Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

I have had two children in the nursery and I will miss them all when my son moves to school in September. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent considering it.

Wishing Willow is an excellent nursery run by kind and dedicated staff. Preparation for moving into Big School is helping our little one to transfer calmly and confidentially. The staff listen to our concerns and action quickly and appropriately. Our little one is happy to be at nursery and we know she is cared for and loved in a safe and well-run environment. I can't praise the staff and management enough.

My son loves this nursery. The staff are excellent and look after him so well. The office staff are great too! Very helpful.

My son loves coming to nursery. He is currently in preschool room and the transition was made very easy and calm. Since being in preschool he is learning lots and comes home with new knowledge. The Manager makes sure all my questions are answered to the full and makes nursery run smoothly. The food provided is balanced and full of nutrients as well as being hearty meals. The girls in the room make sure it is run to the highest standard and provide constant reassurance.

We have been bringing our kids to this nursery for many years and are really happy with it. The kids have developed great relationships with their key workers and the other staff. The kids get the opportunity to do various activities and the nursery makes an effort to do activities for special days and cultural festivals. My son developed phonetic reading skills, numeracy and writing skills in pre-school, so he was well-placed to move on to school.

All the staff have always been friendly and caring towards my daughter and our family. She has health needs which all the staff have supported really well. My daughter is always excited to come to pre-school and has lots of fun. They do a big variety of activities and my daughter is always telling me the fun things.

The staff are all so friendly and provide care for the children. The facilities are lovely with a huge outdoor area for the children to get fresh air and burn off some energy. Any issues that have arisen have all been dealt with in an exceptional manner and staff have gone over and above to resolve the situation.

The nursery are very helpful and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loves it there.

Wishing Willows has a lovely atmosphere, all the staff know all the children. Children are cared for and happy at nursery.

My daughter is given every opportunity to grow and develop with support from all the staff. All the staff are welcoming and very supportive whether they work directly with her or not. She always comes home happy and excited, ready to tell or show us what she has learnt.

Wishing Willow is an exemplary nursery and I am proud that my son is a part of it. The staff here show genuine love and care, have an immense amount of patience and are very mindful of every child's individual needs. I have witnessed my son go through various stages of development and what's truly commendable is the sheer attention to detail shown by the staff in Lily Room. I have and will happily continue to recommend Wishing Willow as it truly is the best nursery with the most talented staff in the area.

My son started here in April 2017 and this was his first time being away from me. Even though he is such a shy lad, he settled in very quickly. The staff have been so kind and gentle with him. In a matter of weeks, he moved on from crying, to eagerly getting ready on his nursery days. I love the fact that the staff are so attentive and supporting of his development. I am very happy with my experience here and would gladly recommend Wishing Willow to any parent.

Wishing Willows have made my transition back to work seamless. They have truly made my daughter's time here enjoyable, fun, personable and I completely trust all the staff. When I come and collect her she is always smiling which is a testament to all the great staff. My daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds since she has joined.

I have been really pleased with how well he has settled into the nursery. All of the staff are caring and show an interest in his wellbeing.

My daughter loves coming here. She's always excited when she sees the members of staff. There are never any problems on issues. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are very helpful.

The nursery is superb! My child enjoys going to the nursery very much. he bonded with the staff very easily and there has never been any fussing or crying when dropping him at the nursery in the mornings. When I come to pick him up he's always happy playing with the other children or the staff. All the staff are very friendly, know my child by name and clearly, everyone at the nursery cares very much about all kids. My child's key person is the loveliest, most caring person ever that clearly has a great relationship with my child, as is evident by all the cuddles they share.

Excellent nursery, very caring staff. My son loves his time here. Would definitely recommend (and I have in the past! - to others who have been equally happy).

Have noticed a big change in my son for the better since he started. Looking forward to seeing how he develops more with the extra help he gets here.
