated with my son's progress and love seeing the pictures updated throughout the day.

My son has been attending here since 11 months I can’t fault them at all, any problems are always dealt with and friendly staff. I find the app very helpful my son really enjoys it and has made some lovely friends, his development is really coming on. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a lovely bunch of staff who are also there to support the families not just children.

My little one started last July and it took a while to settle in but he loves going, gets so excited for his play days there and is now making friends and remembering names. He thrives in an outside environment which is one of the reasons I chose the Co-op Childcare Littlehampton as they make full use of the garden. I think the staff and management have handled the Covid-19 situation extremely well but does at busy times mean they don't have the time for updates or to listen to you, so you forget to pass on information such as my son is in pants today due to potting training. The key worker staff seem to have genuine care and affection for the children which is a comfort when dropping off.

I have used this fantastic nursery for the last five years. Firstly my daughter, who thrived followed by my son who is also thriving here. He runs straight in every session, eager to get going and is a confident happy chappy when collected. The fantastic outside space is utilised extremely efficiently providing everything imaginable and is used at every given opportunity. The staff are fantastic, helpful, caring, sensible and go above and beyond for children and parents. Their handling of Covid-19 has been exemplary. I researched and visited basically all the nurseries in the area prior to choosing this one five ears ago. At my first visit it was clearly positively incomparable to all the others, even visually. Five years with two children through it and never a worry. Not bad eh? I cannot rate this nursery and all the staff highly enough. The manager is simply incredible. I was sad when my daughter graduated to "big school" and I will be sad again when my son follows shortly. Magical memories made.

My little girl absolutely loves nursery and always goes in happy and smiling! The staff are so attentive and give me lots of information about what she has been up to throughout the day! The app is also really helpful. They know my daughter inside out which makes leaving her so easy.

Since my daughter started at Co-op Littlehampton, she has come on leaps and bounds. Her development has been incredible to watch and we are certain it is hugely down to the wonderful staff at the nursery. She is always excited to go into nursery, and gets upset on days she doesn't! Staff have been great, keeping us up to date on things and how she is getting on. Absolute no negatives to tell!
