Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school, is a warm and welcoming nursery providing high-quality care and delivering outstanding outcomes for their children. Playtime Nursery Shepperton, follows a simple ethos where its believed that children should be allowed to be children and the adults who look after them should believe that too. They use real and authentic items in play which provides many more learning opportunities and encourages children to have proper experiences.

Playtime Nursery Shepperton has a large outside space that is used by all age groups, and a free flow outside space attached to the toddlers room.

Their highly trained practitioners believe in nurturing children’s individual interests to help them develop and grow in all areas of their education and well being. Learning through play is at the heart of what they do.

Freshly prepared meals are offered, catering for allergies and special dietary requirements.

I think Playtime is a great nursery. The staff are consistently attentive to the needs of my child and always willing to help with a tricky stage in their development. The facilities are outstanding inside and out, the menu is always varied and I’m often jealous at what I miss out on. The most important
thing is that my child always comes away happy and eager to tell me about their day.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 3 months in the boppers room. At first, she wasn't keen but the staff were amazing in coaxing her in with a great tone. Really helped me and her as I was so nervous. Every day I pick her up she is always happy and tells me about her friends which is lovely.
We
had a few instances which I raised with the manager. A child biting my daughter and her face not being wiped once or twice but they were all rectified quickly which I'm happy about.
I would like to hear a bit more about what they are teaching my daughter as most of what she knows I taught before she started but I feel the ladies are doing a great job none the less in helping refine her skills and her speech is becoming clearer.

Our son has been at Shepperton Playtime for some months now and he absolutely loves going. All of the staff are fantastic and great with our son. The facility itself is great, always clean and tidy. And the bonus of having the full soft play area is fantastic. Cannot fault at all.

We have had both our children in at Playtime Nursery Shepperton over the last 4 years and in both cases, child and parent support has been excellent and both children have enjoyed activities as part of their ongoing development, which has set them up well for transition into the school environment
Of
course, the massive indoor soft play area is a bonus.

My child has been going to this nursery for 2 and a half years. He absolutely loves going to school every day and every teacher has made a huge effort to recognise every child and their ability. My son was slow at learning to speak, but he has now come a long way with the help of the teachers. Everyone
has been helpful in helping to develop my child. Would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Just wonderful.


Both kids (1 and 3.5) love it, although the oldest is nervous at drop-offs, the staff go out of their way to make it easier on him (and as a result, me!) and when it comes to pick-up, he is a bundle of energy, having ALWAYS had a fab day. His learning is beyond what we could hope

for and the recent adoption of Tapestry to keep us (and the grandparents) up to date with photos and activity updates is brilliant.


The manager is superb and the team looking after the kids are all kind, fun and honest.

My son has been at the nursery since 2016. In 3 years I have never had a complaint to raise. My son has made lots of lovely friends and always looks forward to going to nursery. He's currently in pre-school and has learnt to write his name and knows his numbers up to 20, shapes and colours. They provide
all food and always tell me what he has eaten when I pick him up, which is usually seconds of everything. When he was younger he would always still have his naps there, something I was in awe of as I always wondered how they could manage to get so many kids to sleep at the same time but they did!
The children have access to a large outdoor area which has recently got new equipment and inside there is a 2 storey soft play area so they are always busy and have lots of fun. I’ll be sad to see my son leave there in July to start school. But I’ll be forever grateful to them at Playtime for giving him such nursery years.

After having a negative experience at a different nursery I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by how instantly reassured I felt in moving my son to Playtime. The manager and her staff have been super professional and welcoming – taking the time to ensure my husband and I were comfortable with their ability
to manage the transition effectively. His key worker instantly came across as being experienced and you could clearly see that the children adored her (with one little boy crying every time she left the room!). The newly refurbished facilities are great, and I love being able to keep up to date on the nursery's daily activities via their photo and video-sharing page - as well as tracking our son's personal development via the online learning journal. Our son benefits hugely from the outside space available, loves the soft play, and loves getting messy during creative play – which is exactly what I want for him. We definitely made the right choice in moving him here.

I am more than happy with both my experience and my son at Shepperton Playtime.
A lovely, patient bunch of staff from reception to all carers within tinytots and boppers. Administration staff have also been helpful and have given advice.
I would recommend anyone to this nursery.
I wish I had known
about the fob key sooner as it's very useful at drop off times.

Our granddaughter started with nursery at 10 months old when our daughter-in-law returned to work after maternity leave. She has attended 2 and a half days a week term time and one during school holiday.
We have collected her Thursday lunchtimes from 4 different groups/stages - always came out happy
and cheerful, having enjoyed fun, friends and food.
Excellent staff who have given amazing care.

This nursery have brought my granddaughter into her own. We collect her and she is always happy and the staff are awesome.
When she moves up each time a member of staff takes us to the next level and introduces us to who is running that level. We feel that she is in a very positive and safe place when

My son started nursery with Playtime in October 2017. Before I knew the nursery I was worried, but after one month I saw the improvement with my son and the excellent service that was being given to my son. I absolutely adore the staff, all who are working/have worked at Playtime in Shepperton. They
are so caring, loving and honest.
My son has learned a lot since he has been with Playtime Nursery in Shepperton, his language skills and behaviour has improved a lot.
This nursey is definitely one of the best.

Playtime Nursery is a good nursery, very structured and on the whole very clean and tidy.
My child is always happy and excited to tell about their day when they pick up.
My only criticism would be that there is a buzzer intercom security to be let into the nursery but many parents/carers allow multiple
people in behind them when it’s drop off or collection times.
Also, parking is a bit horrible, as not many spaces available to the ratio number of people collecting or dropping off.

Hello! I'm Lynn and I achieved my NNEB qualification in 1985 and my BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies degree after a little break in 2015! I have worked in daycare for the majority of my career, including 25 years of managing successful nurseries. I have always enjoyed working with families which naturally led me to my current role of Parent Relationship Manager with All About Children, whom I have enjoyed working for since 2014, and I find it really rewarding to assist parents in answering their queries and supporting them in choosing the right childcare for their child.
