Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

We are extremely happy with the nursery. The staff are very caring, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our son enjoys coming in and they always do many activities to keep him busy and learning. We receive regular updates throughout the day which is very comforting and nice to see.

The management team and staff always make themselves available to talk to when needed.

The staff are all very kind and it is a safe, warm, friendly place for children to be.

Have concerns the activities are all art-related and maybe not as much outdoor play as we would have hoped for.

I have two children at Bright Horizons in the baby room and preschool and they both love it. They come home so happy every evening! The settling-in process was so smooth and it's a very warm, welcoming and friendly environment. We relocated from another nursery and that was also a great transition. You are given such a lovely settling-in pack when you leave your child for the first time, which I thought was a lovely touch! The garden is great and the food also seems varied. The app makes you feel you can keep an eye on what they are up to, all day! I recommend the nursery highly.

Very clean and tidy nursery, friendly helpful staff. All the staff make me feel comfortable and happy, leaving my child with them at the nursery. The management team are always helpful with finding out information that I need.

My daughter currently attends the preschool. She absolutely loves it there and has done since she started at 10 months old. We love receiving updates on the newly introduced app, which gives us all the information we need about her day, including lovely photos. Lovely staff, beautiful setting and good communication.

Looking forward to the final year with him at Wishing Willow.

My son has been coming to the nursery for 6 months now. He has a great relationship with his key person and we always love receiving newsletters, photos and artwork. I am so glad we sent him to this nursery, I would recommend it to anyone.

Both our girls attend Banstead Bright Horizons, our eldest who is 4 has been attending since she was 1 and loves going into preschool, she has made best friends with other children and loves the staff, she is thriving with her work and the preschool are really helping them prepare for school. Our younger daughter is 2 and started during lockdown but the staff really looked after her and she can’t wait to get into nursery and tell us all about what she has done during the day when she gets home. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of sending their child here.

My boy started at Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool in January of this year. He was only five months at the time. I was worried about leaving him but due to lockdown and Covid-19, nursery was the best option for him to be with other children and do some fun things! It honestly was the best decision for my family. He is now seven months and he has settled in so well, he is already progressing and is so much more sociable. The staff here are so attentive, kind and caring and I have absolutely no worries about leaving my boy in their care. They cater to my boy’s ever changing routine and I regularly receive updates, artwork and photos of his time there. One hundred percent recommend this nursery to anyone.

My children have been going to Wishing Willows Day Nursery since October 2013. They both started when they were about 8-10 months and left when going to school. They loved their time there and made great friends. They also enjoyed all the learning and were school ready for reception. The food was great and they ate well. The manager and her team were very supportive over the years.

My daughter was a part of this nursery since the age of 1.5 until a few weeks before turning 5! I loved sending my daughter here to happy staff which made it easier to leave her. The staff are always so happy and helpful in every room. I have recommended the nursery to anyone friends seeking care for their child. My son is due to start next month, and I’m looking forward to his journey with all the staff!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 and a half years and is now heading to school. I can't recommend the nursery enough. Right from the beginning it felt homely and that all that staff really cared for the children. The range of activities for the children is extensive, staff are incredibly knowledgeable about my child's development. The nursery chef makes such delicious food that my daughter really enjoys. The management team are passionate for the service they provide and clearly strong leaders as all staff are happy and passionate about the care for the children. My daughter will be the youngest child at school and she is so very well prepared for school, she knows her letters and sounds, she is independent and has all the skills she needs ready for her next chapter. We leave with such wonderful memories of such a fantastic nursery and team and will miss it all very much.

We have been using this nursery for the past 8 years since my eldest child was six months old. My youngest has just left to start school and, in that time, they have both thrived here. I always knew they were well looked after as they went in happily and came home excited to tell me about their day. They were both prepared so well for school and I'm so pleased this is where they were able to start their learning journey. We shall miss the staff but will return to visit when we can and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to others.

My daughter has attended the nursey from 9 months old to 4 years of age. I can honestly say that she couldn't have been cared for any better!! The staff in all of the rooms she has been in have been nurturing, attentive, positive and excellent role models for her. I have seen my daughter grow, not just physically, but emotionally and I truly believe that a big piece of her personality and character is down to your staff. Most recently they have helped her get ready for her school years and have guided her and enabled her to flourish into the wonderful little girl we know now. Well done Bright Horizons Banstead and all of your wonderful staff for being the path that my daughter has followed and the footsteps that she now leaves behind.

Absolutely first class care from the whole team at the nursery from when my little boy joined in the baby room till when he left aged 4. I can't recommend enough. Great facilities and good location.

Fantastic place. Staff are warm, welcoming and caring. You could not ask for a better place to safely leave your child. From day one we as a family felt involved and part of a bigger family. Can’t thank Banstead Bright Horizons enough for their support and help with our son. We will miss them now he is at infant school. Thanks.

Banstead Bright Horizons nursery was the best nursery for my twins. They made us feel so welcome and apart of the nursery family. The manager and nursery workers have so much love and compassion for the kids and treat them like their own. Finding a nursery for your child can be a scary experience but as soon as I visited the nursery, I automatically knew I wanted the kids to go there. They get to know your child's educational needs and make sure they keep you informed of any developments and have excellent activities for the kids throughout the day. Definitely would recommend this nursery.

Our little boy has attended Wishing Willow for the last 3 years and has been so happy there. All of the staff are amazing, professional and you really do feel like you are part of one big family. We cannot praise them enough for helping our son develop, he is now prepared and ready to start school. We would recommend Wishing Willow to everyone, definitely the best nursery in Banstead.

My son attended Bright Horizons in Banstead from 10 months until he went to school this month. The staff in each room he went through based on his age were always faultless in terms of their care. He was always so happy there and given so many different things he enjoyed doing. Once he joined preschool his development and behaviour went from strength to strength and he loved his key worker. He made some great friends and loved going to nursery. I always felt so happy knowing he was there and especially now his food tastes are amazing. He will pretty much eat anything. The variety of foods were brilliant and so healthy. We are really sad he had to leave and would recommend Bright Horizons wholeheartedly.
