Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

Our daughter loves coming here and has attended since she was 11 months old. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and great with her. We feel very happy with her at school.

Our son is in pre-school. He enjoys his day and has been learning and developing his social skills, language and mathematical skills. We are very satisfied with the level of care and feedback that we get at the end of the day. Staff are always pleasant.

A member of staff gave a thorough review of our son, highlighting what he is good at and some area we can work on at home.

Our daughter attended the nursery from when she was one until she went to school and now our son is also here and we have been very happy with the level of care for them both. The staff are all lovely, management team who know their stuff and have put in some good new ideas for the nursery. There is a real close-knit team working together here and both our children have loved coming to nursery each day. The food is especially excellent as our children can confirm.

My son has been attending Wishing Willow, Banstead for nearly two years now and I couldn’t be happier that we chose this nursery for him. Not only does he “come on” leaps and bounds every week, but he can’t wait to arrive for his sessions. The nursery is clean and well organised and the staff are a credit to the nursery. My son simply adores them and that’s the most important thing!

Management are brilliant! Always there if I have any questions and don’t have to worry if I call up and want to check on my little one - they pass me to the room straight away and always put my mind at rest!

All staff at Wishing Willows Nursery in Banstead are very professional and the care they have provided for my two and half year old is outstanding. My child loves going to nursery and enjoys all the different activities that they do from learning her numbers, ABC, to baking, painting and reading stories. To be able to leave your child somewhere knowing that she is well looked after and cared for puts my mind and ease and that is down to the great staff they have working for them. I would also like to confirm that it is not just the current class she has enjoyed but every room she has been in they have contributed to her learning and development.

My 2-year-old son goes to this nursery and I am very well pleased with all the service. Staff is always happy to help and smiling. Professionalism is quite a key to this nursery. My son is quite happy when I collect him in the evening. I would really like to thanks the office as well, they are excellent in handling if any changes required. Overall very pleased and wish them all the best.

My daughter loves it here! She runs in every morning and is always so happy when we collect her and will not stop chatting about her day. When she started this nursery 6 months ago she did not speak much so I am very happy she is doing so well. All the staff are attentive and happy and they do lots of activities and parents are always well informed! I would definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the care our son receives. The staff are excellent, creating a very friendly and stimulating environment. Although it's not nice to see my son cry at the pickup, I know it means that he had a great day.
