Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

Within the nursery environment, they have outstanding facilities to help nurture different types of learning and cater for all needs of children and backgrounds. My son loved being there and their communication was extremely effective with parents and carers and I feel assured that my child was safe and nurtured all day within their care.

My son attended Bright Horizons Banstead from 10 months old until he started school when he was almost 5! I could not have wished for any better care for him. At every stage in his development the staff have supported him and provided him with the guidance and help he needed to progress all whilst having lots of fun! The level of care and detail provided by the preschool staff to make sure he was ready to start school was amazing. I do believe that without it he wouldn't have started school this month with the confidence that he did. Thank you Bright Horizons Banstead.

Very caring and well-trained staff as well as management. My son has a speech and language delay with which the staff have guided me so well. I was told exactly which steps to take, when to get a referral to the Paediatrician etc. They achieved in gaining extra funding for one to one time with my son. I can see a huge positive difference in the confidence and personal development of my child. Thank you.

My little boy goes to the nursery and loves being there - there is so much to do and the children all seem really happy. The nursery does singing and dancing classes - my little boy loves it and we even sing and dance to it at home! The girls in the room did everything to make sure I was happy and that they had met all my boy's needs - this made going back to work so much easier than I thought! The nursery is big but very homely. The managers are always there to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend the nursery and am so happy with the care.

We moved house, area and nursery when our son was 2 so we were worried about how he would settle. The nursery environment and staff are amazing and our son settled in just a few days. They've helped his development substantially and he is so happy there. Our newborn will be attending next year. I cannot recommend this nursery more highly.

Really good to see other activities like bringing in the reports. Staff all really friendly and welcoming. Good to see security maintained at the entrance, especially if no pass with them. Two-way feedback is very good to discuss what we would like done. This is always done in reading, speech, potty training. Overall really good experience.

Very in-depth and enjoyable review. Great to see how your child is progressing from a key source to them. Interesting to see all the different things they have been doing. Also very good to see how comfortable your child is around the room and the staff.

My daughter has been with Bright Horizons for 18 months. The quality of care has been outstanding throughout. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

The nursery is clean and there are lots of toys to choose from.

I have been extremely pleased to see my child so settled and happy in Bluebells room, he is developing more and more each week and is always tired out after a day full of fun and activities. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent standard of care my son receives. It is lovely to see him showing signs of all he has learnt at nursery at home too.

The excellent nursery which both my son and daughter have loved attending, building friendships with their peers and nurturing relationships with their key worker. It would be good if they had more day trips (local park or library for example) highly recommend though.

The team are amazing, so welcoming and my daughter loves them all. Leaving your child is the hardest thing, but knowing there with this team makes us feel so comfortable leaving them. Great learning and lots of fun activities are always on the agenda.

The care is excellent and my daughter is absolutely loving her time here. Everyone here is so committed to creating a wonderful environment. They love all the babies and are so enthusiastic about their learning experience. I'm so glad we picked this nursery.

Both my children have attended/still attend Wishing Willow, we are very happy with their progress. The staff are excellent, the rooms are always very clean and the activities are varied.
